Abstract

Increased human awareness of the importance of preserving natural resources has made many producers of various types of products begin to switch to using materials that do not damage the environment or known as green products. This change in the concept of marketing based on the environment requires the right marketing strategy to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. Retained customers will be happy to express positive things and provide recommendations about products to others (Word of Mouth). This research was conducted on consumers in the city of Denpasar by using data from the number of Oriflame consultants as many as 100 people. Data were analyzed by path analysis techniques, where the validity and reliability tests were carried out in the initial stages of testing. The results of the analysis show that satisfaction and word of mouth have a significant effect on consumer loyalty on the Oriflame brand green product. Word of Mouth also plays a role in mediating the effect of satisfaction on consumer loyalty on the Oriflame brand green product. For this reason, to encourage positive word of mouth from consumers, the combination of product quality and good service quality will encourage customer satisfaction which ultimately leads to an increase in customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee productive behavior and company performance at PT. Tomorrow’s Antiques Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 104 employees. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation, literature, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used descriptive analysis, path analysis (analysis path), and sobell test. The results of the total quality management (TQM) research have a positive and significant effect on employee productive behaviour at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.986 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05; employee productive behavior has a positive and significant effect on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.606 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05; total quality management (TQM) has a positive and significant effect on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.396 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, and employee productive behaviour can mediate the effect of total quality management (TQM) on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with Z value (17,311) > Z table (1,96).

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an employee's feelings about his work, whether happy/like or not/disliked as a result of employee interaction with his work environment or as a result of employee assessment of his work. The formulation of this research problem is how the partial and simultaneous influence of self esteem, empowerment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of self esteem, empowerment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar with a total sample of 39 peoples. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques are validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination analysis, t test, and F test. The test results show that there is a positive and significant effect of partially self esteem on job satisfaction where values ​​are obtained Regression coefficient b1 is 0.434 and the calculated t1 value is 2.180 greater than the t-table of 1.697 with a sig value of 0.018. There is a positive and significant effect of partial empowerment on job satisfaction where the regression coefficient b2 is 0.302 and the t2-count is 3.402, greater than t-table 1.697 with a sig 0.002. There is a positive and significant effect of teamwork partially on job satisfaction where a regression coefficient of b3 is 0.309 and a t3-count of 2.194 is greater than t-table of 1.697 and a sig of 0.020. There is a positive and significant effect of self-esteem, empowerment and teamwork simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at BPR Tish in Gianyar. When seen from the results of the F-test obtained F1-count is 39.889 greater than the F-table of 2.92 and a sig value of 0,000. Based on this, PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar provides an opportunity for employees to show their abilities and competencies, give recognition and respect for their abilities and encourage the spirit of collaboration in work teams so as to create satisfaction for the work they do because what they do is successful and creates optimal results.

Abstract

Economic development is a process increase in real income of the population in a country as sustainably. Macroeconomy growth becomes one of the indicators for rate economic conditions in a country. Unemployment in the macroeconomy is a complicated problem from human resources in each country, including Indonesia. Bali province is one of the provinces that have a very tight population, so there are many workers and unemployment. The purpose of this study are to know the effect of economic growth, inflation and investation partially to open unemployment rate of Bali Province and to know the effect of economic growth, inflation and investation simultaneously to open unemployment rate of Bali Province. The result of this research are economic growth variable partially has a negative and significant effect on to open unemployment rate of Bali Province, while the inflation variable partially has an insignificant effect on to open unemployment rate of Bali Province, and investation variable partially has a positive and significant effect to open unemployment rate of Bali Province. The last one, that economic growth, inflation, and investation simultaneously have a significant effect to open unemployment rate of Bali Province.

Abstract

BUMDes plays a role as a driving force for the economy of the village community so that the independence and welfare of the village community is realized. Seeing the important role of BUMDes in economic development and empowering rural communities, BUMDes requires the right quality business strategy to support BUMDes' competitive advantage and performance. The competitive advantage of BUMDes is developed through village business management based on local resources by prioritizing local wisdom values ??owned by the community. The research was conducted at BUMDes in nine regencies/cities in Bali Province. This research is an Explanatory Research using a survey method in the form of distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The results of the study show that the quality of business strategy has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and BUMDes performance and competitive advantage plays a role in mediating the effect of the quality of business strategy on BUMDes performance. Based on the research results, BUMDes should be able to optimize the potential utilization of economic resources, natural resources, and human resources which can be managed into strategic assets so that BUMDes can become a cog for the village economy after the Covid-19 Pandemic.
