Abstract

Latar Belakang: Lebih dari 450 juta (12%) anak di Dunia pada tahun 2019 mengalami tunagrahita, sekitar 56% di Indonesia, 12.0007 jiwa di Jawa Tengah serta 1.596 jiwa di Grobogan. Kemampuan motorik halus anak tunagrahita yang masih rendah perlu ditingkatkan dengan latihan mengancingkan baju bina diri dengan gerak yang melibatkan fungsi motorik seperti otak, otot, saraf dan rangka sehingga anak menjadi lebih mandiri mengenakan dan menanggalkan baju berkancing tanpa bantuan dari orang lain serta percaya diri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengaruh teknik modelling dan teknik shaping bina diri terhadap kemandirian anak tunagrahita di SLB C YPLB Danyang Purwodadi.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan quasi ekperimental dengan desain equivalent control grup. Sampelnya sebanyak 45 responden menggunakan teknik sampling probability sampling dengan stratified random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji anova.Hasil: Hasil uji anova didapatkan nilai p value sebesar 0,000 < ? (0,05) sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak maka dapat diartikan bahwa adanya efektivitas (perbedaaan signifikan) pengaruh teknik modelling dan teknik shaping bina diri terhadap kemandirian anak tunagrahita di SLB C YPLB Danyang Purwodadi. Serta penggunaan teknik shaping bina diri menjadi lebih efektif meningkatkan kemandirian anak tunagrahita dengan peningkatan kemandirian dibandingkan dengan teknik modelling sebanyak 8,467 dan jika dengan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 70,467Kesimpulan: Ada efektivitas pengaruh teknik modelling dan teknik shaping bina diri terhadap kemandirian anak tunagrahita di SLB C YPLB Danyang Purwodadi

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Keluarga berperan penting dalam memberikan motivasi ibu untuk menyusui. Pengetahuan menjadi salah satu faktor untuk mendukung dalam pemberian ASI, angka pemberian ASI di Grobogan sendiri masih rendah sebanyak 51,86% dari data jumlah akumulatif sebesar 11.018. Pengetahuan yang baik akan meningkatkan pola pikir untuk mengetahui tindakan yang baik dan benar sehingga mampu memberikan informasi yang benar untuk meningkatkan motivasi bagi ibu menyusui. Faktor pengetahuan sendiri meliputi : Pendidikan, Umur, Ekonomi. Sosial budaya dan pengalaman.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sempel menggunakan random sampling. Responden keluarga ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-11 bulan di Desa Putatsari kabupaten Grobogan sebanyak 55 responden.Hasil: Sesuai hasil uji yang chi-square terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Tingkat Pengetahuan Keluarga Tentang Pemberian ASI Terhadap Motivasi Ibu Menyusui di Desa Putatsari kabupaten Grobogan dengan p-value : 0.001 kurang dari (?) <0.05. dan kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0.456. sehingga kesimpulannya menunjukkan bahwa Hubungan Tingkat pengetahuan Keluarga Tentang Pemberian ASI Terhadap Motivasi Ibu Menyusui berkorelasi sedang.Kesimpulan: Terdapat Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Keluarga Tentang Pemberian ASI Terhadap Motivasi Ibu Menyusui Di Desa Putatsari Kabupaten Grobogan.

Abstract

 Background: Stunting is a nutritional problem in the First 1000 Days of Life. Efforts to prevent stunting starting from preconception to 2 years of birth require participation from various parties and various efforts from fulfilling nutrition to changing behavior.   Purpose: Provide training for the Family Assistance Team (TPK) in assisting brides-to-be as an effort to prevent stunting.   Method: The method used in this community service is a training for TPK members. The training participants were 90 people from 10 villages in Blora Regency.   Results: The results of community service obtained the knowledge of the Family Assistance Team has increased, namely good knowledge of 96.7%.   Conclusion: Training for the Family Assistance Team (TPK) is effective in increasing TPK's knowledge about stunting in accompanying brides-to-be as an effort to reduce stunting.

Abstract

 Background: One of the nutritional problems in Indonesia that has become a priority for the national program is stunting. Stunting, a condition where the child's height does not match the child's age, and the condition of stunting in children can have an impact on their growth and development in the future.   Purpose: This community service aims to provide training on processing a balanced menu for at-risk families in Blora Regency   Method: This community service uses a training method for families at risk of stunting with 200 participants from 10 villages.   Results: This community service activity resulted in an increase in knowledge, participants' skills in processing balanced menus as indicated by good knowledge increased from 23.5% to 72.5%.   Conclusion: Training on menu processing can increase the knowledge and skills of groups at risk of stunting.

Abstract

 Background: Clean and healthy living behavior is a collection of behaviors that are practiced on the basis of awareness as a result of accepted learning and make individuals, families, groups or communities able to help themselves. Behavior in society can be influenced by various things, including knowledge and attitudes. Purpose: this community service aims to provide PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) education and Water Distribution for the people of Temon Grobogan village. Method: This community service uses lecture and discussion methods   Results: The results of this community service are known that there is an increase in public knowledge about PHBS before and after education.   Conclusion: PHBS education (clean and healthy living behavior) can increase public knowledge.

Abstract

Background:. Stunting is a condition of failure to grow and develop in babies (0-11 months) and toddlers (12-59 months) who experience chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1000 days of life, which can be characterized by height that is not appropriate for their age (Arnita et al., 2020 in Panigoro 2020). Stunting is one of the nutritional problems in children globally, and around 161 million children under five in the world are stunted, of which half of the number of stunted children live in the Asian region (Valeriani et al. 2022). Children who experience stunting can be characterized by the height or length of the child being less than -2 SD based on the Z-Score table (Damanik et al., 2021 in Panigoro 2020).Method: Activities are carried out by providing empowerment to the community to be active in local food processing in the context of stunting prevalenceResults: Providing community empowerment related to local food processing can improve children's nutrition in Ngrandah village and the community has added value to local potential advantagesConclusion: From these efforts, we chose to carry out a stunting management program by using local food with a source of vegetable protein in the form of processed tempeh. We chose this because it was considered more affordable and could be practiced by mothers of toddlers, the preparation was in the form of tempeh nuggets. The choice of this program was because from the data we obtained there were still many children experiencing stunting. The first activity we carried out was to survey several hamlets in Ngrandah Village and collaborate with the Village Midwife in searching for data which was also assisted by Posyandu cadres and local food security was maintained.

Abstract

Background: Clean water management is very important in human life. Water is a necessity for every living creature, without water there would be no life. Objective: This community service aims to provide education on clean water management to the people of Temon Grobogan Village. Method: This community service uses lecture and discussion methods. Results: The results of this community service showed that there was an increase in community knowledge about clean water management before and after education. Conclusion: Clean water management education can increase public knowledge.
