Abstract

Sejak Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) dinyatakan sebagai pandemi dunia oleh World Health Organization (WHO), memberikan dampak buruk terhadap kondisi kesehatan masyarakat terutama kesehatan ibu dan anak. MenristekBrin, mengatakan program peningkatan akses dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia selama masa pandemi harus terus didorong sebagai langkah preventif peningkatan angka kejadian stunting di Indonesia. (Brojonegoro, 2020). Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian nugget kelor sebagai alternatif bahan pangan di era new normal terhadap status gizi (BB/U) pada Balita Stunting di Kabupaten Grobogan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental study dengan one group pre-post test design (Notoadmojo, 2010). Populasi semua balita dengan Z-Score <-2 SD (indikator pengukuran BB/U) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tawangharjo dan Puskesmas Godong 1 sebanyak 276 balita. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan rule of thumb berjumlah 32 responden. Uji beda dilakukan untuk membandingkan perubahan status gizi anak balita sebelum dan setelah intervensi menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney Tingkat kemaknaan yang diinginkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 95%. berdasarkan analisis didapatkan hasil nilai Sig atau P Value sebesar 0,47 > 0,05 maka tidak terdapat pengaruh pemberian nugget daun kelor terhadap status gizi balita stunting. Saran perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap pemberian nugget kelor selama 90 bulan untuk melihat peningkatan status gizi Balita.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Menurut data kementerian Kesehatan republic Indonesia (kemenkes RI) tahun 2019, jumlah ibu bersalin tercatat sebanyak 5.050.637 orang dan jumlah kelahiran di Indonesia di perkirakan naik 20%. Menurut profil kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2018 Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia mencapai 305 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2015, ini mengalami penurunan di banding tahun 2012 sebesar 359 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup dan target penurunan angka kematian pada tahun 2030 sebesar 131 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup (Kemenkes RI, 2019).Metode: Rancangan penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Jenis penelitian studi kasus deskriptif ini menggunakan metode observasi partisipatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu bersalin kala I.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan diagnosa pada Ny.E adalah gangguan rasa nyaman nyeri. Evaluasi pelaksanaan pemberian aroma terapi lemon pada kasus Ny.E dengan nyeri pada kala I terdapat pengurangan skala nyeri dari 7 (sangat berat) menjadi 6 (berat)Kesimpulan: Masalah nyeri dan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu bersalin kala I Ny.E sudah teratasi. Kata kunci : Pemberian aroma terapi oil, Frekuensi mual muntah, ibu hamil

Abstract

 Background: Stunting is a condition of toddlers who have a length or height that is less when compared to age. This condition is measured by a length or height that is more than minus two standard deviations of the median standard of child growth from WHO. Toddler stunting includes chronic nutritional problems caused by many factors such as socioeconomic conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, pain in babies, and lack of nutritional intake in infants. Stunting toddlers in the future will have difficulty in achieving optimal physical and cognitive development (Kemenkes RI, 2018)   Purpose: The purpose of this study is to know the influence of giving moringa nuggets as an alternative to food in the new normal era with increased nutritional status (Height / Age) in Stunting Toddlers in Grobogan Regency   Method: Quasi experimental study type of study, Population of all toddlers with Z-Score <-2 SD (TB / U measurement indicator), sampling rule of thumb sampling technique How to collect data is done by measuring the child's weight both in the control group and in the intervention group before the intervention (giving moringa nuggets). Nutritional status is expressed in body weight by age and nutritional status is expressed in the Z score of weight based on age (TB/U)   Results: There is no change in nutritional status before and after giving moringa leaf nuggets after 30 days of intervention.   Conclusion: More research is needed on the administration of moringa nuggets for 90 days to see an increase in the nutritional status of toddlers

Abstract

 Background: One of the nutritional problems in Indonesia that has become a priority for the national program is stunting. Stunting, a condition where the child's height does not match the child's age, and the condition of stunting in children can have an impact on their growth and development in the future.   Purpose: This community service aims to provide training on processing a balanced menu for at-risk families in Blora Regency   Method: This community service uses a training method for families at risk of stunting with 200 participants from 10 villages.   Results: This community service activity resulted in an increase in knowledge, participants' skills in processing balanced menus as indicated by good knowledge increased from 23.5% to 72.5%.   Conclusion: Training on menu processing can increase the knowledge and skills of groups at risk of stunting.

Abstract

Background : The most common discomfort experienced by pregnant women at 28 to 40 weeks of gestation (third trimester) is back pain. Starting from something trivial, back pain is often not a concern for pregnant women. Providing non-pharmacological therapy can be considered, for example, with pregnancy exercises to overcome the problem of back pain (Mongi, 2022). The purpose of community service in providing is to provide midwifery care for pregnancy with a focus on interventions for the application of pregnancy exercises in the third trimester to reduce back pain. Methodology : This community service activity involves providing pregnancy exercise training for 15-20 minutes in pregnancy classes. Results : Prenatal exercise given to pregnant women in the third trimester can have the effect of reducing discomfort, namely back pain, so that pregnant women can go through their pregnancy safely and comfortably. Conclusion : Improved health of pregnant women with a decrease in the scale of back pain after doing pregnancy exercises 4 times divided into 15 minute durations, with a frequency of 2 times per week, for 2 weeks
