Abstract

Abstract— Civil Servants or abbreviated as PNS represent countries that have a role in carrying out their duties to achieve the goals of the State. Contributions made by civil servants through performance affect the progress and achievement of a government agency. Staffing management at government agencies has been processed by utilizing information technology. E-Kinerja is a breakthrough by the government to measure the productivity of civil servants against responsibilities towards the main tasks and functions in achieving the objectives of government. The E-Performance information system each civil servant processes the employee performance target data input process, which is an agenda to be carried out by PNS, based on the PNS Work Behavior. The E-Performance information system of each civil servant process the employee performance targets the input data process, which is an agenda to be carried out by civil servants, based on the PNS Work Behavior. The capability of the E-Kinerja information system for staffing management needs to be evaluated. E-Performance information system audits can provide an overview, evaluation and identification of the use of information technology can provide results in terms of staffing management. COBIT 5 Framework is a collection of procedures that can meet the needs of governance and management to achieve the goals of an organization. In this research the E-Kinerja information system reaches an average value of 3.67 at level 4 (Predictble Process). Indicates that the planning of the E-Kinerja information system at the Denpasar City Population and Civil Registry Office has achieved the expected goals.

Abstract

Technology development can be used to support the teaching and learning process so it can runs more effectively and efficiently, and one of the applications that can be used to support this process is the Learning Management System (LMS). LMS provides an integrated platform starting from delivering learning materials to students, and evaluating learning process. The evaluation method that can be done at the LMS is giving assignments to students, and students can do submission by uploading their documents assignment answer. The common problem is many students do plagiarism by duplicate the answers of other students. To overcome these problems, this study will implement feature in Course Assignment Menu in LMS to detect the similarity of student assignment document using K-Shingling and Cosine Similarity methods. The K-Shingling algorithm is used to form shingles or word fragments based from all text in the task answer document that has gone through the pre processing stage, then each document have shingle value vector which will be used to compare the similarity values between documents using Cosine Similarity. The results obtained in this study is the developed feature is capable to detecting the similarity percentage of the assignment answer documents from each student, and from that percentage value it can indicate whether the students assignment answers is plagiarism to other students assignment answers. Abstract

BMKG and BNBP are organizations formed by the government to handle disasters both before, pre-disaster and after a disaster occurs. BMKG and BNBP have several early warning systems, but it requires a long and long process for information to reach the community. This research was conducted to produce applications that can provide warnings to the community when an earthquake occurs and can provide information on the nearest evacuation site. Also this application is designed to be able to connect with friends or close relatives when an earthquake disaster occurs. The application will send notifications automatically to friends or close relatives when the user is affected by an earthquake. This Earthquake Warning and Mitigation application was developed based on mobile hybrids by utilizing open source earthquake data from InaSAFE and integrated with the Google Maps API.

Abstract

The development of the Internet of Things today is very rapid. one form of this development is a Smart-Building or smart building. Smart buildings require a form of system that can monitor the building in real time and efficiently. in this study designed a prototype form of a smart building system by adding a detector for the number of people using the ESP32cam camera sensor. The number of people object detection adapts the careful YOLOv3 Algorithm to 5 different lighting conditions, dimmed 50% and 75%, increased 50% and 75% and normal conditions. The results of this implementation show that the mAP value exceeds 90% in all of these lighting conditions. The YOLOv3 algorithm applied to the smart building prototype system has succeeded in detecting and counting the number of people objects in an image captured by the camera sensor. Abstract

Abstract— Final project is one of the requirements that must be passed by students to complete their education. In the process of making the final project there is a guidance stage for the work of lecturers. The construction of the final assignment guidance scheduling system using the Relational Unfied Proccess (RUP) method aims to meet between lecturers and students, it is difficult to determine the schedule of meetings. In the RUP process there are 4 stages that must be passed in building a system. Inception at this stage the search for system requirements. Conducted by conducting interviews with students obtained a schedule for system development, 5 main functional needs of the system and 3 actors contained in the system. Elaboration is done by designing a system using the Unified Modeling Language. Beginning with the design with a use case diagram, proceed to the activity diagram and finally use the class diagram. The construction phase of the system is built based on the web using the programming languages ??PHP, HTML and CSS. Finally, in the transition phase the implementation at the construction stage will be tested using the blackbox method to test the functional system. In testing conducted on the login, submission of guidance, complaints and confirmation of submission obtained valid results for testing.

Abstract

Ceki is one of the traditional card games that has been quite popular in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. In Bali the game of ceki has become a tradition, where the game is played when there is community activity. Multiplayer online games are one way to introduce and develop traditional games to be more interesting to play. The problems that are often faced to develop multiplayer online games include the latency problems that are different from each player so that it can interfere with games from other players who have better latency. In this study, a real time multiplayer online game will be built to play traditional games. discussing how the rules of traditional games obtained from the rules of the Balinese game will be applied to the game engine from online multiplayer games, how to implement online game multiplayer architecture on client-server and peer to peer web-browsers. The focus of this research is on the performance of the use of websocket and webRTC on latency and bandwidth usage for data synchronization that supports real time multiplayer online games based on peer to peer. The results obtained from this study see the average latency needed to synchronize data between websocket compared to webRTC is very significant. The number of players has no effect on latency in both websocket and webRTC.

Abstract

Good applications and information systems have an attractive interface that is easily understood by users. A good system must also be widely accepted and used by all users. Analysis of the level of effectiveness of UI/UX information systems has been using various types of different methods so that it takes a relatively long time to learn each method that is most suitable and effective. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the interface and user experience (UI/UX) of information systems based on various types of methods that are generally used. The method used in this research is the literature study method, by exploring and analyzing previous research related to the measurement and analysis of UI/UX in the context of information systems. The results of this research show that the level of effectiveness of UI/UX of information systems can be measured quantitatively, accompanied by statistical analysis that reflects the level of effectiveness of the 5 commonly used methods in general. In addition, this research also shows the obstacles faced in improving the effectiveness of UI/UX in information systems, as well as the importance of paying attention to good UI/UX so that users are comfortable and can easily use the system. The output of this research can provide new insights related to how much the level of effectiveness of UI/UX on information systems. And can be a reference for other studies in choosing the appropriate UI/UX effectiveness measurement analysis method.

Abstract

Abstract— In maintaining the quality of aviation fuel, before being marketed, the aviation fuel must pass through the filtering stage using a filter. The use of filters must be monitored for efficiency by using a PDG (pressure different gauge) instrument. PDG is a measuring device that is equipped with a switch and will be a disconnect when the PDG needle shows a number above 15 psi. However, filter monitoring is only done by looking at the PDG installed on each filter and the switches on the PDG have not been used at all. From this problem, the author conducted research out by designing and building a tool that can monitor switches on the PDG and provide SMS notifications. In its design, the device uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller with a 12VDC power supply. This device is equipped with GSM SIM900A which functions to send SMS. Based on research, the highest current consumption is 0.18 A and the smallest is 0.11 A. The average time for sending an SMS is 7 seconds. Based on testing the tool can work as expected. With the design and construction of this device, it is expected to help PT. Pertamina DPPU Ngurah Rai to monitoring the performance of filters in realtime so that the replacement of filter elements can be done in a timely manner and maintain the marketed aviation has good quality.

Abstract

In communication systems using microwave waves (microwave links), the presence of noise and multipath fading can reduce and reduce the performance of communication systems. Microwave propagation is influenced by several things in the reception system besides having to LOS (Line of Sight) there is a reflected signal from the surface that is causing interference (multipath signal). By using the diversity maximal ratio combining technique on systems affected by noise and fading, it is used through BER (Bit Error Rate) analysis. Abstract

Penyandang tuna netra memiliki kondisi fisik yang terbatas. Kondisi fisik ini membuat penyandang menggunakan tongkat sebagai alat pemandu dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Kemajuan teknologi membantu penyandang mengganti tongkat dengan alat pemandu menggunakan sensor ultrasonik sehingga lebih leluasa bergerak. Sensor ultrasonik bekerja dengan memanfaatkan gelombang ultrasonik sebagai pemancar dan menghitung jarak dengan perbedaan selisih waktu. Kepekaan sensor ultrasonik dari 2 cm sampai 200 cm. Pengolah data yang digunakan adalah mikrokontroler arduino dan keluaran berupa motor getar. Alat pemandu tuna netra menggunakan sabuk sebagai desain utama. Sensor diletakkan pada sisi kiri, depan, dan kanan sabuk untuk mendeteksi benda yang berada pada jarak pantulan sensor. Motor getar diletakkan pada samping sensor untuk memberikan getaran ketika sensor ultrasonik aktif. Alat pemandu tuna netra mempunyai spesifikasi dalam mendeteksi jarak 30 cm di kiri sabuk, 150 cm di depan sabuk, 30 cm di kanan sabuk dan 120 cm – 125 cm di bawah sabuk.
