Abstract

This study aimed to find out: (1) the influence of leadership style toward the work performance of employees in PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero), (2) the influence of motivation toward the work performance of employees in PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero), (3) the  influence of work  discipline toward the work performance of employees in PT. TWC Borobudur, Pramban an & Ratu Boko  (Persero), (4) the influence of leadership styles, motivation and work discipline simultaneously toward the work performance of employees in PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero). The  sample of  this  study was  the  employees  of  PT.  Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero), there were 130 employees  in total, by using the technique of simple insidental sampling. The multiple linear regression model was  used  for  collecting  the  data  in  this  study.  The  test  validity  used in the study was confirmatory factor analysis. From the test result, there were 20 questions fallen, those were the items in questioning: the variable of leadership style with 4 questions in total; 7 questions on the variable of motivation; 6 questions on the variable of work discipline; and  also 3 questions  on  work  performance,  from  22  questions  in  total  and all of the reliable questions. The result from this study showed that the variable on leadership style (X1) had an positive effect toward the work performance of PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero)’s employees. The variable of motivation (X2) influenced positively toward the work performance of the employees at PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero). The variable of work discipline (x3) had positive effect on the work performance  of  the  employees  at  PT.  TWC  Borobudur,  Prambanan  &  Ratu  Boko (Persero). The variable of leadership style, motivation and work discipline altogether or simultaneously had a significant effect toward the work performance of employee at PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices. Current Ratio is the liquidity ratio, Return On Equity is the profitability ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio is the Solvency ratio. The object in this study is a Construction Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method in this study is a documentation method with a quantitative approach. The population used amounted to 26 companies, then the determination of the sample was determined through a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined2 criteria, a sample of 14 companies was obtained. The results showed that simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables had a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices, while Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This shows that the company must maintain the value of Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt toEquity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on stock returns of case studies in companies cosmetics and household goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017 Independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin while the dependent variable is stock returns. The population in this study is all cosmetics and household goods companies for the period 2012-2017. Based on the purposive sampling method obtained 5 samples. Data type used is secondary data. Data obtained by the method of documentation. The analysis technique used is the Panel Data Regression Analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 5%, then it can concluded that the first hypothesis Current Ratio of 0.02 has a negative effect and significant towards stock returns, the second hypothesis is Debt to Equity Ratio of 0.90 positive and not significant effect on stock returns, the third hypothesis is Net Profit Margin of 0.08 has no effect on stock returns, hypotheses fourth, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin of 0.015726 simultaneously affect stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Workplace Bullying and Perceived Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention of Employees of a Private University in Yogyakarta.. This research is a quantitative research through a survey method using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were some employees of a Private University in Yogyakarta with a total sample of 71 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling with the Incidental Sampling method. The unit of analysis used in this study is the individual, namely the employee of a Private University in Yogyakarta. This study uses an instrument test conducted with validity and reliability tests as a condition before testing the hypothesis, while the multiple regression analysis method is used to test the hypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted, namely the effect of work bullying has a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions, the second hypothesis is rejected, namely the influence of supervisor support perceptions has no significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of change management in improving the organizational performance of cooperatives in Purbalingga Regency. Prior studies showed that cooperatives that excel in the long term are cooperatives that emphasize the ability to adapt to existing changes (resilience). However, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, cooperatives are now experiencing many obstacles that make cooperatives slower to develop and even decline the organizational performance. This study aims to explain the concept of organizational change and its benefits for the organization, providing essential ways to implement practices that improve the organizational performance of cooperatives in the Pubalingga Regency. The research sample in this study was 50 cooperatives in Purbalingga Regency as the respondents to the survey questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. This study concludes that technological change has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, organizational leadership change does not have a significant effect on organizational performance, and organizational cultural change has a significant effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

One of the fundamental problems in an organization or company is the employee's desire or intention to leave (turnover intention). The high desire of employees to leave their workplace can be caused by many factors, one of which is workplace bullying, in addition, supervisor support can also weaken or strengthen the influence of workplace bullying on turnover intention. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze perceptions of supervisor support as a moderating variable on the influence of workplace bullying on turnover intention among security employees. This kind of study employs survey techniques and is quantitative in nature. The participants in this study were all of the security personnel at an educational institution in Yogyakarta, totaling 140 employees, while the sample was some of the security employees of an educational institution in Yogyakarta. The sample strategy employed in this study was non-probability sampling with the Incidental sample approach. The unit of analysis is the individual, namely the security employee. For instrument testing, this research uses tests for reliability and validity as requirements the multiple regression analysis approach is utilized to test the hypothesis after it has been the direct effect and also the moderating effect using the interaction test or Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The outcomes of a hypothesis test using multiple regression analysis showed that the initial hypothesis was rejected, namely that the influence of workplace bullying did not have a major impact on the intentions of turnover, while the second hypothesis was also declined, specifically that supervisor support did not moderate the influence of workplace bullying on turnover intentions.

Abstract

This study's goal is to ascertain the degree to which PT. BUMEN REDJA ABADI (MITSUBISHI SIDOARJO)'s promotions, prices, and service quality affect customers' decisions to buy. Quantitative explanatory research is the methodology employed. Customers of PT. BUMEN REDJA ABADI (MITSUBISHI SIDOARJO) were given questionnaires, which produced the processed data. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method employed in this investigation. The validity test, reliability test, and partial T test are used to analyze the study description in relation to the hypothesis. The promotion variable (X1), price (X2), and quality (X3) have a partial and substantial beneficial impact on consumer purchase decisions at PT. BUMEN REDJA ABADI (MITSUBISHI SIDOARJO), according to the findings of data analysis for the significance test (t test).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the negative and significant effect of Reward on Turnover Intention, and whether Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is able to mediate the relationship between these two variables at PT Madubaru. The study population consist of 352 permanent employees of PT Madubaru. The sample selection of 100 respondents was carried out using purposive sampling method. This study adopts a quantitative approach, and uses questionnaires filled out by respondents in printed form or hard file as the main source of primary data. Data analysis was carried out using IBM Statistics 25, instrument testing was carried out through CFA validity and reliability tests using Cronbach’s Alpha, direct and indirect regression test, t test, regression test using the Baron & Kenny approach, and the coefficient of determination test. This study found that Reward does not significantly affect Turnover Intention, and OCB does not mediate the effect of Reward on Turnover Intention of employees at PT Madubaru. Based on the research findings, PT Madubaru is advised to evaluate its reward system to better align with employee expectations, as well as encourage active participation in company activities to foster a sense of belonging and reduce turnover intention.

Abstract

Pada era modern terdapat kelompok masyarakat yang tergabung melakukan kegiatan usaha positif guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Maple Sew craft Jogja (MSJ) terletak di Gamping Sleman yang juga merupakan sekelompok masyarakat yang tergabung yang memanfaatkan limbah dari kain Batik untuk dijadikan produk utama berupa selimut dan produk-produk lainnya. Green marketing yang merupakan konsep pemasaran hijau yang berfokus pada penyelamatan lingkungan. Penggunaan green marketing dalam rangka transformasi digital memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan daya saing. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh MSJ adalah kesulitan menerapkan green marketing yang efektif di era digital, terutama dalam pemasaran digital serta kurangnya kompetensi SDM dalam teknologi digital guna meningkatkan brand dan omset penjualan. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah melakukan aksi nyata untuk mengatasi permasalahan di mitra sasaran dengan menginisiasi adanya transformasi digital guna mendukung strategi green marketing untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan terhadap praktik ramah lingkungan, Peningkatan kompetansi SDM digital, pemberdayaan ekonomi hijau dan pengembangan komunitas. Metode yang digunakan berupa literasi green marketing,pelatihan digital marketing, Implementasi platform digital,forum discussion group dengan ahli digital dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu Peningkatan pengetahuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memasarkan produk yang ramah lingkungan berupa platform pemasaran online, didukung kompetensi SDM dalam mengelola digital marketing dan peningkatan reputasi bisnis berupa brand awareness dan kenaikan omset penjualan
