Abstract

Perilaku masyarakat dalam penggunaan produk herbal Ayurveda akan mengungkap berbagai keputusan masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi produk tersebut. Perilaku penggunaan produk herbal Ayurveda akan menggambarkan tidak hanya pada tahap konsumsi produk yaitu berbagai cara penggunaan dan intensitas penggunaan produk, tetapi alasan penggunaan dan dimana ia membeli atau memperoleh produk. Analisis tingkat brand awareness (kesadaran merek) menjadi penting bagi produsen, karena konsumen akan cenderung membeli produk yang sudah dikenal atau diingat olehnya. Selain ingatan terhadap merek, faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah persepsi/kesan kualitas merek atau brand perceived quality. Persepsi kualitas merek adalah pencerminan persepsi pelanggan terhadap keseluruhan kualitas atau keunggulan suatu produk atau jasa layanan berkenaan dengan maksud yang diharapkan. Penelitian dilakukan pada 100 orang responden di Kota Denpasar yang mengetahui tentang produk herbal Ayurveda dan pernah mengkonsumsi produk tersebut dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsumen di Kota Denpasar mempunyai tingkat kesadaran merek dan kesan kualitas merek yang baik pada produk herbal Ayurveda. Disamping itu diperoleh hasil bahwa brand awareness dan brand perceived quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian produk herbal Ayurveda baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Maka dari itu, produsen produk herbal Ayurveda hendaknyalah meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, disamping melakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan kualitas produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand destination based on Tri Hita Karana to word of mouth and intention to revisit Nusa Penida tourist destination. The research used descriptive and quantitative analysis with a total sample size of 100 tourists, both domestic and foreign who had visited Nusa Penida. The results of the study stated that brand destination based on Tri Hita Karana had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth and and intention to revisit Nusa Penida tourist destination. It is recommended that tourism development in Nusa Penida be carried out by collaborating traditional values, social, cultural, and local wisdom of the community while maintaining harmonization of God, human and environmental relations as the Tri Hita Karana philosophy

Abstract

This examination expects to decide the impact of Hindu work ethics in the connection between locus of control and performance. The exceptionally fast changes and improvements in innovation in the 5.0 time changed human conduct rapidly as well. This examination was directed on all LPDs in Denpasar City, adding up to 35 units. The information was gathered through perception, meetings, surveys, and writing study. The results showed that the locus of control and Hindu work ethics attitudes had a positive and huge impact on the presentation of the LPDs Director in Denpasar City. The association between factors locus of control and Hindu work ethics attitudes expresses that Hindu hard working attitudes assume a part in fortifying the impact of locus of control on the presentation of the LPDs Executive in Denpasar City. So that in the advancement of HR in the LPDs, it is important to zero in on moral conduct dependent on the upsides of the lessons of the Hindu religion to accomplish authoritative objectives just as to construct respectable, respectable, and decent individuals.

Abstract

Desa Selat Duda berada di Kecamatan Selat Karangasem yang sebagian penduduknya dilihat dari segi mata pencaharian sebagian besar bekerja sebagai petani. Hasil perkebunan di Desa Duda mayoritas penghasil salak akan tetapi ada juga yang menghasilkan kacang tanah. Beberapa warga terutama para ibu wajib bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Selain sebagai petani ada kelompok ibu rumah tangga bekerja membuat kacang kapri dengan memanfaatkan hasil kebun yang ada didaerahnya untuk menambah pundi-pundi penghasilan. Pembuatan Kacang Kapri ini masih dilakukan dengan cara tradisional. Mitra Home Industri Kacang Kapri ini dalam menjalankan bisnisnya belum menerapkan teknik pemasaran yang benar, cara memasarkan produknya dilakukan dengan menitipkan produknya di warung-warung dan sesuai dengan pesanan dan hal yang sama juga terjadi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang belum ada penerapanya dalam menjalankan usaha ini sehingga belum bisa diketahui besarnya keuntungan dan kerugian yang dialami.Teknik pemasaran memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha karena kepuasan pelanggan merupakan tujuan akhir dalam teknik pemasaran, maka perlu untuk memahami dan mengerti mengenai manajemen pemasaran yang tepat. Laporan keuangan dalam sebuah usaha merupakan proses akhir dari proses akuntansi. Laporan ini berfungsi sebagai bahan informasi dan bahan pengambilan keputusan bagi para pemakai dalam menjalankan usahanya. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka kami memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan Teknik Pemasaran dan Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan yang sederhana sehingga kedepanya usahanya bisa lebih maju dan bersaing ditengah-tengan pesatnya pertumbuhan Ekonomi saat ini. Dengan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mitra Home Industri Kacang Kapri sudah mampu melaksanakan teknik pemasaran dengan baik dan juga dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang benar.

Abstract

The Karangasem Strait sub-district, precisely in Duda Timur Village, is a sub-district seen from the perspective of its livelihood, with the majority of the population working as farmers. The majority of the plantation products are salak and head. Aside from being a farmer, some households use their plantation products as business land to be able to supplement their income, one of which is to use coconuts produced from plantations as Tanusan Oil. Tanusan oil is one of the traditionally made oils. This tanusan oil is still in great demand by the people in Bali because by cooking using tanusan oil the cuisine becomes more delicious and tasty. The business of the tanusan oil maker group still has not applied marketing management in its business processes so that the marketing method is only done by entrusting the products produced in stalls and according to order and so the bookkeeping has not been implemented in running its business so that it cannot know exactly how advantages and disadvantages clearly obtained. To help overcome these problems, we provide assistance in the field of marketing and simple bookkeeping so that in the future continuity of business can compete in the future. The results achieved in this community service are that this group of tanusan oil makers has been able to recommend its products to a wider market share and has been able to also do bookkeeping in a simple way.

Abstract

Covid19 pandemic has caued a lot of disruption in every community activity, especially work. Almost all people carry out activities at home or work from home. However, not all companies implement this, because this pandemic has also made many companies temporarily close their businesses until the Covid19 pandemic ends. This happens in almost all over the world, including in Indonesia. D Indonesia itself, the impact of this pandemic has greatly disrupted the tourism sector on the Island of the Gods. The Island of the Gods, whose main business is the tourism sector, has made many people lose their jobs and are forced to look for alternative businesses that can generate money to meet their daily needs. The penek rice business, which is a business that is always sought after because it is a ceremonial necessity for the Hindu religious community in Bali, is one of them. Mr. Suda's penek rice business has only been running for four months and is carried out at his residence in Sidan Village, Gianyar District, Gianyar Regency. This business can be said to have great benefits, but because of the lack of knowledge, there are still obstacles in calculating the profits obtained. Therefore, to help this business we provide training on financial recording and digital marketing techniques so that later this business can be more developed and in the future it is hoped that it can also absorb a lot of workforce. This of course aims to improve the welfare of the community in the presence of the Covid19 pandemic.

Abstract

Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic treatments in the world. Ayurveda herbal products have the potential to be developed as health products that have competitive advantages. Sustainable competitive advantage is done through strengthening brand equity, namely brand awareness, brand perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty. This research was conducted on consumers in the city of Denpasar, using 200 research respondents. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results showed that overall the respondents of the study both non-consumer respondents and consumer respondents had brand awareness, brand association, brand perceived quality, and good brand loyalty in Ayurveda herbal products. Where consumers' perceptions of brand awareness, brand association, brand perceived quality Ayurveda herbal products are higher than non-consumer respondents. In addition, the results of the analysis show that there are significant differences in brand association between consumers who have never consumed consumers who have consumed Ayurveda herbal products. While the perception of brand awareness and brand perceived quality did not show a significant difference in the two groups of respondents. Based on the results of these studies, developing brand equity of Ayurveda herbal products is very important to create competitive advantage. So that consumers are expected to prefer to use Ayurveda herbal products compared to other traditional medicines or modern / synthetic medical drugs that exist today.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an employee's feelings about his work, whether happy/like or not/disliked as a result of employee interaction with his work environment or as a result of employee assessment of his work. The formulation of this research problem is how the partial and simultaneous influence of self esteem, empowerment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of self esteem, empowerment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar with a total sample of 39 peoples. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques are validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination analysis, t test, and F test. The test results show that there is a positive and significant effect of partially self esteem on job satisfaction where values ​​are obtained Regression coefficient b1 is 0.434 and the calculated t1 value is 2.180 greater than the t-table of 1.697 with a sig value of 0.018. There is a positive and significant effect of partial empowerment on job satisfaction where the regression coefficient b2 is 0.302 and the t2-count is 3.402, greater than t-table 1.697 with a sig 0.002. There is a positive and significant effect of teamwork partially on job satisfaction where a regression coefficient of b3 is 0.309 and a t3-count of 2.194 is greater than t-table of 1.697 and a sig of 0.020. There is a positive and significant effect of self-esteem, empowerment and teamwork simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at BPR Tish in Gianyar. When seen from the results of the F-test obtained F1-count is 39.889 greater than the F-table of 2.92 and a sig value of 0,000. Based on this, PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar provides an opportunity for employees to show their abilities and competencies, give recognition and respect for their abilities and encourage the spirit of collaboration in work teams so as to create satisfaction for the work they do because what they do is successful and creates optimal results.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the value of Nyepi Segara local wisdom as social capital in relation to the influence of community participation on sustainable development in the coastal area of ​​Nusa Penida. This study involved 100 respondents consisting of local communities, religious leaders, regional officials and tourism actors in Nusa Penida. This study uses Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with data collection using observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that community participation and social capital have a significant effect on sustainable development, where Nyepi Segara as social capital strengthens the influence of community participation on sustainable development. The novelty of this research is to explore the value of the local wisdom of Nyepi Segara as a social capital that influences community participation in sustainable devlopment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, non-physical work environment, and locus of control on the job satisfaction of Yamaha Waja Motor Sentral Gianyar employees. The population and sample in this research were all employees of Yamaha Waja Motor Sentral Giansar, with a total of 42 people. The saturated sampling method was used, where the entire population was used as the research sample. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The test techniques used were research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results obtained in this research are as follows: organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significantly on employee job satisfaction, locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and the organizational culture of the non-physical work environment and locus of control has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given are that leaders can emphasize their employees to control their attitudes when carrying out work. Keywords: Organizational culture, non-physical work environment, locus of control and employee job satisfaction.
