Abstract

Latar belakang: Keratosis seboroik (KS) merupakan merupakan tumor jinak kulit yang sering dijumpai pada usia lanjut, sekitar 80 % dari populasi lanjut usia menderita tumor ini, walaupun hampir tidak pernah menjadi keganasan, tapi KS ini dapat sebagai manifestasi kelainan sistemik seperti Parkinson, sindroma metabolik dan sebagainya. Secara klinis KS mempunyai banyak varian, demikian juga dengan pemeriksaan dermoskopi memberikan gambaran yang beragam. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari korelasi antara varian klinis dengan gambaran dermoskopi pada SK. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan secara retrospektif, dari Januari 2013 sampai Desember 2014 di poliklinik kulit RSUP Sanglah Denpasar dengan melakukan analisis kasus SK secara klinis dan dilakukan pemeriksaan dermoskopi untuk melihat signifikansinya. Hasil: tercatat 67 kasus KS dengan varian klinis terdiri dari: common seborrheic keratosis (CSK), dermatosis papulosa nigra (DPN), pedunculated seborrheic keratoses (PSK), flat seborrheic keratoses (FSK) dan ada beberapa tipe yang jarang. Tipe CSK, sebanyak 44 orang (70,2 %), dengan gambaran dermoskopi dominan, comedo-like opening, millia-like cyst. Tipe PSK, 14 orang (20,9 %) dengan gambaran dermoskopi, millia-like cyst, fisura & ridges (brain-like appearance), tipe DPN 6 orang (8,9 %), gambaran dermoskopi dominan tampak comedo-like opening, hairpin blood vessel, dan tipe FSK 3 orang (4,5 %) gambaran dermoskopi dominan tampak comedo-like opening, millia-like cyst, dan sharp dermacation. Diantaranya terdapat 6 kasus sangat mirip dengan nevus melanositik yang hampir dilakukan bedah eksisi, namun dengan pemeriksaan dermoskopi sesuai dengan KS, sehingga cukup dilakukan bedah listrik saja. Ditemukan juga beberapa bentuk gambaran dermoskopi yang jarang seperti, Moth-eaten border dan network-like structures Kesimpulan: Klasifikasi SK berdasarkan dermoskopi memberikan gambaran yang lebih rinci sehingga dengan jelas dapat membedakan dengan tumor-tumor jinak kulit lainnya, sehingga pemeriksaan dermoskopi sangat diperlukan untuk merencanakan tindakan yang bakan dilakukan. Kata kunci: seboroik keratosis, dermoskopi, lesi kulit jinak lain.

Abstract

Aplikasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan sangat penting dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar, aplikasi digital dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat media pembelajaran, penyampaian informasi tentang sekolah dalam bentuk promosi yang progresif kepada masyarakat. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan di TK Raudlatuth Thullab, TK Pertiwi Kedung Malang, dan RA Al Halimiyah, ketiganya berlokasi di Kedung Malang, Kedung, Jepara. Tujuan program ini adalah: (1) memperluas pengetahuan serta wawasan terkait PAUD Holistik Integratif, memperkaya perbendaharan perancangan APE, (2) memberikan wawasan mengenai desain dan editing melalui media aplikasi Canva yang dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas guru, dan (3) memberikan pengetahuan serta wawasan terkait merancang RPPM dan RPPH merdeka belajar, serta model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan anak, adapun tahapan metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu meliputi: persiapan, sosialisasi, pendampingan pelatihan, dan evaluasi program. Hasil dari program ini adalah: (1) output atau produk berupa desain infografis berupa poster, video pembelajaran dan (2) guru di TK/RA dapat mempraktekkan membuat desain infografis menggunakan aplikasi Canva sesuai tahapan mulai dari mengunduh aplikasi, login, memilih template, editing, dan mengunduh desain

Abstract

Berbicara mengenai konsep pendidikan agama terhadap anak di lingkungan keluarga dalam perspektif hadist untuk mengetahui pentingnya pendidikan Agama terhadap anak dalam lingkup keluarga. Dan pentingnya orang tua sadar dan tahu bahwa keluarga adalah pendidikan pertama bagi anak yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi pola perilaku anak. Bahkan tidak lepas dari perbandingan hadist yang berisi panduan mendidik anak. Jenis riset yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan sebagai dasardengan literasi (dokumen) berupa buku hadist tarbawiy. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep Pendidikan agama terhadap anak di lingkungan keluarga dalam perspektif hadist meliputi Pendidikan ibadah, Pendidikan akidah,dan Pendidikan akhlakul karimah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to describe the development process and result of algebra-based learning media by articulate storyline with help quizwhizzer website of valid, practical, and effective to support the student’s concept of understanding in algebra. This research model is ADDIE type, which has five steps, they are : analyse, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Algebra-based learning media by articulate storyline with help quizwhizzer websitewas tested by two examinations, which are limited examination and direct examination to studenst of MTs Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri. The research tools used were validated papers, student’s and teacher’s assessment response, and the sheets of concept understanding. Algebra-based learning media by articulate storyline with hrlp quizwhizzer website has reached the validity percentage of 79,6%. The practical result showed the number 83%, previewed from studen’s assessment response. Therefore, it is valid to state that it has fulfilled the practical criteria. The effectiveness result showed 72% previewed from the result of student’s concept of understanding test. In addition to that, it has fulfilled the criteria effectively.

Abstract

The results showed that the ethics of students in madrasas varied, one class must have one or two students who lacked ethics, while the ethics of teachers in madrasas were very good. , although there are a few who lack or have not mastered. The teacher's attitude towards students who lack ethics is reprimanded, asked gently and approached, or usually given physical punishment, such as sweeping, reciting the Koran and mopping, not physical punishment by playing with hands. The attitude of students towards teachers who lack ethics, some are just silent and some are reprimanded if they dare. The method of teaching for students who have ethics and students who do not have ethics is the same, there is no difference, if there are students who lack ethics they are only reprimanded. There is a difference between teachers who have ethics and teachers who lack ethics, teachers who have ethics will not discriminate between their students, such as distinguishing the abilities of their students and vice versa, teachers who lack ethics will discriminate between their students.

Abstract

As a basis human life, the Qur'an has improved all aspects of life, including the relationship between parents and children. However, many children do not care or pay lees attantions to thair parentsparents when their parents arel elderly. In this study, researches used the interpretations of Al maraghi and Al azhar to see the attitudes, actions and relationship between children and parents in Al Isra verses 23-24. In relation to the interpretations of the Q.S Luqman 14, ath tabari and Ibnu katshir agree that allah SWT commands us to do good to our parents. Including the Qur'an, Al Isra latter verses 23-24, the interpretations of Al maraghi and Al Azhar and serveal other literatures. The results show that: children's views and actions towards parents both parties agree that a child should receive care and meet all the medsos of their parents when they are adulst.

Abstract

One of the important values ​​taught in the Qur'an, especially in Surah al-Ma'un, is social concern. Surah al-Ma'un emphasizes the importance of providing care to the weak, such as orphans and the poor, and invites Muslims to not only focus on their vertical relationship with Allah, but also make it an important part of their worship and religious practice. other. The Qur'an defines social concern as true faith. In Surah al-Ma'un, Allah warns that people who ignore their obligations to society and do not care about their neighbors are considered religious liars. This shows that faith can be measured by social concern. Therefore, having an attitude of empathy and solidarity with other people is very important in the life of a Muslim. The Qur'an says social concern is the true faith. In Surah al-Ma'un, Allah warns that those who neglect their obligations to society and do not care about their fellow men are considered religious liars. This shows that social concern can measure faith. As a result, having an attitude of empathy and solidarity with others is very important in the life of a Muslim. Al-Azhar's interpretation, according to Buya Hamka, covers various aspects of social care, such as looking after and caring for orphans and the poor. A true understanding of religion will encourage people to be more sensitive to the needs of other people, said Buya Hamka. Therefore, so that future generations have high social awareness, education about social awareness must be part of the Islamic education program. Overall, the values ​​of social care found in the Qur'an invite people to do good and build a just and prosperous society. By understanding and applying these teachings, Muslims are expected to be able to create an environment where people support and care for each other, which results in harmony in social life.

Abstract

Islam teaches a balance between the life of this world and the hereafter as two complementary aspects. A Muslim is obliged to work hard in this world with the intention of accumulating provisions for the afterlife. The world is not considered the ultimate goal, but rather a means to eternal happiness in the hereafter. In the Islamic view, the worldly life is a test and an opportunity to worship, do good, and get closer to Allah. Islam emphasises that balance must be struck in all aspects of life, including between spirit and matter, mind and heart, and rights and duties. This principle is also emphasised in the Quran, particularly in QS. Al-Qashash verse 77, which reminds people not to forget their part of the world, but also to use it for the good of the hereafter. Islam does not advocate abandoning the world completely, but rather utilising it wisely as a means to gain happiness in the hereafter. In addition, Islamic teachings emphasise the importance of doing good and avoiding damage on earth, in accordance with Allah's commands in various verses of the Quran. Thus, the balance of the world and the hereafter is the key to living a life in harmony with the purpose of human creation.

Abstract

The study aims to explain the Character Education Method in Surah Luqman Verses 13 & 14. In Surah Luqman verses 13-14, Allah SWT provides guidance on character education, which Luqman taught his son. Verse 13 emphasizes the oneness of Allah (tawhid) and a warning to avoid shirk, which is the main basis of morality in Islam. This message is important for forming a child's understanding of God as the main foundation of moral values. Meanwhile, verse 14 emphasizes the obligation to serve parents as part of noble morals. Through this obligation, children are expected to grow up with an attitude of respect and gratitude, especially for the sacrifices of mothers who care for them from the womb to breastfeeding. Several studies have explored the method of character education taken from this verse. For example, Zubaedy (2018) in the journal Didaktika states that character education that begins with strengthening tawhid and obedience to parents is an important pillar for instilling morals in the younger generation. Interpretations from scholars also support this approach, highlighting that strengthening faith and affection in the family is the foundation for forming a society with strong character. Character education from the perspective of the Qur'an, especially in Surah Luqman verses 13-14, includes two main pillars: tawhid (the oneness of Allah) and respect for parents. Maulana explains that character education based on tawhid forms the basis of ethics and morality for children, because tawhid instills the awareness that all human actions must be based on submission to Allah. This strengthens moral integrity and personal responsibility which are important in character education. Maulana (2020) in his article in the Jurnal Akhlak Mulia. In addition, respect and obedience to parents taught in verse 14 serve as the foundation for social morals. Maulana highlights that the value of devotion to parents reflects the concept of gratitude and appreciation for sacrifice, which is not only important in family life but also relevant to creating a generation that values the values of togetherness and empathy. Maulana also notes that the implementation of this teaching can build children's character based on compassion, respect, and social responsibility.

Abstract

This abstract aims to explain the potentials contained in the verses of thr Qur’an that inspired and motivate human self-developemnt. The problem raised is how the potential contained in surah An-Nahl verse 78 which discusses the physical and mental development of humans starting from the womb, with a focus on basic abilities such as hearing, sight and reason, all of which are intended to increase human awareness and gratitude for the grace of Allah, as well as the potential contained in surah Asy-Syams verses 8-10 whish will give birth to good and behavior in each individual, according to how they use inspiration from Allah’s prohibiton to approach zina, this prohibition functions as a preventive measure to protect the honor of individuals and families, and prevent wider social damage. This study uses a library research method with a descriptive approach, as well as data collection techniques through documentation. The results of the analysis show that the Qur’an reminds us of Allah’s blessings and the importance of using them wisely. These verses also teach noble and responsible behavior, and encourage awareness to maintain self-honor and family. By understanding the potential contained their abilities and live a more meaningful life. This study is expected to provide a positive contribution in understanding the moral and spiritual values contained in the Qur’an as a guide in developing self-potential.
