Abstract

PLN UPP KITRING Central Sulawesi has duties and responsibilities in the process of supervising the construction period until the completion of the contract mass. In this monitoring process, managers find it very difficult to know the progress of the project due to the absence of media to facilitate reporting and monitoring of system developments to find out follow-up to the system. If this problem is allowed to continue, the project work cannot be completed on time and incurs a considerable cost loss. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help solve project monitoring problems by identifying patterns of project development that will be useful for managers in making decisions related to project performance. The development of this research uses the waterfall method and the system testing uses a black-box testing. The results of this study are based on testing and design analysis of the C4.5 Algorithm Application in Recognizing Project Work Development Patterns to Know the Win/Lose Target Results of the Case Study Project at PT PLN (PERSERO) UPP KITRING Central Sulawesi, it can be concluded that the system is able to recognize patterns project development by utilizing the C4.5 algorithm and the system can implement the C4.5 algorithm in recognizing project development patterns.

Abstract

Auction is a process that starts from the moment someone is about to sell an item until a price agreement is reached or until the auction is stopped, so that the item is not auctioned or sold. In the auction evaluation section, there is a problem, namely when there are many assessment documents for the goods to be auctioned, making the assessment hampered because they are still using the manual method, by assessing one by one document of the goods to be auctioned and then the results of the assessment are compared with other data items to determine which ones are eligible for auction, so that requires a longer process to determine the items eligible for auction. This study uses the SMART method for its decision support system method. This study using 15 criteria in determining decisions. The result of this research is that the decision support system designed or built is successful in selecting auction-worthy vehicles, by implementing the SMART method and running well. Determination of eligibility for auction vehicles must meet predetermined criteria, there are 15 criteria in the assessment of auction vehicles. System testing is carried out by comparing manual calculations with calculations using the system resulting in a 100% accuracy percentage of the 61 test data entered into the system.

Abstract

Blood donation is an important activity in the medical world that requires efficient coordination between donors and recipients of blood donations so that blood needs are met. However, the blood donation process still needs to be improved because of the lack of donors and the difficulty of blood recipients to find donors. Using this problem, researchers designed and developed a web application that utilizes ReactJS as a frontend Library and ExpressJS as a backend framework. This application will help donors to register, make donor appointments, and access information related to blood donor activities. Admins can use this application to manage information and send notifications to donors. This research system development method needs analysis, system design, application implementation, and testing and evaluation. This research uses two tests, namely Blackbox and a questionnaire. The result of this research is an application system named Badonordarah that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the blood donor service process in Palu City and make it easier for donors and blood recipients to interact

Abstract

Pasar tradisional Indonesia sangat penting bagi perekonomian, terutama bagi pedagang kecil dan komunitas yang bergantung pada perdagangan sebagai sumber pendapatan mereka. Namun, masalah seperti pergeseran demografi, kemajuan teknologi, dan kurangnya transparansi harga telah mengganggu stabilitas pasar tradisional. Artikel ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya sistem informasi harga bahan pokok untuk mengelola harga dan mencegah inflasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi yang disebut GadeMart yang akan melacak perubahan harga di dua pasar tradisional terbesar Kota Palu: Pasar Inpres Manonda dan Pasar Masomba. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan stabilitas ekonomi dan transparansi harga di pasar tradisional.

Abstract

Purpose - Many people do not know the potential that the Waluran Village area has. So, this service aims to provide education to the public regarding the potential of family medicinal plants (TOGA) through the conservation of medicinal plants. Design/methodology/approach - The service methods used are socialization, education, formation of medicinal plant conservation groups, and training. Finding - The results of the service showed that 50 types of medicinal plants were obtained from the exploration of medicinal plants, with the superior local plant in the target village being the leaves of karas bone (Chlorantus elatior). Originality/value - The local community also responded well, that this activity really helped the problems that occurred in their area.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious public health problem, especially among under-fives, which can cause serious short- and long-term impacts. Efforts to tackle stunting in Indonesia involve national strategies and development priorities. Therefore, this study aims to compare the performance of machine learning regression algorithms in predicting stunting prevalence in Indonesia. The data collected is secondary data. The data collection was done carefully, taking explicit details regarding the source, scope, extent, and analysis of the dataset, and using a careful sampling methodology. The model evaluation results show that the Random Forest Regression algorithm has the best performance, with a success rate of 90.537%. The application of this model to the new dataset shows that East Nusa Tenggara province has the highest percentage of stunting at 31.85%, while Bali has the lowest percentage at 12.07%. Visualization of the dashboard using Tableau provides a clear picture of the distribution of stunting in Indonesia. In conclusion, this research contributes to the development of science, especially in the field of machine learning and public health, and provides policy recommendations for tackling stunting in Indonesia.

Abstract

Background: Ileus occurs when there is a non-mechanical decrease or stoppage of the flow of intestinal contents. The cause of ileus has yet to be clearly defined. Various factors influence the risk for an ileus, each affecting a small part of the complex neuroimmune system. The patient will present with bloating and abdominal distension. Plain abdominal films and computed tomography (CT) scans of the abdomen are usually the first diagnostic imaging obtained. The most important principle for treating ileus is treating the underlying cause. Treating the infection, electrolyte abnormalities, and decreasing opiate use can all potentially decrease the durability of an ileus. Anesthesia procedures must be performed to treat patients preoperatively, during surgery, and postoperatively. Enhanced recovery protocols, regional anesthesia, opioid-sparing analgesics, and laparoscopy have all improved the number of postoperative ileus cases.Case Presentation: The following is a 67-year-old male patient who presents with abdominal pain with a scale of 4 out of 10, diagnosed with ileus, which was planned for laparotomy surgery by general anesthesia with supine position.Conclusion:We conclude that anesthetic procedures are critical in ileus patients in performing laparotomy operations, both in selecting anesthetic techniques, anesthetic drugs, and supporting scores (Aldrete score). Abstract

Education in the sense of schooling is now leading to the process of industrialization. The world of education can no longer be considered as a social institution only but must be treated industrially, which is treated or managed professionally. Due to the increasingly fierce world of competition today, if educational institutions are not managed professionally, then the customer will leave educational institutions if they are poorly managed. In various case studies, the Balanced Scorecard has provided many benefits to the development of education management, especially SMA ABC Jakarta does not yet have a performance measurement based on the Balanced Scorecard method. In the Balanced Scorecard method, the measurement is based on four perspectives, namely, financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and learning perspectives. Therefore, a good performance design needs to be done to realize the vision of this ABC Jakarta High School. So, a performance design was carried out for the Principal of SMA ABC Jakarta using the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard method. Then, the weighting and prioritization of each KPI are carried out using the Analytical Network Process with the help of Super Desicion software. The results of this study are in the form of a Scorecard List, and there are 13 Principal KPIs from each perspective, namely 1 KPI from a Financial perspective, 9 KPIs from an Operational perspective, 2 KPIs from a Customer perspective, and 1 KPI from an HR perspective. Then, for the priority results of this KPI, it is found in the operational perspective, precisely on the KPI for the Implementation of Supervision of the Learning Process by Schools or O9 with a weight of 0.1992 or in the percentage of 20%, this indicates that the Implementation of Supervision of the Learning Process by Schools is the most important thing. compared to other KPIs.Keywords - Analytical network process, Balanced scorecard, Perancangan kinerja, Software super decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, dampak serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi model pembelajaran sentra main peran untuk mengembangkan motorik halus anak kelompok A1 TK Islam Plus Mutiara Banguntapan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi model pembelajaran sentra main peran untuk mengembangkan motorik halus anak kelompok A1 TK Islam Plus Mutiara Banguntapan dimulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Dampaknya yaitu berdampak baik pada perkembangan motorik halus anak dengan melihat tercapainya indikator yang diterapkan di TK Islam Plus Mutiara berdasarkan STPPA yang mengacu pada kurikulum 2013. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu SDM di TK Islam Plus Mutiara sudah cukup bagus, APE cukup memadai, dan peserta didik sudah mengerti apa yang diajarkan oleh guru. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu sarana dan prasarana masih kurang baik.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan fisik motorik anak adalah kegiatan gerak tari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah kegiatan gerak tari dapat mengembangkan fisik motorik pada kelompok B RA DWP UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, (2) Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan fisik motorik anak dalam kegiatan gerak tari.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tentang keadaan di tempat penelitian dengan menggunakan rangkaian kata-kata dan kalimat, dengan subyek penelitian kelompok B RA DWP UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancrara. Analisis data secara reduksi data, display data dan verivikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perkembangan fisik motorik melalui gerak tari di kelompok B RA DWP UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dapat mengembangkan fisik motorik anak, hal tersebut terbukti dari upaya guru dalam mengasah fisikmotorik anak, memberikan contoh, membimbing, mengarahkan anak serta cara guru memberikan kata-kata motivasi yang membangun. Faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan fisik motorik yaitu sarana dan prasarana, guru memberi contoh, musik, peran orang tua, sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam pengembangan fisik motorik anak yaitu kondisi anak yang tidak sehat atau tidak baik, dan berbarengan dengan kegiatan lainnya.
