Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the impact of system quality and information quality on ERP-SAP user satisfaction in PT. Inalum (Persero) Sumatera Utara and to test and analyze whether service quality could moderate the relations between system quality and information quality of ERP-SAP user satisfaction in PT. Inalum (Persero) Sumatera Utara. Research is a quantitative study that uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Inalum (Persero) Sumatera Utara which was authorized to use ERP-SAP. The study sample consisted of 161 employees. The data analysis used by researchers is SPSS. The results indicate that, simultaneously system quality and information quality had effect on ERP-SAP user satisfaction. Partially, only system quality had effect on ERP-SAP user satisfaction. The service quality did not moderate relations between system quality and information quality on ERP-SAP user satisfaction in PT. Inalum (Persero) Sumatera Utara..

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of fintech, information technology, and e-commerce on financial satisfaction both simultaneously and partially in the people of Medan City. The number of respondents as many as 400 people of Medan City. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analytical tool used by the researcher is SPSS 25. The results of data analysis show that simultaneously the variables of fintech, information technology, and e-commerce, while partially the fintech and information technology variables affect the financial satisfaction of the Medan City community, while the e-commerce variable does not. affect the financial satisfaction of the people of Medan city. The value of Adjusted R Square (Adjusted R2) is 0.063 or 6.3%. So it can be said that fintech, information technology and e-commerce can explain financial satisfaction by 6.7% and the remaining 93.3% other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tekanan, kesempatan, rasionalisasi dan kemampuan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi di STIE Mikroskil Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 840 populasi dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 271 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Data Panel yang dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.323 atau (32.3%) artinya bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik, sisanya 0.677 atau (67.7%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa tekanan, kesempatan, rasionalisasi dan kemampuan berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa tekanan dan kesempatan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada alpha lima persen terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik sedangkan rasionalisasi dan kesempatan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of information technology and investment knowledgeon millennial generation’s investment interest with Gender as a moderating variable.The population in this research amounted to 958 students’s business faculty. The sampling method used was slovin method and obtained a sample of 399 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and regression analysis moderating variable with absolute difference value method.The results of the analysis shows that simultaneously and partially information technology and investment knowledgehave a significant effect on millennial generation’s investment interest. And gender is not able to moderate the relationship between information technology and investment knowledgeon millennial generation’s investment interest.
