<![CDATA[This study uses a type of research & development method or in English (Research and Development) terms. The development model in the study uses the Borg and Gall model, where this model comes from the results of thought, is still a concept that is empirically tested and its implementation organized from planning, implementation to evaluation of the results. The purpose of this study is to produce a product that is a picture story book about emotional intelligence that meets the criteria of feasibility aspects. Emotional intelligence should begin to be developed as early as possible because it can make children have high enthusiasm in learning or liked by their friends in the playground. The development of this illustrated storybook uses components or dimensions of emotional intelligence from Daniel Goleman. There are 5 dimensions that will be used for 5 themes in illustrated storybooks namely self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, social skills. The form of the book that will be created with hard cover and will be dominated by images. The goal of developing this storybook media is aimed at lower primary school students, which are around the ages of 6 to 9 years.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the utilization of city tour on tour guiding subject in grade XI tourism program at SMK Negeri 57 Jakarta. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with case study approach and data collection techniques through questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The result of this study indicates that the teacher has taken advantage of city tour as a source of learning on tour guiding subject grade XI. Data obtained are described in percentage and narrative analysis. The utilization of city tour is described through the six steps of utilization model ASSURE which includes 1) Analyze learners, 2) Select objective, 3) Select method, media and materials, 4) Utilize media and materials, 5) Require learners’ participation, 6) Evaluate and revise.]]>

<![CDATA[Blended learning facilitates learning by providing various learning resources and considering the characteristics of learners. This study aims to conduct a needs analysis for the development of blended learning in instructor training at Basarnas. Needs analysis is carried out to explore information about gaps and needs as well as student profiles that can be used as a basis or reference in developing blended learning at the next stage. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Interviews were conducted with the Head of the Sub-Directorate for Planning and Standardization of Basarnas Personnel, while the filling of the questionnaire was carried out by the Basarnas Rescuer who will attend instructor training as many as 50 respondents. The results show that instructor training at Basarnas can be designed in the form of blended learning by using a project-based learning approach to overcome existing limitations or gaps so that the implementation of blended learning that combines the delivery of face-to-face learning and online learning can be an intervention that is suitable to be applied and appropriate. with the needs at Basarnas.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is development (R & D). In this research purpose to develop a character education learning module contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach of PKn subject. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. This research method refers to the development model of Derek Rowntree and Dick &Carry. The development procedure through three stages, the first stage uses Dick & Carry model until the seventh step is selecting and developing. In the second and third stages using Derek Rowntree model. Review process through reviews of media expert and instructional design expert and reviews of media and language experts. To the target, a one-to-one test was conducted, small group test and field test. Evaluation is carried out until summative evaluation with calculations N-Gain Score to measure the level of effectiveness. The result of effectiveness state that the student character learning module in PKn subject is effective in used.]]>

<![CDATA[The advancement of technology make automotive industry has to improve rapidly, it causes the training for technicians must be update continuously, so it confuses some instructors it caused some of these trainings often ineffective, they are not what the company truly needs. This study aims to analyze the needs to make an effective training in the automotive industry. This method was developed to minimize errors that would occur while develop a training for technicians. This study used a qualitative approach, the data to be studied were collected through interviews with technicians and instructors, literature review also used in this study. The results of this study is to produce a needs analysis method that considers aspects of learning according to context in order to keep up with technology advancement. A training can be effective if the needs of the company were fulfilled, utilizing learning facilities that company already has can also increase the training development process. The contribution of the results of this research to the field of educational technology is a method for analyzing training needs specifically for technicians in order to assist other researchers in field of educational technology to develop training for technicians.]]>

<![CDATA[The main factor of air pollution in Indonesia is motorized vehicles. Motorized vehicles operating on the road will produce exhaust gas emissions which result in air pollution. In overcoming exhaust gas emissions in vehicles, the Ministry of Transportation conducts training for exhaust emission inspection, and conducts training at one of the technical implementation units, namely the Indonesian Land Transportation Polytechnic (PTDI) STTD. The purpose of this study was to conduct a needs analysis to develop a hyper content learning module for training on exhaust emission examinations, using the R&D (research and Development) method using the Derek Rowntree model. The hyper content module is a module that combines hypertext, hyperlinks, and hypermedia, and the media used in the form of video, QR code, YouTube, and cloud computing. With the development of the hyper content module, it is possible to improve the understanding and learning outcomes of training participants in studying exhaust emissions from vehicles when compared to conventional learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Diving training at Basarnas is constrained by distance so that it has an impact on the performance of employees' duties as individuals. This study aims to develop a flipped classroom for diving environment training for rescuers and obtain results to assess their feasibility. This study produces a research design and learning development with steps and procedures, namely using a multimedia-based learning design with stages ranging from assessment and needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The techniques used to analyze the data are qualitative and quantitative analysis. The development steps taken refer to the web-based learning design combined with the PEDATI model at the design stage. The feasibility test is obtained based on the assessment of experts including material experts, learning design experts and media experts as well as testing for users to get suggestions for improvement. From the results of this study, it was found that the evaluation of training material experts with a total percentage value of 94.79%, expert validation of learning design 90.27%, and validation by instructional media experts 90.38%. The results of the individual one-to-one test are concluded to be very valid and can be used without revision, and for tests in small groups the average assessment is very valid without revision. It can be concluded that Flipped Classroom learning is suitable for use in diving environment training using cooperative learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul pembelajaran hypercontent untuk mahasiswa asal daerah 3T di STKIP Surya, dengan metode Research and Development dan model Derek Rowntree. Makna hypercontent diadopsi dari cara membaca secara digital yang bersifat non-linear. Modul hypercontent menggabungkan antara hypertext, hypermedia, dan hyperlink menjadi satu bagian sehingga mampu memperkaya isi materi pada modul. Berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap 50 mahasiswa mengenai kebutuhan modul didapatkan hasil 92% mahasiswa menyatakan membutuhkan modul pembelajaran. Selanjutnya hasil uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi didapatkan hasil 72.6 atau layak, uji ahli media didapatkan hasil 82.9 atau sangat layak, uji ahli desain pembelajaran didapatkan hasil 91.25 atau sangat layak. Untuk uji one to one dilakaukan terhadap tiga mahasiswa dengan hasil rata-rata 97.47 atau sangat layak. Selanjutnya uji efektivitas didapatkan hasil uji t dengan nilai t tabel -10.130 < -2.2 artinya H0 ditolak dan keputusan modul pembelajaran hypercontent sangat efektif digunakan sebagai bahan belajar mandiri oleh mahasiswa.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of technology demands a fast, easy, cheap, effective, and efficient system and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, including education and training. In the world of education, technological progress is marked by the number of people using the blended learning model. This study aims to obtain and collect information, data, and opinions from stakeholders and training participants at the Training Center of National Search and Rescue Agency to develop a blended learning model for Medical First Responder Training for responders. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the Integrative Learning Design Framework development model and the PEDATI development strategy. This research is limited only to the initial analysis stage, namely in the form of field studies and literature studies to determine the needs of the Medical First Responders Education and Training and the needs of students who will be the first steps in developing blended learning of MFR training for rescuers within the National Search and Rescue Agency. This study indicates that the National Search and Relief Education and Training Center needs an effective and efficient learning model, coupled with the training participants' responses indicating that they wish to have alternative learning sources. The results of this need analysis research can serve as the basis for the development of blended learning training in Medical First Responder.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pemberdayaan guru melalui pendampingan evaluasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta bertempat di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Bogor ini telah memberikan kegiatan yang sangat berarti bagi para guru SD, serta mendapat sambutan yang sangat baik dan antusiasme yang tinggi di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu cara untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada guru SD agar dapat membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang diterapkan pada pendampingan evaluasi pemanfaatam media pembelajaran ini adalah model pemberdayaan melalui pendampingan terbimbing dengan langkah sebagai berikut: 1) Tahap Persiapan; 2) Tahap Assesment; 3) Tahap Perencanaan Alternatif Program atau Kegiatan; 4) Tahap Pemformulasian Rencana Aksi; 5) Tahap Pelaksanaan (Implementasi) Program atau Kegiatan; 6) Tahap Evaluasi; serta 7) Tahap Terminasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan guru SD di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Bogor menghasilkan media papan buletin yang memenuhi kriteria layak secara teoritik; memenuhi kriteria layak dari segi format, isi dan tampilan; memiliki keterterapan tinggi atau layak dalam pembelajaran.
