Abstract

The aimed of this study was to develop blended learning for Chassis Maintenance and Light Vehicle Power Transfer subject for second-grade students of light vehicle engineering major at Dewantara vocational school which is expected to help students and teacher in the learning process as a learning strategy to overcome the problem of lack of face-to-face time in class. The procedure for developing blended learning used the ADDIE model which is integrated with PEDATI at the instructional design stage. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis from the material expert, the percentage of achievement level is 91.67% with a very good qualifications and appropriate to be used with revisions as needed, based on the results of the feasibility analysis from media expert, the percentage of achievement level is 80% with a good qualifications, and feasible to be used with revisions as needed, and based on the results of the feasibility analysis from the instructional design expert the percentage of achievement level is 96.47% with a very good qualifications, and feasible to use without any revisions. The development of blended learning will be very effective for the achievement of learning objectives optimally and efficiency in the use of learning time in class. This result implies that the blended learning is feasible to facilitate learning especially in limited learning time at school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana proses implementasi dan pelembagaan web-based learning berlangsung di Jurusan Kurikulum danTeknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Target khusus penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan suatu model pengadopsian suatu inovasi pembelajaran oleh suatu lembaga, dalam hal ini inovasi belajar berbasis jaringan. Tujuan dari suatu implementasi inovasi adalah menjamin penggunaan yang benar oleh individu dalam organisasi. Tujuan pelembagaan adalah mengintegrasikan inovasi tersebut ke dalam struktur dan kehidupan organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dimana peneliti menyelidiki suatu gejala dalam konteks yang sebenarnya. Seiring dengan itu digunakan juga “Model Keputusan Adopsi Inovasi dalam Organisasi” oleh Everett M. Rogers, dalam rangka memahami tahapan-tahapan proses implemantasi dan pelembagaan. Sumber data dari penelitian ini terdiri dari pemrakarsa dan para pioner web-bali. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa suatu Model Pelembagaan web-based learning indonesia (web-bali) yang meliputi tahap pencanangan agenda, tahap pencocokan, penstrukturan, klarifikasi dan rutinisasi. The specific purpose of this research is to model the adoption of an innovation by an institution where web-based learning is the innovation. Implementation of innovation ensures correctness of individual usage in an organization. While institutionalization integrates innovation to organization structure and activities. The chosen research method is case-study where researchers study of a phenomenon in rea-life context. This research also uses the "Model of Innovation Adoption Decision in Organization" (Everett M. Rogers) to understand steps of implementation and institutionalization. The sources of information for this research are founders and pioneers of Web-Bali. The product of this research is an Indonesian web-based learning institutionalization model (Web-Bali) which consists of agenda setting, matching, redefining/restructuring, clarifying and routinizing. Abstract

This research is a development research that aims to facilitate teachers to be able to design online learning at this time, by utilizing certain application platforms that suit their learning needs. Through this research, a Digital Guide is produced that can be used by teachers, so that in carrying out online learning or learning from home (BDR) for their students, they will be helped in using a platform that is simple and easy, but can create fun and meaningful learning. In this product development process, the Derek Rowntree development model is used, which consists of three main stages, namely 1) planning, 2) writing preparation, 3) writing and editing. At the writing and editing stage, after the product prototype is produced, expert review is carried out by material experts, media experts, and learning design experts. After experiencing improvement, the product is tested on users in a training which is designed for teachers at Tenjo Village, Bogor. The training is held in order to execute community service of Educational Technology Master Program UNJ. The test results indicated that the product is feasible to use and is very good at facilitating teachers who will design online learning, as well as selecting and using certain appropriate application platforms.

Abstract

This study aims at obtaining empirical data about student perceptions on the facilities of Indonesian web based learning at www.courses.web-bali.net developed by the Study Program of Educational Technology, School of Education, State University of Jakarta, and providing input to administrators and policy makers in its development. This study used survey methods of descriptive type. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to 36 students selected as samples of 2008 academic years students who used www.courses.web-bali.net in semester 091 for Management of Information System course. Based on the data and analysis the study concluded that the student perceptions of Web Based Learning is catagorized good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari kesenjangan apa saja yang muncul sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di wilayah 3T. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model 3 Fase Needs Assessment oleh Witkin dan Altschuld. Model ini terdiri dari 3 fase utama yakni Pre-assessment, Assessment dan Post-assessment. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah 1 orang staff bidang SDM Pendidikan Pustekkom Kemendikbud, 26 orang guru, 1 orang validator dan 1 orang ahli materi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu kesemua aspek yang berjumlah tiga belas dinyatakan terdapat kesenjangan, sehingga membutuhkan tindak lanjut agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di wilayah 3T. Rekomendasi solusi yang diberikan berupa intervensi instruksional dan non instruksional. Pada intervensi instruksional terdiri dari pelatihan, Focus Group Discussion serta workshop. Pada intervensi non instruksional terdiri dari mentoring, coaching, sharing session, sosialisasi serta branding awareness

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran berupa mobile learning dengan metode studi kasus untuk mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VI. Mobile learning ini diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi belajar peserta didik dan membentuk karakter yang sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila pada diri peserta didik. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model Rapid Prototyping yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu asses needs and analyze content, set objectives, construct prototype, utilize prototype, install and maintain system. Evaluasi pada penelitian pengembangan ini terdiri dari review ahli (ahli materi dan ahli media) dan uji coba pengguna yaitu uji coba satu-satu, kelompok kecil, dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Evaluasi tersebut melibatkan 1 orang ahli materi, 1 orang ahli media, dan 12 orang pengguna. Hasil review ahli diperoleh skor rata-rata ahli materi sebesar 3,68 (sangat baik) dan ahli media sebesar 3,4 (sangat baik). Pada tahap evaluasi uji coba satu-satu diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,28 (sangat baik) dan pada uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 3,34 (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa mobile learning dengan metode studi kasus ini memiliki kualitas “sangat baik” dan dapat digunakan untuk media pembelajaran dengan dilakukan penyempurnaan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The development of blended learning through the PEDATI model will be very effective for the achievement of learning objectives optimally and efficiency in learning time in class. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan blended learning bagi siswa SMK program keahlian tenaga kendaraan ringan dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai suatu strategi pembelajaran untuk mengatasi masalah kekurangan waktu tatap muka di kelas. Prosedur pengembangan blended learning dengan model PEDATI (Pelajari, Dalami, Terapkan, dan Evaluasi) sebagai model desain pembelajaran blended learning. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengembangan blended learning dengan prosedur PEDATI  akan sangat efektif untuk pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran secara optimal dan efisiensi waktu pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology is one of the subjects taught at SMA Don Bosco 2 Jakarta. In the learning process, various problems were found, the learning material consisting of cognitive and practical learning required more time while the time provided was limited. The current condition is also a new challenge where the Covid19 pandemic occurs so you are required to study at home. This research was conducted using the Dick and Carey Research & Development (R&D) method integrated with the PEDATI blended learning design model. The research was conducted from January to October 2020, at SMA Don Bosco 2 Jakarta. The results of the study generally show that the quality of the prototype based on the validation of the material, media and instructional design expertsreview is 94%, 80%, and 82%. Meanwhile, based on the results of the one to one trial, the small group and the large group the quality obtained was 96%. After being applied, it got an N-Gain Score of 0.78 and was classified in the high category.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that most Akpol Cadets have difficulty in understanding the materials at the subject of Security Intelligence Technical Functions. This is because of the many foreign terms in intelligence that are quite difficult to understand. In addition, it is also caused by the limitations of teaching materials that exist today in loading visual images or illustrations that can facilitate Akpol Cadet in understanding the material. This research aims to produce mobile learning in the Security Intelligence Technical Functions as a source of learning that is of high innovation value so that cadets can learn the subject matter of Security Intelligence Technical Functions more easily and gain more real experience of technical learning materials, and the learning process can become more effective because Akpol Cadets can re-review the learning materials outside the learning process. This research will apply Research and Development (R & D) method using Dick and Carey research and development model, while for product development model to be done using Hannafin and Peck model at the learning material development stage.
