Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut yang ada pada teh seduh dan teh celup, serta atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan saat pembelian teh. Peneltian ini dilakukan di tiga kecamatan di Kabupaten Sukohajo yaitu Kecamatan Kartasura (kota), Sukoharjo (sub urban) dan Weru (desa). Penentuan responden dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2018. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis chi-square dan analisis multi atribut fishbein. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan preferensi konsumen dalam pembelian teh. Hasil analisis multi atribut fishbein menunjukka bahwa atibut yang palig dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian untuk teh seduh adalah rasa, sedangkan untuk teh celup adalah kepraktisan.

Abstract

Waduk Kedung Ombo di Kabupaten Sragen telah dikembangkan untuk usaha budi daya perikanan dengan sistem keramba jaring apung (KJA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha dan faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan budi daya ikan nila di KJA dan menganalisis saluran pemasaran ikan nila tersebut. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi (1) analisis biaya dan pendapatan; (2) analisis R/C ratio; (3) analisis regresi linier berganda; serta (4) analisis pemasaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan biaya usaha budi daya ikan nila sistem keramba jaring apung sebesar Rp131.481.470,00 penerimaan Rp182.234.917,00 dan pendapatan bersih Rp50.753.447,00. Efisiensi usaha budi daya ikan nila sebesar 1,3. Faktor sosial ekonomi, seperti biaya pakan, biaya tenaga kerja, dan umur pembudi daya berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap keuntungan usaha budi daya ikan nila sistem keramba jaring apung. Saluran pemasaran tipe III (pembudi daya – konsumen luar Solo Raya) merupakan saluran pemasaran paling efisien (terpendek), dan mempunyai margin pemasaran yang paling rendah dan farmer’s share paling tinggi. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan usaha budi daya ikan nila dengan melakukan pelatihan pembuatan pakan mandiri, sedangkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pembudi daya perlu diversifikasi usaha melalui usaha pemasaran ikan nila.Title: Tilapia Aquacuture Using Floating Net Cage System and Its Marketing in Sragen RegencyKedung Ombo Reservoir in Sragen regency have been develop aquaculture using the floating net cage system. This study aimed to analyze the tilapia culture using floating net cage system, analyze the factors influence to Tillapia aquaculture, and to analyze the marketing channel of tilapia floating net cage system. Data were collected and analyzed with various methods, includes(1) Cost and benefit analysis; (2) R/C ratio; (3) Multiple linear regression analysis; and (4) marketing channel analysis. The results show that the cost of tilapia cuture is Rp131,481,470.02, revenue is Rp182,234,916.67, and net income is Rp50,753,446.65. The business efficiency of tilapia is 1.3. Socio-economic factors such as feed cost, labor cost, and age of farmers are significantly influenced to the profits of tilapia fish farmers floating net cage system. The marketing channel type III (farmers to consumers outside Solo Raya) of tilapia is the most efficient marketing channel due to the lowest marketing margin and highest farmer’s share. Therefore, recommendation for improving tilapia aquaculture is to conduct the training for independent feed production. Business diversification through marketing activitiy is needed.

Abstract

One of the problems faced in providing food from production to urban households is limited land. This also happened in the city of Surakarta. PKK RT 03 RW XVI, Gendingan Jebres village, Jebres Subdistrict, Surakarta City is a group of women who live in densely populated settlements. The problem faced by households in fulfilling family food is dependence on purchases due to limited land for food production. One solution to overcome this problem is to develop urban agricultural activities to support food self-sufficiency. It's just that PKK members do not have knowledge of urban farming, how to apply it, and the infrastructure is limited. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out to solve this problem by conducting counseling and training on urban farming, providing assistance with production facilities in the form of seeds, seedlings, polybags, wall bags, pots, and planting media. In addition, there was also assistance in implementing urban farming for women members of the PKK. Community service activities that have been carried out have made women members of the PKK RT 03 RW XVI, Gendingan Jebres Village, Jebres subdistrict, Surakarta City have knowledge and skills related to urban farming, have urban farming infrastructure so they can implement urban farming in their environment.

Abstract

Nanas madu merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang diminati masyarakat karena rasa buah yang lebih manis dibandingan dengan nanas pada umumnya. Produksi nanas madu mengalami fluktuasi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor yang tentunya mempengaruhi pendapatan petani nanas madu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya usahatani nanas madu, mengetahui besarnya pendapatan usahatani nanas madu, mengetahui faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usahatani nanas madu. Hasil analisis usahatani menunjukka bahwa besarnya rata-rata biaya yang dikeluarkan petani nanas madu di Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang sebesar Rp19.823.157/Ha/MT dan besarnya rata-rata pendapatan yang diterima petani nanas madu di Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang sebesar Rp79.425.738,01/Ha/MT. Rata-rata masa tanam nanas madu 10 sampai 12 bulan dengan rata-rata luas lahan 0,94 Ha. Faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi luas lahan dan pengalaman usahatani berpengaruh  nyata terhadap pendapatan petani dalam usahatani nanas madu di Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang, sedangkan  biaya tenaga kerja, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, biaya pupuk secara individu tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani nanas madu di Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang.

Abstract

Tahu dikenal sebagai makanan rakyat dikarenakan harganya yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi usaha, risiko usaha dan analisis sensitivitas pada usaha industri tahu skala rumah tangga di sentra industri tahu Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode dasar penelitian yaitu deskriptif. Penentuan daerah sampel secara sengaja (purposive). Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi usaha, risiko usaha, serta sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata biaya total yang dikeluarkan oleh industri tahu skala rumah tangga di sentra industri tahu Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo bulan Desember 2018 sebesar Rp.58.050.003,00 dengan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp.65.430.850,00 sehingga keuntungan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp.7.380.847,00 dan profitabilitas sebesar 13%. Usaha yang dijalankan sudah efisien dengan R/C ratio sebesar 1,13. Besar nilai koefisien variasi 0,64 dan nilai batas bawah keuntungan sebesar -Rp.2.057.792,00. Hal ini berarti usaha tahu di Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo berisiko. Usaha tahu yang dijalankan lebih sensitif terhadap perubahan parameter penurunan nilai penjualan daripada kenaikan biaya bahan baku dan tenaga kerja.

Abstract

This research purports to assign the marketing mix's effect on price, promotion, product, and place on consumer decisions in purchasing Nichoa products in Central Java. This study is causal-comparative research. The study location was chosen by purposive method with the reasoning that the average expenditure per capita of the population of Central Java in the food and beverage category has increased during the last three years. The research was conducted from February to March 2022. The latent variables in this research are product, place, price, promotion, and purchasing decisions. The total sample is 120 respondents by purposive sampling technique. An analysis method used is SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). The output represents a positive impact on purchasing decisions and a significant effect on the product, place, and price variables on consumer decisions in purchasing Nichola products. However, there is an insignificant impact on the promotion variable, but it has a positive value on consumer decisions in purchasing Nichoa products. This point that Nichoa must pay attention to the marketing mix carried out, in terms of product, price, promotion, and place aspects, to be able to answer consumer needs so that it can influence consumers to buy Nichoa products more than once.

Abstract

In Sukoharjo Regency, more than 140 tons/day of waste goes to the TPA. One of the efforts to solve the waste problem is by establishing a waste bank, one of which is the "Gemi Nastiti" waste bank located in RT 01 RW XI Gobayan, Makamhaji, Kartosuro. As a waste bank that was just formed on September 26, 2021, the problems faced by the waste bank "Gemi Nastiti" in achieving its goals include management problems, inadequate infrastructure, and the skills of the management and members in utilizing waste into goods of economic value. In order to help solve these problems, this service activity is carried out to empower the "Gemi Nastiti" waste bank through waste bank management training, introduction of infrastructure facilities, and training on the use of waste into goods of economic value. The service activities that have been carried out have made the management and members of the Gemi Nastiti waste bank have knowledge and skills related to waste bank management and making handicrafts from plastic waste. In addition, the Gemi Nastiti waste bank has infrastructure to improve the performance of the waste bank in the form of digital scales, closed plastic buckets for each member and handicraft making equipment from plastic waste. In the end, this activity is able to empower the Gemi Nastiti waste bank so that it can improve the welfare and quality of the environment.

Abstract

Rice is the food crop with the harvested area and production of the highest among other food crops in Karanganyar Regency. From year to year, its harvested area, production, and productivity tend to increase. These increments showed that rice farming is still in demand by farmers. This study aims to analyze the cost, revenue, and efficiency of rice farming in this regency. The study was conducted in 4 districts; Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Jaten, and Jatipura. From each district were taken two villages. In total, there were 159 farm households sampled randomly. In average,the revenue of rice farming in Karanganyar is Rp14,429,117.37/ha/year with yearly costs of Rp7,142,446.39/ha. The average annual income therefore reaches Rp7,286,670.98/ha. The value of rice farming efficiency is 2.02 indicating that rice farming in Karanganyar is worth the effort.

Abstract

Many factors cause the issue of fertilizer subsidies. One of them is about the implemented system has not been running optimally. The Farmer Card is an innovation to obtain subsidized fertilizers. The innovation has many obstacles, including the lack of awareness and knowledge of farmers’ human resources (HR) in understanding the innovations’ usefulness. The study’s objective was to determine the factors influencing the acceptance of the Farmer Card based on the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM). Primary data were gained from the farmers by taking a simple random sampling method using the Hair formula for as many as 115 farmers using Farmer Card in Kabupaten Sumenep. The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive method through the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The study’s objective was to determine the effect of optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use in technology readiness with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The test results show that the variables of optimism (H1 and H2), discomfort (H5), perceived usefulness (H9), and perceived ease of use (H10) have a significant effect on behavioral intention to use Farmer Card. Testing the effect of innovativeness (H3 and H4), discomfort (H6), and insecurity (H7 and H8) showed a p-value of 0.091; 0.259; 0.127; 0.853; 0.385 (> 0.05) means that it has no significance. For the Farmer Card program to be successful, it is recommended to enhance cooperation further and shared views among the farmers and stakeholders.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan produk sampingan yang sulit dihindari oleh hampir semua aktivitas manusia. Masalah sampah menjadi sebuah masalah yang serius karena menimbulkan risiko dan hambatan dalam upaya pembangunan sosial serta kesejahteraan manusia. Seiring dengan makin meningkatnya urbanisasi, populasi dan konsumsi serta pembangunan di kawasan urban dan sub-urban mengakibatkan jumlah timbulan sampah juga meningkat signifikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh karakteristik sosial-ekonomi dan risk awareness rumah tangga perkotaan terhadap pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dan mengkaji perilaku pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, yang juga memperkaya pengetahuan dan variabel agama sebagai prediktor risk awareness. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode Theory of Planned Behavior dan Seemingly Unrelated Regression dengan data yang diperoleh dari 100 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berbagai karakteristik sosial-ekonomi seperti tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh pada perilaku pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Indonesia, serta faktor lain yang memengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga adalah risk awareness, dimana risk awareness dipengaruhi oleh variabel pengetahuan dan agama. Pengetahuan menjadi sangat penting karena merupakan dasar dari perilaku yang dilakukan oleh seseorang. Adanya risk awareness pada diri seseorang dapat berkorelasi untuk meningkatkan perilaku dalam mengelola sampah yang baik. Perilaku mengelola sampah rumah tangga dapat diminimalkan kesalahannya dengan adanya ilmu pengetahuan. Diharapkan bahwa temuan dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber informasi yang berguna bagi pihak yang berwenang untuk merumuskan strategi yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan sampah, yaitu dapat dimulai dari pemilahan sampah dan mendaur ulang sampah rumah tangga. Perlu adanya upaya dari pihak yang berwenang dalam rangka memberikan wawasan mengenai pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga kepada masyarakat.
