Abstract

One of the problems faced in providing food from production to urban households is limited land. This also happened in the city of Surakarta. PKK RT 03 RW XVI, Gendingan Jebres village, Jebres Subdistrict, Surakarta City is a group of women who live in densely populated settlements. The problem faced by households in fulfilling family food is dependence on purchases due to limited land for food production. One solution to overcome this problem is to develop urban agricultural activities to support food self-sufficiency. It's just that PKK members do not have knowledge of urban farming, how to apply it, and the infrastructure is limited. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out to solve this problem by conducting counseling and training on urban farming, providing assistance with production facilities in the form of seeds, seedlings, polybags, wall bags, pots, and planting media. In addition, there was also assistance in implementing urban farming for women members of the PKK. Community service activities that have been carried out have made women members of the PKK RT 03 RW XVI, Gendingan Jebres Village, Jebres subdistrict, Surakarta City have knowledge and skills related to urban farming, have urban farming infrastructure so they can implement urban farming in their environment.

Abstract

This study aims to know the competitiveness of the Indonesian food sector in the market of RCEP partner countries, the competitiveness ofthe food sector of RCEP partner countries in the Indonesian market, and the position of the food sector is facing RCEP trade liberalization. The analysis method used in this study is the Constant Market Share Analysis (CMSA). This study uses secondary data from UN Comtrade and the ASEAN Secretariat. Indonesian food products that have positive competitiveness in the markets of RCEP partner countries are mostly processed products such as bread, biscuits, instant noodles, pasta, margarine, and vegetable oil.RCEP partner countries that have competitiveness in the Indonesian market consist of processed and fresh food products such as meat, rice, beans, and garlic. The position of the Indonesian food sector in utilizing RCEP’s trade cooperation is to propose the elimination of tariffs on Indonesian food products, and there are 23 products in China, five products in India, 16 products in Japan, and two products in Korea. The position of the Indonesian food sector in protecting the food sector from RCEP’s trade liberalization is to implement tariff policies for sensitive categories of products such as rice and sugar. Abstrak Kerja sama RCEP dipastikan akan membuka akses pasar yang luas di negara anggota RCEP. Di saat yang bersamaan Indonesia dihadapkan dengan tantangan dan ancaman apabila kerja sama RCEP diberlakukan. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengetahui daya saing produk pangan Indonesia di pasar negara mitra RCEP, mengetahui daya saing produk pangan negara mitra RCEP di pasar Indonesia, mengetahui posisi produk pangan yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan perlu dilindungi dalam rangka kerja sama perdagangan bebas RCEP. Daya saing produk pangan di analisis menggunakan Constant Market Share Analysis (CMSA). Posisi sektor pangan diketahui dengan melakukan analisis terhadap kebijakan tarif dan nilai daya saing produk pangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari UNCOMTRADE dan Sekretariat ASEAN. Hasil analisis menunjukkan jumlah produk pangan Indonesia yang memiliki daya saing tetapi masih memiliki hambatan tarif berjumlah 23 produk di China, 5 produk di Korea, 16 produk di India, dan 2 produk di Jepang. Produk pangan Indonesia yang masih menerapkan hambatan tarif terhadap seluruh negara mitra RCEP dan perlu perlindungan tarif berjumlah 17 produk. Sedangkan produk pangan Indonesia yang sudah dihapuskan tarifnya di seluruh negara mitra RCEP berjumlah 260 produk. Produk pangan Indonesia yang memiliki hambatan tarif untuk salah satu atau lebih negara mitra RCEP berjumlah 257 produk.

Abstract

 This research is aimed to analyze cost, revenue, profit, profitability, Break Event Point, business efficiency  and the risks of broiler chicken farming in Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency. This research was conducted in June-July 2018. Data used was one production period (35 days). The basic method in this study is descriptive analytical method and using case study techniques. Determination of the location of the study was carried out by purposive (intentional), namely in the District of Jumantono, Karanganyar Regency. The respondents were taken by quota sampling method as many as 30 respondents. The types and and sources of data consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and recording. The results showed that the average total cost of broiler chicken farming was IDR 124,291,091 and the average income was IDR 165,114,558, - so that the profits obtained were IDR 40,823,467. Broiler chicken farms in Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency benefit from a profitability rate of 32.85%. Nliai  R / C ratio or broiler chicken business efficiency of 1.32. BEP products from broiler chicken farms amounted to 1,665.1 kg, BEP sales amounted to IDR 29,391,635, and BEP prices were IDR 13,489 / kg. Broiler chicken farming in Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency has a CV value of ≤ 0.5 or L ≥ 0 so that it avoids the risk, because the lower limit of profit (L) shows a positive value (+).

camilan ataupun lauk. Emping melinjo terbuat dari biji melinjo tua, biji melinjo tua yang dipakai dipasok dari daerah sekitar Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi, risiko, dan analisis sensitivitas dari usaha industri emping melinjo skala rumah tangga di Desa Makamhaji Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya total rata-rata yang dikeluarkan oleh produsen emping melinjo skala rumah tangga di Desa Makamhaji Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada Maret 2019 sebesar Rp4.346.161,00. Penerimaan rata-rata yang diperoleh setiap produsen adalah Rp6.185.333,00 per bulan dan keuntungan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp1.839.172,00 per bulan dengan profitabilitas usaha sebesar 30,40%. R/C Ratio sebesar 1,44. Besarnya nilai koefisien variasi 0,33 dan nilai batas bawah keuntungan adalah Rp635.770,00. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa penurunan nilai penjualan lebih sensitif terhadap perubahan keuntungan jika dibandingkan dengan kenaikan harga bahan baku dan kenaikan upah tenaga kerja

Abstract

Tahu dikenal sebagai makanan rakyat dikarenakan harganya yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi usaha, risiko usaha dan analisis sensitivitas pada usaha industri tahu skala rumah tangga di sentra industri tahu Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode dasar penelitian yaitu deskriptif. Penentuan daerah sampel secara sengaja (purposive). Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi usaha, risiko usaha, serta sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata biaya total yang dikeluarkan oleh industri tahu skala rumah tangga di sentra industri tahu Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo bulan Desember 2018 sebesar Rp.58.050.003,00 dengan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp.65.430.850,00 sehingga keuntungan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp.7.380.847,00 dan profitabilitas sebesar 13%. Usaha yang dijalankan sudah efisien dengan R/C ratio sebesar 1,13. Besar nilai koefisien variasi 0,64 dan nilai batas bawah keuntungan sebesar -Rp.2.057.792,00. Hal ini berarti usaha tahu di Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo berisiko. Usaha tahu yang dijalankan lebih sensitif terhadap perubahan parameter penurunan nilai penjualan daripada kenaikan biaya bahan baku dan tenaga kerja.

Abstract

In Sukoharjo Regency, more than 140 tons/day of waste goes to the TPA. One of the efforts to solve the waste problem is by establishing a waste bank, one of which is the "Gemi Nastiti" waste bank located in RT 01 RW XI Gobayan, Makamhaji, Kartosuro. As a waste bank that was just formed on September 26, 2021, the problems faced by the waste bank "Gemi Nastiti" in achieving its goals include management problems, inadequate infrastructure, and the skills of the management and members in utilizing waste into goods of economic value. In order to help solve these problems, this service activity is carried out to empower the "Gemi Nastiti" waste bank through waste bank management training, introduction of infrastructure facilities, and training on the use of waste into goods of economic value. The service activities that have been carried out have made the management and members of the Gemi Nastiti waste bank have knowledge and skills related to waste bank management and making handicrafts from plastic waste. In addition, the Gemi Nastiti waste bank has infrastructure to improve the performance of the waste bank in the form of digital scales, closed plastic buckets for each member and handicraft making equipment from plastic waste. In the end, this activity is able to empower the Gemi Nastiti waste bank so that it can improve the welfare and quality of the environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis ice cream shop yang meningkat menuntut pelaku bisnis ice cream shop untuk dapat bertahan dan meningkatkan pasar. Salah satu pelaku bisnis ice cream shop adalah Il Tempo Gelato di Yogyakarta. Loyalitas konsumen menjadi acuan yang sangat penting bagi suatu usaha. Faktor yang dapat memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen adalah citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, harga, store atmosphere, cita rasa, kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis loyalitas kosumen dalam mengkonsumsi es krim Il Tempo Gelato di Yogyakarta. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Metode pengambilan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan pencatatan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Binary Logistic Regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, serta kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen es krim Il Tempo Gelato di Yogyakarta
