Abstract

In an increasingly interconnected world, many people, especially children, find it easy to access news and information without critically examining its content. This trend can lead to laziness in reading and understanding, potentially hindering the development of good readers and critical thinkers. The Qur'an, a foundational text in Islamic teaching, emphasizes the importance of reading in the specific section known as Surah Al-Alaq. This research explores the Qur'anic perspective on reading and learning through the interpretative lens of M. Quraish Shihab, a prominent Islamic scholar. The study reveals that literacy extends beyond the mere ability to read and write; it encompasses the capacity to comprehend and critically analyze written content. The research highlights the crucial role of parents in cultivating strong reading habits in children from an early age, enabling them to develop wisdom and intellectual depth. By examining the Qur'anic teachings on reading, this study demonstrates that learning to read critically is fundamental to nurturing an informed and discerning generation. The findings underscore the significance of intentional, thoughtful engagement with text as a means of personal and intellectual growth, drawing inspiration from the Qur'an's first revelation that emphasizes knowledge acquisition.

Abstract

By examining the values of husband-wife interaction in the Qur'an as a foundation for building a happy family, this study raises the question of how the Qur'an provides guidance and attitudes regarding the relationship between men and women in the family. The research findings show that the Qur'an emphasizes the values of love, justice, mutual understanding, and responsibility for both husband and wife as parents to achieve family happiness. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the interaction values between men and women taught in the Qur'an will have a positive impact on harmony and happiness within the family.

Abstract

This research aims to describe literacy in the Qur'an: Building a Scientific Tradition and Revelation-Based Civilization. This research method uses library research methods, a type of research that involves the use of resources found in libraries such as books, journals, articles and databases. , to gather information on a specific topic. Literacy in the Al-Quran, especially in Surah Al-Alaq verses 1-5, Al-Isra verse 14, Al-Baqarah verse 44, and At-Taubah verse 122. This analysis shows that the Al-Quran encourages humans to seek knowledge and understanding. through various aspects of literacy. Surah Al-Alaq verses 1-5 emphasize the importance of reading and writing as the main foundation in achieving knowledge and faith. Al-Isra verse 14 teaches the importance of seeking knowledge anywhere and from anyone, even from younger people. Al-Baqarah verse 44 teaches that seeking knowledge aims to increase faith and devotion to Allah SWT. Finally, At-Taubah verse 122 emphasizes the importance of seeking knowledge to distinguish between truth and falsehood. That literacy in Islam is not just about reading and writing, but also about understanding the meaning and values ​​contained therein. The Koran encourages humans to think, reflect and use reason to understand His revelation.

Abstract

This article discusses various methods and types of interpretation patterns used to study the interpretation of the Qur'an. This article examines traditional and modern interpretation methods, and their respective roles in understanding the text of the Koran. This article presents a qualitative study of translation methods and different styles in the study of text interpretation, using a literature review method. The main aim of this research is to examine and analyze various methods and types of interpretation that have developed in the study of texts, both in classical and modern times.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the integration of talent and goodness in the perspective of Tarbawiy interpretation. This research method uses the library research method. The library research approach is research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as the data source. The results of this research show that there is an integration of talent and goodness in the perspective of tarbawiy interpretation. Honing talents and potential for goodness is an important process in individual self-development. In this context, talent is defined as a natural ability that a person has, while good potential refers to the capacity to contribute positively to society. This research aims to explore effective methods in identifying and developing talents and potential for goodness, including education, guidance and social experiences. The results show that a supportive environment, proper training, and intrinsic motivation play a major role in forming individuals who are not only successful in their fields, but are also committed to making a positive impact. Thus, honing talents and potential for goodness can create a more productive and caring generation, contributing to social progress and collective prosperity.

Abstract

The Qur’an is the holy book of Muslims which discusses various things, including the nature of science. This study analyses verses from surah Hud verse 14, Al- Baqarah verses 32 and 145, and Al- Qashash verse 78. These verses provide an indept understanding of the concept of knowledge in islam which includes the relationship between in the Creator humans, the universe, and humanity. Knowledge is given as Allah Swt’s greatest gift to humans to distinguish humans from other creatures, and as a means to achive happinesin this world and thehereafter . it is important to practice knowledgein a benefical way in everyday life, because in the Qur’an science is not only knowledge, but also worship, morality and social responsibility. If someone truly understands what knowledge means, the will be more motivated to continue learning and developing, and they will utilize their knowledge for benefit of humanity.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the building of Optimistic and Patient mentality in the Qur'an which is important to study the meaning and significance of Building an optimistic and patient mentality is the most important thing in the elements to increase resilience for oneself and Spiritual well-being. The Qur'an emphasizes that the importance of these two attitudes is part of the guidance of life's journey and a form of obedience to Allah. In this conceptual study, it is found in Q.S Az-Zumar: 53, Allah commands his servants not to despair and have a strong mentality, and always provides a foundation of optimism and patience to be patient in all the problems we face so that humans always hope for His forgiveness and goodness. The purpose of this study is to foster optimism in a person who is guided. Grouping based on an approach that focuses on optimistic value assessment. Included in the interpretation of Q.S Al-Baqarah: 155 teaches that Allah does not burden someone beyond their abilities and has a mentality that can foster optimism and patience. Q.S. Al-Balad: 8, emphasizes that humans are created to face difficulties as part of their natural life, so they need patience in every process. This study aims to explore the meaning between optimism and patience in building a mentality according to the perspective of the Qur'an which teaches that with optimism and patience and still holding on to Allah's promise.

Abstract

Kajian ini fokus pada penafsiran konsep kejujuran dan keadilan dalam Al-Qur’an yang menjadi elemen kunci dalam tafsir Islam. Dalam ayat Al-Qur’an, menyoroti pentingnya sifat jujur dan adil sebagai pondasi dalam hubungan antar manusia serta hubungan dengan Allah SWT. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam pengetahuan kita mengenai tafsir ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang terkait dengan tema “ jujur dan adil”. Dalam Q.S. an-Nisa’ (4): 105, menegaskan pentingnya mengadili perkara berdasarkan wahyu Allah SWT, yakni kejujuran dan keadilan harus dijadikan dasar dalam setiap mengambil Keputusan. Dalam Q.S. an-Nahl (16) 90, secara eksplisit menyebutkan bahwa Allah SWT memerintahkan keadilan dan kebijakan (Ihsan). Dalam Q.S. al-Muthaffifin (83): 1-17, ayat ini mengkritik perilaku curang dalam kegiatan ekonomi, terutama dalam hal takaran dan timbangan. Dalam Q.S. al-An’am (6) : 152, memberikan arahan tentang tanggung jawab moral dalam menjaga Amanah terutama dalam mengelola harta anak yatim. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah tafsir tematik.  Menurut kajian yang telah dilakukan mengenai konsep kejujuran dan keadilan dalam Al-Qur’an, khususnya dari empat ayat utama yang dibahas dapat disimpulkan bahwa islam menempatkan dua nilai utama dalam kehidupan Masyarakat. Keadilan adalah prinsip universal yang harus dijaga setiap orang, baik dalam perkataan maupun perbuatan.

Abstract

The Qur'an, as the holy book of Muslims, contains various teachings that regulate human life, including social aspects. The recommendation to care for society is one of the important themes raised in several chapters, such as Al-Fajr, Al-Ma'un, Al-Baqarah, and Al-Isra. Surah Al-Fajr (89:15-18) These verses criticize the attitude of humans who feel noble because of wealth. The Qur'an reminds us that wealth is only a test and trial from Allah SWT. The correct attitude is to be grateful for the blessings given and to use wealth for good, including helping those in need. Surah Al-Ma'un (107:2-3) This verse condemns the attitude of people who rebuke orphans. The Qur'an emphasizes that caring and loving attitudes towards orphans are an obligation for every Muslim. Surah Al-Baqarah (2:254, 261) Verse 254 emphasizes the importance of spending wealth in the way of Allah SWT, including to help the poor and those in need. Verse 261 teaches about zakat, which is the obligation for every Muslim to spend some of his wealth to help the poor, needy, and other groups. Surah Al-Isra (17:26-27) This verse teaches about the importance of being good to parents, relatives, and neighbors. The Qur'an encourages humans to build harmonious relationships with others, respect each other, and help each other.

Abstract

Gaya pengasuhan dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an memainkan peran penting dalam pendidikan sosial anak usia dini, yang merupakan fase penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan keterampilan sosial. Al-Qur'an memberikan pedoman yang jelas bagi orang tua dalam mendidik anak, seperti yang tercermin dalam kisah Luqman yang menekankan nilai-nilai ketaatan, moralitas, dan etika. Gaya pengasuhan yang mengutamakan teladan, perhatian, dan kasih sayang dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan sosial anak. Berdasarkan latar belakang ini, terdapat beberapa masalah, yaitu: 1) Bagaimana konsep pengasuhan dalam Al-Qur'an? 2) Apa saja hambatan orang tua dalam mendidik anak usia dini? Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang menggali data dari berbagai literatur terkait materi yang diteliti, termasuk jurnal, artikel, dan sumber perpustakaan internal, serta karya dalam berbagai bentuk. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis konten, yaitu teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dan memahami teks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pengasuhan memiliki landasan utama dalam Al-Qur'an untuk menanamkan karakter pendidikan sosial pada anak usia dini. Orang tua harus menyesuaikan diri dengan kehidupan anak agar cara terbaik dalam mendidik anak diperlukan, menanamkan konsep tauhid, dan menanamkan akhlak yang baik pada anak. Selain itu, orang tua juga perlu bijaksana dalam menghadapi teknologi di era digital untuk mendidik anak, dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yang sebenarnya sangat membantu dalam proses pendidikan
