Abstract : the purpose of this study is to describe in depth the management of new student admission atau elementary school number 11 Pendopo Empat Lawang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of the study were principals, vice principals, teachers, supervisor and students. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis technique. The result of the research in the form of conclusion is in accordance with the policy set by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, and adjusted by the service in the district of Empat Lawang, and adjusted again by the school. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management facility of language laboratory at Public Senior High School Number One Muara Pinang Empat Lawang District. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The objects are principle, vice principle of facility, head og language laboratory, laboran, language teacher and students. The techniques of the data are interview, observation, and documentation study. The conclusion shows that: The planning of the facility do in, the early of academic year but the committee seldom existed. The provisioning of the facility mostly by puchasing and the government assist. The inventories of the facility aren’t proceduraly. The storage of the facility are procedurally. The using of the facility unapropriate of the list of schedule but the regulation has been running well. The maintenance of the facility is doing based on necessity, the maintenance are; daily, regulary and intern of repairman. The cleaning out of the facility is never done, damaged facility are only warehoused. Keyword: Management language laboratory, Facility language laboratory.

Tujuan umum pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam menyusun rencana pengembangan sekolah Kabupaten utara. .Sedangkan tujuan secara khusus: 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan kepala sekolah tentang rencana kerja sekolah, 2) meningkatkan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan evaluasi diri sekolah, 3) meningkatkan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam menyusun rencana pengembangan sekolah. Khalayak sasaran kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, pengawas, Metode melalui worshop. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa melalui Workshop dapat meningkatkan emampuan Kepala Sekolah dalam menyusun Rencana Pengembangan Sekolah yang sesuai dengan kriteria baik. Aspek yang dinilai antara lain : Kelengkapan elemen RPS, (2) Kejelasan tujuan RPS, (3) Kelengkapan/kesesuaian program dengan tujuan RPS, (4) Kemanfaatan program, (5) Strategi, (6) Kelayakan anggaran biaya, (7) Optimalisasi Sumber daya Sekolah, (8) Sustainbilitas.

This study to almed to describe Early Childhood Education teachers’ performance observed from teachers’ qualification teaching experience and trainning.The method of the study is quantitative descriptive method. The population of this research is all Early Childhood Education teachers’ who are teachig Early Childhood Education Kembang Sepatu group. The writer use total sampling consists of 30 teachers, 6 teachers are SI Early Childhood Education teachers’, 14 teachers are not from Early Childhood Education major teachers’, and 10 teachers are from Senior High School Graduated teacher. The technique for collicting the data is used questionnaire. The analysis data use percentage. The result of the study show that Early Childhood Education teachers’ performance observed from teachers’ qualification teaching experience and trainning are in this good category, with the percentage 75,9%. With details of teacher performance seen from the qualifications of teachers are SI Early Childhood Education teachers’ is in the category Very Good with a value of 83.3%, For teachers are not from Early Childhood Education major teachers’ is in the Good category with a value of 74.4% and teachers are from Senior High School Graduated teacher are in the Good category with 70% value. The performance of teachers whose teaching experience is more than 10 years is better than teachers whose teaching experience is under 10 years. The performance of teachers who have attended the training is better than the teachers who have never attended the training. For later study, the writer suggested that the reseaarcher to examine more in depth about the guiding and training aspects of the child.Keyword: Early childhood teacher’ performance observased by educator qualification from graduated senior high school

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh metode Fernald terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan anak di PAUD Terpadu Mekar Sari Penarik Mukomuko. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Fernald terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah anak kelompok A1 dengan jumlah 14 anak PAUD Terpadu Mekar Sari Penarik Mukomuko tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode Fernald terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan anak usia dini, dengan hasil yaitu c²hitung = 28 lebih besar dari c²tabel pada siginifikansi 5%= 22,362. Saran bagi guru agar dapat menggunakan metode Fernald untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak.

The purpose of this research is to improve problem solving ability through playing guess figure in children of group A1 in PAUD Kemala Bhayangkari North Bengkulu. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK). The study subjects consisted of twelve children consisting of six girl students and six boy students. Technique of collecting data using observation. Data analysis techniques use the average formula. The results showed an increase in problem solving skills through playing guess figures. It is recommended for further researchers to improve problem solving skills in children by using more interesting media such as by using a variety of images and full color.

Bantuan hukum adalah jasa hukum yang diberikan oleh pemberi bantuan hukum, baik oleh Lembaga Bantuun Hukum maupun Advokat secara perseorangan secara cuma-cuma kepada penerima bantuan hukum. Penerima bantuan hukum adalah orang atau kelompok orang miskin. Dalam pembahasan ini merujuk pada Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2011 tentang Bantuan Hukum. Sebagimana, negara bertanggung jawab terhadap pemberian bantuan hukum bagi orang miskin. Sebagai perwujudan akses terhadap keadilan. Pengaturan mengenai bantuan hukum yang diselenggarakan oleh negara. Harus berorientasi pada terwujudnya perubahan sosial yang berkeadilan. Bantuan hukum merupakan instrument penting dari perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Dengan metode kualitatif dengan berfokus pada fenomena sosial yang berkembang di masyarakat. Penelitian ini diterapkan dengan menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Melihat sejauh mana lembaga bantuan hukum berperan serta dalam tercapainya fungsi bantuan hukum, pemerataan siapa saja yang berhak mendapatkan bantuan serta peranya dalam mewujudkan lembaga hukum sebagai access to justice.

This study aims to determine the effect of economic factors on banking stocks on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used is the method of multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20. The empirical results of this study indicate that microeconomic factors namely Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loans have a negative but not significant effect on stock returns while Operational Costs on Operational Income have a negative and significant effect on return stock. The macroeconomic factors namely inflation shows a negative and significant influence on stock returns. The implication is that this research can strengthen signal theory and arbitrage pricing theory and add insight to future researchers, as well as additional references for banking companies in considering the role of predictor variables as in this study. which affects stock returns.

The use of language in speaking will show how a person's attitude is in using his own language or others language when someone is in the process of communicating (speaking). Freedom of language can be seen from his/her attitude of the language. The language used should be seen in its context, for example in literature. The literature context is written with various characteristics, they are in terms of content, expression and beauty. Literature work is the results of an imagined human creation. One of them is a fable story. This fable story is a story about human life whose characters are animals that the behavior resembles humans. This study focuses on the model of fable text story and its effect on the improvement in attitude and moral in language of Indonesian Language Study Program students at the Faculty of Language and Arts, Universitas Negeri Medan. Therefore, theoretically and practically, this research is expected to be able to contribute. Theoretically, this research contributes as a reference in science, they are the model of fable story which contains attitudes and moral in language in the Literature course at FBS Unimed. Practically, the findings of this study will be useful for: government, Indonesian language teachers, and any other research. The stages of this research were conducted with a preliminary stage, and evaluation by using a research and development design. This method is a research method that uses to produce products and test the effectiveness of the products (Sugiono, 2010). The research results are reputable scientific publication articles in the form of indexed journal or proceeding or web of science, final reports that registered with copyright, and a model of fable text story in the KI form (patent or simple patent or copyright, or industrial product design). As an additional output, it is as a mandatory result and a speaker of international scientific seminars.
