Abstract

Information Systems Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Compliance (CPFR) is increasingly used to improve supply chain performance. This study uses panel data to examine the learning curve CPFR between PT. Seed Citra Asia, and one of the partners in the field distributors. Identified two key components of CPFR, namely Colaboratif Forecasting (CF) and Colaboratif Replenishment (CR), shows a different learning curve. There is an increased forecasting accuracy immediately after execution CPFR but the rate of increase slowed from time to time, while inventory levels increased initially and begin to decline after a certain period. There are different learning effects in terms of inventory levels when the product is then replaced with a second product. The second product has a lower inventory levels than earlier products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh job insecurity dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intentions melalui stres kerja pada karyawan PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo Pasuruan. Pendekatan riset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Secara umum subjek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo Pasuruan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus. Responden berjumlah 70 karyawan. Langkah-langkah penelitian terdiri dari penelitian awal/penjajagan, melakukan uji instrumen, pengumpulan data, uji normalitas, uji analisis jalur, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intentions dan stres kerja pada karyawan PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo Pasuruan.

Abstract

SIKAP REMAJA PUTRI DALAM MENJAGA KEBERSIHAN ORGAN GENETALIA EKSTERNA KELAS XI DI SMK GAJAH MUNGKUR 2 GIRITONTRO WONOGIRI TAHUN 2014. Menurut World Health Organitation (WHO), perempuan sangat jarang memperhatikan kebersihan pada organ genetalia eksternanya sehingga infeksi pada vagina setiap tahunnya menyerang perempuan di seluruh dunia 10-15% dari 100 juta perempuan. Hal ini dikarenakan remaja tidak mengetahui permasalahan seputar organ reproduksinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sikap remaja putri dalam menjaga kebersihan organ genetalia eksterna Kelas XI di SMK Gajah Mungkur 2 Giritontro Wonogiri tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua remaja putri kelas XI di SMK Gajah Mungkur 2 Giritontro Wonogiri berjumlah 57 orang dan tidak menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel tetapi menggunakan subyek penelitian yaitu 57 remaja putri Kelas XI di SMK Gajah Mungkur 2 Giritontro Wonogiri. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan data primer. Analisis data menggunakan univariat yang disajikan dengan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sikap remaja putri sebagian besar memiliki kategori sikap cukup sebanyak 36 responden (63%),sebagian kecil memiliki kategori sikap kurang sebanyak 6 responden (11%), dan kategori baik sebanyak 15 responden (26%), dan, berdasarkan sumber informasi yang didapatkan remaja putri sebagian besar memiliki kategori baik didapat dari tenaga kesehatan sebanyak 11 responden (19%), sebagian besar kategori cukup didapat dari keluarga sebanyak 17 responden (30%) dan sebagian besar memiliki kategori kurang didapat dari keluarga sebanyak 4 responden (7%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini sebagian besar sikap remaja putri dalam menjaga kebersihan organ genetalia eksterna adalah cukup dan sumber informasi yang paling banyak didapat dari keluarga. Abstract

INCREASING THE ABILITY IN OVERCOMING STUNTING AND HEALTH PROBLEM BY COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT IN SUKOGIDRI VILLAGE, JEMBER. Indonesia has a high prevalence of stunting, and Jember is one of the six districts in East Java province that contribute to stunting prevalence. To overcome the stunting problem, it needs a holistic strategy including health, education and economic aspects, therefore the community empowerment is an important approach. The purpose of this public service program was to increase the awareness and capability of the community to overcome stunting and health problem by community empowerment. Several activities were conducted in this community service program, i.e. by examining the health status of the children, pregnant woman, and high risk people, counseling and education about stunting and the effect on health status and also the effect for the next generation, education about the efforts to prevent stunting, provide training to prepare a healthy food and specific training for the cadres who responsible for the stunting-alleviation program. The impact of the activity was an increase the knowledge and awareness of the community about stunting. And there were several trained-cadres about stunting and its prevention.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is increasingly being recognized as the integration of key business processes across the supply chain. Any company that joined in SCM must consider the strategies of the firms competitors. This research was discuss strategy in SCM agribusiness using hybrid profile matching and forest fire model and modelled in the form of serious games. Each cigarette factories compete to get tobacco from farmers in accordance with the required quality, so farmers can compete to sell tobacco in accordance with its quality. The results of the simulations revealed that supply of tobacco from farmers to the cigarette factory is distributed in stage.

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze the impact of leadership, punishment, and non-physical work environment on work discipline and employee performance in PT. Mitra Maju Mapan Jember. This research could be classified as explanatory research. Using cencus sampling method, the sample of this research was all the employee of PT. Mitra Maju Mapan totaling 87 respondens. The data was analyzed using path analysis. The result showed that leadership, punishment, and non-physical work environment have direct significant effect on work discipline, work discipline have direct significant effect on the employee performance, and leadership, punishment, non-physical work environment have indirect and significant effect on employee performance. This research contributes to knowledge regarding how to improve the work discipline among employee and further increase their performance. As a final point, it will be useful for further studies to compare the results of this study in different company to analyze the similarities and dissimilarities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine emotional dissonance, emotional intelligence as well as organizational commitment and their influences on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN (state-owned banks) in Indonesia. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research population is 283 front office employees from 7 state-owned banks in Indonesia consisting of tellers, customer services staff, and marketing staff. All the 283 populations studied entirely. The methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of test and analysis show that emotional dissonance has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: TRIAD Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja (TRIAD KRR) yaitu: Seksualitas, HIV/AIDS, dan NAPZA merupakan permasalahan remaja yang terjadi saat ini. Konselor sebaya sebagai pengelola Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja berperan penting dalam peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang TRIAD KRR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran konselor sebaya dengan pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2015. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian 668 siswa SMA N 1 Pulokulon Kabupaten Grobogan. Sampel penelitian 133 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Teknik analisa data dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara peran konselor sebaya dengan pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR (OR=2,74; CI 95% 1,02 sd 7,32; p= 0,040). Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah peran konselor sebaya yang baik meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR 2,74 kali lebih besar dari pada peran konselor sebaya yang kurang baik dalam PIK R. Kata kunci: Peran konselor sebaya, pengetahuan TRIAD KRR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, professionalism of work, commitment to employeeperformance PDAM Jember partially and simultaneously. Research approach used in this study is quantitative. Population inthe company amounted to 150 and taken 75 respondents to use the sample with the sampling method is simple randomsampling or simple random sample by means of a lottery / raffle of names of employees PDAM Jember is then taken assamples used lottery of 75 names of employees Selected in the draw. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regressionanalysis were used to determine the influence of strong between the dependent variable and independent variables. The testresults and analysis conducted states that the variable quality of human resources and a significant positive effect on employeeperformance PDAM Jember Regency. Variable professionalism and significant positive effect on employee performancePDAM Jember. And variable commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Jember. And thequality of human resources, professionalism, and commitment to simultaneously positive and significant influence on employeeperformance PDAM Jember Regency.

Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment to employee’s Performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Rubber Processing Department Plantation Kotta Blater Jember Jember ". This study aimed to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment to employee’s performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The population in this research were all employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The sampling method used is saturated sample or census with the number of respondents as many as 34 people. Variables used as many as 4 variables. The analysis tool used is Path Analysis. The results showed that: 1) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on work motivation in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember; 2) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember, and; 3) Motivation significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember.
