Abstract

Smallholder plantations play an important role in oil palm development in Jambi Province with a contribution of 70.47 percent to the total area and 57.10 to total palm oil production. Most of the smallholder plantations are self-managed which do not get technical guidance from both the government and the private sector. Therefore various problems are found in independent smallholders, one of which is the discrimination of the price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) produced by independent smallholders. Price discrimination does not only occur between independent smallholders and plasma farmers, but also occurs between independent smallholders. Data were collected from 240 respondents spread across 12 villages in 3 districts of palm oil production centers. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive method and using multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of the study concluded that there were differences in prices around Rp. 300 to Rp. 500 per kg of FFB between prices received by independent smallholders and prices received by plasma farmers and among independent smallholders. The price difference is significantly influenced by the quality factor of the seeds used, the amount of fertilizer use, the experience of farmers in farming and the marketing channels used.

Abstract

Riyadlul Ulum Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School is one of the integrated boarding schools that teaches language lessons, one of which is Arabic lessons, where Arabic is the official language used in the teaching and learning process as well as in daily speaking. One of the challenges that is still a problem today is that students have difficulty memorizing Arabic vocabulary. Course review horay is a method that can be used by teachers to overcome the problems of students' difficulties in memorizing Arabic vocabulary in first grade of KMI.This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the course review horay method on students' ability to memorize and Arabic vocabulary in durusul lughoh lessons.the researcher uses a quantitative research method in which the data to be obtained are in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics, the data collection technique is carried out by the test method to obtain information on the understanding of KMI class 1 regarding Arabic language learning using the course review horay method and did not use the Horay course review method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique, normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The population in this study were first grade students of the Riyadlul ulum wadda'wah Islamic boarding school, amounting to 357, while the sample used was 15% of the existing population, namely 53.55 rounded to 54 students.The results of this study indicate that the application of the course review horay method significantly positively affects. This is proven by the significant increase in the value of the comparison of the difference between the pretest and posttest scores after the course review horay research program was implemented. Therefore, the course review horay method can be said to be able to facilitate students in memorizing vocabulary (durusul lughoh).

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salahsatu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi.Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakattersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangandan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat.Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupa penyampaianmateri secara verbal dan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir kritis dan analitisterkait keilmuan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan sumber daya manusiaSikap ini jarang ditemukan pada pria, karena mereka selalu bertumpu pada logikaberpikir. Sehingga, saat tekanan besar datang stres lebih mudah diterima oleh pria. Sebaliknya,gaya pemikiran wanita cenderung menggunakan perasaan sekaligus logika. Mereka bisamempertimbangkan dengan matang tanpa perlu tergesa-gesa melakukannya. Namun, kita perlutahu, wanita seperti apa yang bisa dikatakan hebat itu. Abstract

The development of information and communications technology (ICT) has had a drastic impacton society and industry. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan danKomunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. PLN UP3 Teluk Naga Kabupaten Tangerang. Metodeyang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, dimanasemua populasi dipakai sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 responden. Analisis datamenggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi,analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan terdapatpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,742 atau 74,2% besarpengaruhnya. Komunikasi terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai koefisiendeterminasi sebesar 0,847 atau 84,7% besar pengaruhnya. Gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasiberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi analisis berganda sebesar Y =0,632 + 0,239 X1 + 0,740 X2, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,861 atau 86,1% besar pengaruhnyaterdapat paling besar pada variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawanyaitu besar pengaruhnya dengan nilai 86,1%.Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan; Komunikasi; Kinerja Karyawan
