Abstract

This research assesses the IT service capability of the official website of the Palu City Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) by applying the COBIT 5 framework. The assessment is centered on four key processes from the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) as well as Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA) domains—namely DSS01 (Manage Operations), DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents), DSS06 (Manage Business Process Controls), and MEA01 (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess Performance and Conformance). Data were collected through structured interviews, observation sessions with website administrators, and an analysis of supporting documents to determine the current capability levels and compare them with the desired target level of 3. The results show that DSS01 and MEA01 have reached capability level 2, indicating that the processes are defined but not consistently standardized. Meanwhile, DSS02 and DSS06 remain at level 1, indicating reactive operations with limited documentation. The average capability level of 1.5 suggests that there is room for significant improvement in terms of documentation, process formalization, and the use of enabling technologies. Based on these findings, this study recommends targeted improvements to enhance the overall performance and reliability of digital public services, as well as to support better IT governance and e-government practices.

Abstract

Communication in peer-to-peer (P2P) networks presents challenges in maintaining security, data integrity, and decentralization. Consensus mechanisms play a crucial role in addressing these challenges by validating data and ensuring that each entity has synchronized data without intermediaries. This research focuses on the implementation and analysis of the Proof of Work (PoW) consensus mechanism, widely used in blockchain, to enhance understanding of its functions, benefits, and workings or flow. This research, conducted using the Go programming language, successfully implements Proof of Work (PoW) as a security measure, ensuring data integrity, and preventing manipulation. Through black-box testing, this research confirms the functionality and reliability of the implemented Proof of Work (PoW) consensus. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of consensus mechanisms, offering insights to optimize blockchain protocols and foster trust among entities. This research highlights the relevance of sustainable Proof of Work (PoW) in blockchain technology, emphasizing its role in enhancing security and ensuring data integrity in decentralized networks.

Abstract

The escalating demand for secure data management in blockchain systems has prompted the exploration of advanced cryptographic techniques. Leveraging the SHA256 hashing algorithm, this implementation aims to fortify data integrity, confidentiality, and authentication within the blockchain network. By meticulously examining the algorithm's application, the research demonstrates its efficacy in ensuring tamper-resistant data storage and retrieval, quantifying improvements in security percentages and specific metrics. The integration of SHA256 within the data layer is explored in technical detail, highlighting the concrete benefits of heightened security and immutability. The analysis discusses practical implications and delves into potential advancements in blockchain technology, offering valuable insights for researchers, developers, and practitioners seeking to bolster the robustness of data layers in blockchain networks.

Abstract

In the face of escalating global data exchange, the pronounced vulnerability oftraditional centralized storage networks to manipulation and attacks poses a pressing challenge. Digital service providers, entrusted with vast datasets, grapple with the formidable task of ensuring the security, integrity, and continuous availability of their stored information. This paper tackles these multifaceted issues by proposing a decentralized data storage network empowered by blockchain technology. This approach systematically mitigates the inherent susceptibilities of centralized systems, thereby providing heightened resilience against unauthorized alterations and malicious attacks that compromise digital information integrity. Moreover, the decentralized model holds significant promise for securing public data. By leveraging the transparency and immutability of blockchain ledgers, this approach not only safeguards against unauthorized access but also actively fosters transparency and accountability in data management. This makes it particularly well-suited for ensuring the security and integrity of public data, addressing concerns related to trust and reliability in the ever-evolving landscape of information exchange.

Abstract

Most people, especially women, are generally not educated about what ingredients are contained in a cosmetic and only rely on social media as a reference by looking at influencers who advertise a beauty product. To consult with a dermatologist also requires a lot of money, so they choose not to care about it, this causes many cases handled by dermatologists are cases that are too severe. Therefore, there is a need for awareness and education for women, especially teenagers regarding the use of illegal cosmetics, so through this research, the authors try to propose a free, expert-based platform that can be accessed in general by people from anywhere and anytime to carry out self- assessments or self-examinations. or education that makes it easier for the public to get easy and detailed information access regarding the hazardous ingredients contained in cosmetics. So in this study, we propose an educational media and expert-based assessment of the symptoms of the disease suffered in the form of developing an expert system based on the forward chaining algorithm and certainty factor, which involves a dermatologist. based on the results of testing the accuracy of 20 data samples, 18 data were appropriate and 2 data were not appropriate so that the accuracy obtained was 90%, and from user satisfaction testing it was found that 80% were satisfied with the system created and 20% were not satisfied.

Abstract

Water is a necessity for living things that have certain parameters to be consumed. This tool is made to measure the parameters of pH, temperature and turbidity of water quality and this tool is integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology so that sensor measurement data can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This tool implements Fuzzy Logic to generate “clean” and “unclean” values for water and uses the NodeMCU-ESP32s Module as the main controller, the PH-4502c sensor measures pH, the SKUSEN0189 sensor measures turbidity, and the DS18B20 sensor measures temperature. The results show that all sensors work well with an average error value of 2.95% for pH, 0.80% for temperature, and 21.32% for turbidity.

Abstract

Abstrak. Audit adalah suatu proses sistematis yang mendapatkan dan mengevaluasi perihal tindakan untuk memastikan kesamaan antara tindakan tersebut dan ketetapan yang telah ada. Dalam prosesnya audit sistem informasi dilakukan dengan cara pengujian terhadap sistem yang ada dalam organisasi dengan tujuan untuk menilai apakah aplikasi/sistem telah berjalan sebagaimana tujuan awal pembangunan. Objek penelitian audit yang digunakan ialah sistem informasi penyelesaian perkara (SIMPEL Banding) dengan menggunakan domain APO, DSS, MEA dengan detail sub domain APO 11 (Manage Quality), APO 12 (Manage Risk), DSS 01 (Manage Operations), DSS 03 (Manage Problem), MEA 3(Monitor, Evaluate and assest Performance and Conformance) pada framework cobit 5. Dari hasil penelitian SIMPEL Banding berada pada tingkat kapabilitas level 4 (Predictible Process) Proses sekarang beroperasi dalam batas yang ditentukan untuk dengan performa yang baik. Namun dalam mengimplementasikan SIMPEL Banding belum menggunakan prosedur yang terstruktur sesuai standar tata kelola IT berdasarkan framework COBIT 5 dan kurangnya dokumen dan efektifitas manajemen dalam mengatur tata kelola IT pada sistem. Oleh karena itu rekomendasi dari hasil audit dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan oleh pihak pengelola untuk meningkatkan sistem tata kelola TI dari SIMPEL BandingAbstrak. Abstract

Abstrak: Melakukan permainan satu sama lain, berinteraksi dengan media pembelajaran, baik itu media display atau pun media realia yang sangat menyenangkan. Di sepanjang jendela dalam kelas atau pun di sudut-sudut kelas, terpasang aneka poster, foto para pahlawan, dan model 3 dimensi yang berbentuk hewan atau pun tumbuhan, ataupun poster yang berisi aritmatika sederhana. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, ada beberapa kekurangan dalam media pembelajaran yang dianut secara turun temurun ini. Salah satunya adalah bahwa media pembelajaran itu dapat patah disalah satu bagiannya, atau pun tampak kusam karena jarang dirawat. Hal lain yang mendasari peniliti untuk melakukan riset untuk membangun aplikasi ini adalah adanya pandangan anak didik bahwa mempelajari mata pelajaran matematika itu cukup rumit dikarenakan kesulitan dalam memahami konsep dasarnya. Kemungkinan lain yang dihadapi adalah kurang improvisasinya para guru dalam menyajikan algoritma sederhana atas proses aritmatika sehingga daya nalar dan daya pikir anak didik menjadi berat. Produk yang dibangun dapat menampilkan proses aritmatika sederhana yang cukup interaktif dengan cara yang unik dan menyenangkan. Dimana aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis Augmented Reality yang memberikan tampilan seolah-olah angka tersebut nyata, sebagaimana sering dikenal dengan model 3 dimensi. Siswa tersebut hanya mendekatkan barkode yang telah disediakan didalamnya telah dilengkapi dengan angka-angka dan operator tambah, bagi, kali, kurang dan lain sebagainya. Abstract: Playing games with each other, interacting with instructional media, be it display media or real media fun. Along the window in the classroom or in the corners of the class, there are various posters, photographs of heroes, and 3-dimensional models in the form of animals or plants, or posters containing simple arithmetic. Along with the development of the times, there are some shortcomings in the learning media adopted from generation to generation. One of them is that the learning media can be broken in one part, or looks dull because it is rarely treated. Another thing that underlies the researcher to do research to build this application is the view of students that learning mathematics course is quite complicated due to difficulties in understanding the basic concept. Another possibility faced is the lack of improvisation of teachers in presenting a simple algorithm on the process of arithmetic so that the power of reasoning and thinking power of the students become heavy. Built-in products can feature simple interactive arithmetic processes in a unique and fun way. Where this application is designed based Augmented Reality that gives the appearance as if the number is real, as is often known as 3 dimensional model. Students are just closer barcode that has been provided in it has been equipped with numbers and operators such as, added, mines, multiple, and so forth.

Abstract

Deteksi kendaraan real-time pada perangkat edge merupakan komponen penting dalam Sistem Transportasi Cerdas (ITS). Performa deteksi di perangkat edge sangat dipengaruhi oleh konfigurasi pelatihan seperti batch size dan resolusi input, namun pengaruh keduanya terhadap YOLO12n untuk klasifikasi kendaraan berbasis PKJI belum banyak dikaji secara sistematis. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi 16 konfigurasi pelatihan yang berasal dari kombinasi empat batch size (8, 16, 32, dan 64) dan empat resolusi input (320, 480, 640, dan 720 piksel) untuk deteksi kendaraan pada NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano. Model yang dihasilkan kemudian diuji menggunakan dataset 9.381 citra pada tiga format inferensi, yaitu PyTorch, TensorRT FP32, dan TensorRT FP16. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa interaksi batch size dan resolusi input bersifat non-linier. Tiga konfigurasi mengalami ketidakstabilan selama pelatihan, sedangkan resolusi tinggi tidak menjamin performa real-time yang lebih baik pada perangkat edge. Konfigurasi terbaik dalam eksperimen ini adalah TensorRT FP16 pada resolusi 480 piksel (FPS = 35,01, mAP@50 = 0,9109) dengan konsumsi memori GPU setengah dari konsumsi format FP32. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi pelatihan dan strategi optimasi inferensi berperan penting dalam menentukan kelayakan deployment deteksi kendaraan pada perangkat edge.

Abstract

The demand for goods delivery services (expedition services) is currently growing very rapidly to support the many e-commerce companies that have sprung up in Indonesia. In the delivery process, there is often a delay in delivery due to the random delivery path of the delivery service courier. The development of information technology, especially computer technology, can be used to solve problems in various fields of work. This study aims to optimize the determination of Goods Delivery routes using the Bellman-Ford and Dijkstra Algorithms. The case study was conducted at JT Goods Delivery Services in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. The data used in this study is the distance data between the delivery location points of goods taken from Google Maps. This research was conducted by collecting data on the distance between the source point and the location of the delivery of goods. By using the Bellman-Ford and Dijkstra Algorithms, the Bellman-Ford Algorithm is used to handle graphs with negative weights and detect negative cycles, while the Dijkstra Algorithm is more efficient on graphs with positive weights, focusing on finding the shortest path from one point to all other points, the distance and time required for shipping goods can be minimized so that the efficiency of shipping goods can be increased
