Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in the business world has an impact on the business sector that continues to develop and innovate. In this case, it is necessary to have good human resource management because the activities carried out in a company are measured by the productivity of the employees involved in completing the work. This study aims to analyze the effect of skills, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee productivity. The population of this study were all employees of Rumah Batik TatsakaBanyuwangi, totaling 32 employees. The research data used primary data and secondary data. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a t-test which basically showed the partially significant effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results obtained indicate that the variables of skills, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The study aims to know and test the influence of entrepreneurship education, entreprenuerial self efficacy and environmental factors to entrepreneurship interest of Islamic university students in Jember namely UNMUH and IAIN Jember. This research is explanatory research, with sample selection using quota sampling counted 40 samples in each research object with total sample 80. Then method used purposive sampling and data collection using accidental sampling. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results  indicate that entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy entrepreneurship and environmental factors have an effect on entrepreneurship interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine emotional dissonance, emotional intelligence as well as organizational commitment and their influences on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN (state-owned banks) in Indonesia. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research population is 283 front office employees from 7 state-owned banks in Indonesia consisting of tellers, customer services staff, and marketing staff. All the 283 populations studied entirely. The methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of test and analysis show that emotional dissonance has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of learning organization on employee performance with knowledge sharing as mediating. This research can be classified as explanatory research, the research explains about the correlation between several variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used is census technique where the whole population of PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang as the research sample which is 40 employees. The research method is path analysis. The result showed that Learning organization has a significant impact on Knowledge sharing, Learning organization has a significant impact on employee performance, Knowledge sharing has a significant impact on employee performance, and learning organization has a significant impact on employee performance with Knowledge sharing as mediating. Further research is expecting to analyze another variable a mediating such as organizational culture, service quality, and organizational commitment.   Keywords: employee performance, Knowledge sharing; Learning organization Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari Learning organization terhadap Kinerja melalui knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai exsplanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan menguji keterkaitan antara beberapa variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis atau penelitian penjelasan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang yaitu berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sensus,yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel karena pada penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Path analysis atau analisis jalur dan alat hitung yang digunakan yaitu SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Knowledge sharing(Z), Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), Knowledge sharing(Z) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) melalui Knowledge sharing(Z). Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menambahkan variabel mediasi misalnya budaya organisasi, kinerja kualiltas pelayanan dan komitmen organisasi. Katakunci: Knowledge sharing; Learning organization, Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The business of making cassava tape has a positive impact, both on entrepreneurs and the local community. For entrepreneurs, the economic impact of this business is to increase their income. In addition, the operation of a labor-intensive cassava tape business will help absorb labor for the local community. Work productivity of employees is very important so the skills of employees in the home industry of cassava tape need to be continuously improved. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work skills have on the productivity of making cassava tape in the home industry in Pakusari District, Jember Regency. This research method uses quantitative description. The results of this study indicate that the work skills of employees have a significant positive effect on the productivity of making cassava tape in the home industry in Pakusari District, Jember Regency.

Abstract

The study is a quantitative descriptive research using CAMEL research method approach and different test to compare financial performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. The population in this study is Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah of 2015 – 2019. The reason for choosing these years is because the researcher assess that these years are the newest years from previous years. Data type used in this study is secondary data which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and obtained from www.idx.co.id and the official website of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk or abbreviated as BRI and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah or abbreviated as BRIS on 2015 – 2019.

Abstract

The achievement of the company's objectives is determined by the quality of human resources in the company. If in a company there is a good quality of human resources, then the process of achieving the company's goals will be easier to achieve. The creation of good employee performance can make it easier for the company to achieve its goals. There are several things that can be done, including the procurement of good compensation to employees, the discipline of employees in accordance with the provisions, and the cultural climate of the organization in accordance with the circumstances of its employees. This research has free variables such as compensation, work discipline, and organizational culture. While the variables tied in this study are employee performance. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline, and organizational culture on the performance of PT employees. Tanjung Gumukmas Award in Jember Regency. The population in this study was 47 employees, sampling techniques used are total sampling, i.e. the entire population is used as a research sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Kemampuan untuk memiliki respon yang gesit sangat penting bagi UMKM untuk menghadapi pasar yang cepat berubah ini. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh tiga elemen dasar kapabilitas dinamis, yaitu kemampuan sensing, seizing, dan reconfiguring terhadap kinerja inovasi dan keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan pada UMKM berbasis industri kreatif di Jember, Indonesia. Sebanyak 95 UMKM kreatif dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini menawarkan implikasi teoritis dan praktis untuk meningkatkan kinerja inovasi dan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan dengan menerapkan kapabilitas dinamis di sektor UMKM kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of discipline work and work life balance on employee performance through commitmentemployees of the Honda SJMS Pesanggaran Dealer. The place of research is on Jl.Suprobo No.53, Banyuwangi. The research time is during January – June 2022. The research design uses explanatory research and respondents used as many as 35 employees where the sampling technique using a saturated sample. The type of data is qualitative data which quantified. Primary data sources come from questionnaires and from companies and secondary data comes from journals, books, and previous research. The analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the study using SPSS 26 software show that work discipline variables affect employee commitment, work life balance affects employee commitment, work discipline has an effect on employee performance, work life balance affects performance employees and employee commitment affect employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh soft skill terhadap kompetensikewirausahaan mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jember, (2)pengaruh sikap inovatif terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2013 FakultasEkonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jember, (3) pengaruh soft skill terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswaManajemen Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas, (4) pengaruh sikap inovatif terhadap minatberwirausaha mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas, dan (5) pengaruhkompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Ekonomidan Bisnis Universitas.Pendekatan riset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur.
