Abstract

UMKM business have contributed greatly to the economy of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. UMKM in the Special Region of Yogyakarta continues to develop from year to year. UMKM as many as 220,703 in 2015 continued to increase in 2016 to 230,047 and in 2017 to as many as 238,619 UMKM. Of these, the highest distribution was in Bantul Regency, 26%, and the smallest was in Yogyakarta City, 14% of the total UMKM in Yogyakarta Special Region (Disperindagkoptan DIY, 2018). This study uses a questionnaire with 5 Likert scales that are tested with multiple regression analysis tools to determine whether there is a partial and joint influence between service quality, loan interest rates, and collateral for credit decision making for market traders Beringharjo. Other static tests used were multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity to determine the deviations that occurred in the study. The sampling method used is the accideental sampling technique, which is the selection of samples from a population based on the ease and availability of samples during the duration of the sampling. The sample used was 200 respondents from some of the Beringharjo market traders. In this study there are influences between service quality variables, loan interest rates and collateral for credit decision making at Beringharjo market traders which is indicated by the value of R2 = 73.2%. And the variable that has the highest positive effect is the variable credit interest rate of 3.84, while the lowest variable influence on credit decision making at the Beringharjo market trader is the guarantee variable which is equal to 3.28.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran atau Marketing Mix (produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Dapur Mpok Duren.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan) dan uji asumsi klasik. Dari hasil analisis uji t (parsial), menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen yaitu variabel produk(X1) dan variabel harga(X2), variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan yaitu variabel tempat(X3) dan variabel promosi(X4), sedangkan variabel yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu variabel produk, dilihat dari perolehan nilai tertinggi yaitu nilai t hitung > t tabel (6,599 > 1,98525) atau taraf signifikan yang kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Dari hasil uji f (simultan), diketahui bahwa pengaruh produk, harga, tempat dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Dapur Mpok Duren.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality, price and product diversity influence either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The place used in this research is consumers who make purchases at Maneko Digital. This study used a sample of 95 respondents. The approach method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The technique used is non probability sampling, with a purposive sampling approach that is sampling technique with predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results, product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions 0,346 with a significance of 0,000. Price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions 0,259 with a significance of 0.005. Product diversity variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions 0,342 with a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine perceived risk, perceived ease to use, perceived benefit on buying decision online. Using internet to shopping online will give customers more benefit. In this research, data were obtained using a structured questionnaireon five point Likert Scale. An analytical process (validity, reliability and regression analysis) was performed to obtain 100 questionnaire. The Findings reveal that customer perceived risk, perceived ease of use and perceived benefit have significant and postitive effect on buying decision online. Consumer choose facebook as media shopping online because safety online transaction, consumer can access facebook without any fear of losing money. Facebook is easy to access for everyone with internet. Shopping activity will be more fun if can be accessed anytime and anywhere without any obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To analyze the effect of the pandemic on the workload and quality of work of employees who work at home (WFH); 2) To analyze the effect of the pandemic on employee performance at the Indonesian Pharmacy Academy Campus in Yogyakarta; 3) To analyze workload and work quality on employee performance at the Indonesian Pharmacy Academy in Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work quality on employee performance at the Indonesian Pharmacy Academy in Yogyakarta during the pandemic period. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The focus of this research is to find out how workload and work quality affect employee performance at the Yogyakarta Indonesian Pharmacy Academy during the pandemic. This research was conducted to improve the performance of employees at work so that they can carry out their work and activities well despite implementing a work from home (WFH) system. With the control of employee performance, controlling the workload in accordance with the ability of employees and the quality of work that will make the Indonesian Pharmacy Academy Yogyakarta campus maintain quality services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the level of organizational environment, job stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. Sempurna Sejahtera. The sampling method used was saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Sempurna Sejahtera with a total sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the organizational environment does not have a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The value of tcount < ttable is 0.139 < 2,000 with the results of a partial statistical analysis (t test) a significance value of 0.890 > 0.05. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The value of tcount > ttable is 2,324 > 2,000 with the result (t test) a significance value of 0.024 < 0.05. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention employee. The value of tcount < ttable is -1.771 < 2,000 with the result (t test) a significance value of 0.024 < 0.05. Based on the test results F Fcount> Ftable or 16.048> 2.77 and significant level of 0.000 <0.05 and coefficient of determination (R2)obtained was 0.433, which means the Environment Organization, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction significant effect on Turnover Intention employee by 43.3% and the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.
