Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan analisis kompetensi inti pada bisnis ekowisata hutan bakau di BeeJay Bakau Resort. Analisis VRIO (Valueable, Rare, unImitability, Organize) dipakai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi inti yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Kompetensi inti diperlukan oleh suatu perusahaan agar mempunyai daya saing dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi inti dari BeeJay Bakau Resort adalah kemampuan mengelola wisata terintegrasi, luas wisata pantai, penginapan pasang surut, bahan baku fresh, teknologi, kedekatan dengan pemasok, skill membangun serta skill memasak dan show Hibaci.

Abstract

Many people in Kalidawir village, Tanggulangin district, Sidoarjo district still use the asman toga through land media in front of their house. As time goes by, the land as a planting medium is getting narrower due to the increasing number of buildings that stand to replace the function of land for cultivation. The existence of new innovations in the form of hydrophonic planting media is expected to be able to answer that challenge. The method used in the implementation of this hydrophonic plant is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) by utilizing local assets in the form of an abandoned hydrophonic chart at the Kalidawir village hall. This cultivation is very useful as an effort to reduce operational costs but can optimize crop yields. Asman toga hydrophonic plant cultivation training is carried out in the UMSIDA KKN – T program as a form of community service application, where students can apply the theory that has been obtained so that it can be applied in real time in Kalidawir village, Sidoarjo. The results of the implementation of the KKN – T activity can be seen from the increasing number of Asman Toga hydrophonic plants in the yards of residents' houses and the use of organic fertilizers as an environmentally friendly hydrophonic plant fertilizer.

Abstract

This study analyzes the development of Puspa Lebo Sidoarjo by employing the pentahelix approach, fostering cooperation among government, industry, academia, society, and the media. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, the study demonstrates that the pentahelix approach effectively enhances the area's development. The local government provides policy and regulatory support, enabling East Java agribusiness growth, while industry contributes to product development and marketing networks. Academics play a role in product research, development, and human resource improvement. Communities offer support and active involvement in product development and marketing, while the media provides positive coverage and promotions. The implications of this research underscore the significance of collaborative efforts among multiple sectors in regional development, showcasing the potential of the pentahelix model in fostering sustainable growth. Highlight: Pentahelix Collaboration: The study explores the effectiveness of the pentahelix approach, emphasizing the cooperation between government, industry, academia, society, and the media in advancing the development of Puspa Lebo Sidoarjo. Multisectoral Contributions: The research highlights the significant contributions of different sectors in the development process, including the local government's policy support, industry's involvement in product development and marketing, academics' role in research and human resource improvement, community support, and the media's positive coverage and promotions. Sustainability and Growth: The implications suggest that collaborative efforts among multiple sectors are vital for achieving sustainable regional development, showcasing the potential of the pentahelix model in fostering continued growth in the area. Abstract

Cilacap Regent Regulation No. 03 of 2024, which addresses the Provision of Additional revenue to State Civil Apparatus Employees in the Regional Government, provides civil servants in the Kesugihan Subdistrict Office, Cilacap Regency with sources of revenue beyond their salary and allowances. One way to show gratitude for the work that state civil apparatus employees do is to give them a raise. This will have a positive impact on their morale, productivity, and overall well-being. This prompted the author to investigate whether or not the Cilacap Regency Government's civil officials, and those working in the Kesugihan District Office in particular, would be more productive after receiving a salary increase. The author's research shows that in the Kesugihan District office setting, additional employee income does have an effect on civil servants' performance, but that this effect is not yet optimal and requires additional attention from leadership to achieve maximum results. The Kesugihan District Office's civil servants could benefit from additional employee income (TPP) in the form of higher wages and better working conditions, as well as more discipline, which should lead to better service delivery.

Abstract

General Background: Effective digital marketing strategies are crucial for influencing consumer purchasing decisions in the skincare industry. Specific Background: Despite the rise of TikTok as a marketing platform, understanding the relative impact of content marketing, influencer marketing, brand image, and price perception on purchasing decisions remains underexplored. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have not sufficiently addressed the specific role of these factors within the context of TikTok for skincare products. Aims: This research aims to evaluate the influence of content marketing, influencer marketing, brand image, and price perception on the purchasing decisions of Wardah skincare products on TikTok. Results: Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 Wardah skincare buyers and/or TikTok followers, the study reveals that content marketing and influencer marketing do not significantly impact purchasing decisions. In contrast, brand image and price perception have a significant positive effect. Novelty: The study introduces new insights into the effectiveness of TikTok marketing strategies specifically for skincare products and highlights the dominant role of brand image and price perception over content and influencer marketing. Implications: To enhance marketing efficacy, Wardah should focus on optimizing brand image, improving content marketing quality, selecting credible influencers, and employing strategic pricing. This integrated approach will help Wardah strengthen its market position and achieve better consumer engagement in the competitive skincare industry.

Abstract

Urban farming merupakan strategi pertanian perkotaan yang dapat menjawab tantangan ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi masyarakat di wilayah dengan keterbatasan lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan lahan kosong melalui pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan ekonomi warga Muhammadiyah di Kecamatan Mayangan, Kota Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan mitra dari Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Kecamatan Mayangan Kota Probolinggo. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam empat tahapan: observasi, perencanaan, tindakan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa budidaya jamur tiram dapat dilakukan secara efektif di lahan terbatas dengan memanfaatkan limbah organik sebagai media tanam. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta tertarik menerapkan urban farming di lingkungan masing-masing, dengan jamur tiram sebagai komoditas unggulan karena nilai ekonominya yang tinggi dan potensi pasar lokal yang kuat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan urban farming berbasis jamur tiram dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat urban.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of sharia loan crowdfunding at Koperasi Syariah Berkah Bersama (KSBB) as an innovative financing model to accelerate asset growth and the accumulation of third-party funds (DPK) in non-bank financial institutions. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with KSBB management, members, and beneficiaries (shahibul maal and mudharib), supported by observations of the KSBB Universe platform and relevant documentation. The findings reveal that the adoption of sharia crowdfunding significantly increased KSBB’s assets from IDR 513 million in 2020 to IDR 6.9 billion in 2023 (growth of 1,350%) through the use of WhatsApp-based crowdfunding, and further to IDR 13.8 billion in March 2024 (growth of 150%) after the introduction of the KSBB Universe platform. Key success factors include KSBB’s hybrid role as a consumer cooperative, sharia financing provider, and crowdfunding operator; the application of syariah contracts (murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah); strict project feasibility analysis; strong community trust and religious values; and the adoption of a digital platform that enhances transparency and accessibility. However, challenges remain in terms of members’ financial literacy, limited regulatory frameworks for cooperative-based crowdfunding, and the need for stronger human resource capacity. The study contributes theoretically by extending the discourse on sharia crowdfunding beyond fintech startups into cooperative-based models, and practically by offering insights into how cooperatives can adapt crowdfunding mechanisms to strengthen financial sustainability and promote sharia-based financial inclusion in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article explores the role and strategies of the Muhammadiyah organization in contributing to the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. Muhammadiyah has evolved from its initial focus on modernizing Islamic education to impacting various sectors such as health, economy, and social responsibility. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using ethnographic analysis techniques, including interviews and observations, to examine Muhammadiyah's contributions. The findings highlight the organization's important role in education, health, and economic development, as well as its plans to expand into new sectors such as mining and pharmaceutical production. This study underscores Muhammadiyah's potential to further contribute to sustainable development in Indonesia. Keywords : Ethnographic; Muhammadiyah; SDGs; Strategies

Abstract

The agribusiness sector is one of the most important sectors in Indonesia. Therefore, simultaneous efforts are needed to be able to continue to grow this sector. This study aims to identify the role of actors in Pentahelix in increasing the value of the agribusiness sector, especially at the UPT Agribusiness Development of Food Crops and Horticulture at the Agriculture and Food Security Office of East Java Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using the pentahelix approach and Porter's value chain analysis. The result of this study is the formation of a matrix model of the influence of pentahelix-value chain analysis (PVCA) at the UPT Development of Food Crops and Horticulture Agribusiness at the Agriculture and Food Security Service of East Java Province. The actor with the biggest role in increasing the institution's value is academia, while the party with the smallest influence is the media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle, consumer trust, and perceived value on consumer buying interest in Thrift Shop products in Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative approach with the population being Generation Z and who have purchased Thrift Shop products in Sidoarjo. The sampling technique of this research was carried out by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a total of 102 respondents. The data source collection technique used in this study is primary data using an online questionnaire through Google form media and disseminated through social media. Based on the results of this study, it proves that Lifestyle affects purchase intention, consumer trust affects purchase intention and perceived value affects Thrift Shop purchase intention in Sidoarjo. Customers consider the perceived value of Thrift Shop to be good, thus having an impact on buying interest. Perceived value makes sense to consumers, encouraging high buying interest in thrift shop products The managerial implications of the discussion and analysis results in research on lifestyle consumer trust and perceived value in thrift shop products in the functional and symbolic dimensions are expected to be useful for interested parties, especially for second-hand clothes sellers. This study implies that consumers have a perceived value related to the quality and benefits of the products they will get. So, this has implications for consumers in making decisions to buy thrift shop products
