Abstract

This Research Aims To Describe How The Implementation Of An Employee Performance Management System At PT. Bangun Niaga Company In Medan Municipality. The type of research used in this study is qualitative with 55 respondents. Data Collection Techniques Are Done Through Observations And Interviews. Technical Data Analysis Namely Qualitative Descriptive Analysis Expressed In The Forms Of Questions, Responses And Interpretations Obtained From Observations And Direct Interviews. The results of this study show that in general it has not run effectively. This can be seen from the indicators (A) Commitment and Policies are running smoothly, (B) Planning is going well, (C) Implementation is running well, (D) Inhibiting factors are not running according to the indicators that have been set and (E) Factors Support Goes Well.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of price and content marketing on purchasing decisions for Skintific products. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were in Medan Sunggal Sub-district, North Sumatra. The number of samples in this research was 100 samples. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Google Form. The results of data processing show that the price variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Skintific products. The content marketing variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Skintific products. Simultaneous research also shows that price and content marketing also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Skintific products

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis manajemen kewirausahaan terhadap daya saing UMKM. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di sektor Pariwisata Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang bersifat mempelajari kejadian dilapangan yang memungkinkan untuk melakukan hubungan antar variabel, menguji hipotesis, mengembangkan generalisasi, dan mengembangkan teori yang memiliki validitas universal Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 100 UMKM di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan Pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM tentang manajemen kewirausahaan. UMKM meningkatkan penerapan manajemen kewirausahaan dalam usahanya. Terjalin kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah, UMKM, dan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dengan upaya bersama, diharapkan industri pariwisata di Kabupaten Deli Serdang dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat bagi semua pihak.
