Abstract

Banyak klinik saat ini masih menggunakan pencatatan berbasis kertas yang menyebabkan ketidakefisienan administrasi, risiko kehilangan data, serta kesalahan pencatatan. Sistem informasi pendaftaran dan pemeriksaan elektronik dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data pasien dan rekam medis secara lebih terstruktur dan aman. Metode yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang mencakup tahapan perancangan, analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan tenaga medis serta observasi langsung terhadap alur kerja di klinik guna memastikan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan data pasien, mengurangi kesalahan dalam rekam medis, serta mempercepat proses pelayanan kesehatan. Pengujian BlackBox membuktikan bahwa seluruh fitur utama sistem berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dirancang. Implementasi sistem ini mendukung digitalisasi pelayanan kesehatan di klinik, mengoptimalkan proses administrasi, mengurangi beban kerja tenaga medis, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Every patient who is rushed to the Emergency Department needs fast treatment to determine whether the patient should be inpatient or outpatient. However, the existing fact is that deciding whether an inpatient or outpatient must wait for the diagnosis made by the existing doctor, so if there are many patients, it generally takes quite a long time. So, to predict patient admissions to the emergency unit, a machine learning model that can be fast and accurate is needed. Therefore, this study developed a machine learning and neural network model to determine patient care in Emergency Departments. This study uses publicly available electronic health record (EHR) data, which is 3,309. The model development process uses machine learning methods (SVM, Decision Tree, KNN, AdaBoost, MLPClassifier) and neural networks. The model that has been obtained is then evaluated for its performance using a confusion matrix and several matrices such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score. The results of the model performance evaluation were compared, and the best model was obtained, namely the MLPClassifier model with an accuracy value = 0.736 and an F1-Score value = 0.635, and the Neural Network model obtained an accuracy value = 0.724 and an F1-Score value = 0.640. The best models obtained in this study, namely the MLPClassifier and Neural Network models, were proven to be able to outperform other models.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven a shift in transactions from traditional systems to e-commerce platforms, which have become the cornerstone of the digital economy. However, existing e-commerce platforms often fail to fully meet the needs of SMEs, particularly regarding flexible withdrawal of sales proceeds and consumer education about products. This study aims to design a website-based e-commerce application with the main features of a flexible fund withdrawal system and product education. This system is developed using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. The implementation of the application creation uses the Laravel framework integrated with the Midtrans API for secure and flexible payment management. This application is equipped with various features, such as product catalogs, shopping carts, order tracking, and reviews, with functional testing carried out through black-box testing methods to ensure the application meets user needs. The results of the study show that web-based e-commerce applications are able to support flexible transactions, expand market reach, and strengthen the local e-commerce ecosystem. From this study, it can be concluded that website design plays an important role in answering challenges, especially increasing the security and convenience of direct fund withdrawal transactions for SMEs.

Abstract

Banyak toko mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola stok barang karena masih menggunakan pencatatan manual, yang sering menyebabkan penumpukan atau kekurangan barang. Masalah ini berdampak langsung pada kelancaran operasional dan efisiensi manajemen toko. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem pencatatan stok berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pemesanan online. Sistem ini memungkinkan pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar secara real-time serta penyajian laporan transaksi berdasarkan tanggal dan waktu. Selain itu, penerapan kode QR pada setiap produk menyederhanakan proses identifikasi dan pemantauan stok, serta meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, dengan tahapan berurutan mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel yang mendukung pengembangan aplikasi web secara efisien dan terstruktur. API digunakan untuk menghubungkan sistem pencatatan stok dengan sistem pemesanan, sehingga setiap pesanan yang masuk secara otomatis memperbarui data stok dan tercatat dalam laporan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan inventaris di toko Daycomp. Sistem ini juga membantu menghindari kekurangan atau kelebihan stok, mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

The gubernatorial candidate debate was broadcast live streaming through various YouTube channels, which attracted public attention. Many discussions and conversations appeared in the comments section of each YouTube channel that broadcasted the debate. Given the numerous public discussions, it is undoubtedly interesting to analyze the contents of the conversations, as well as the expectations and feedback from the public. However, analyzing conversations in the form of text data will be challenging using conventional methods. Therefore, in this study, public opinion will be analyzed using the topic identification and sentiment classification approaches. Topic identification is conducted to obtain accurate information about what the public is discussing, while sentiment classification is used to determine whether each comment contains positive or negative sentiments. This research is novel because it utilizes data collected from various major media YouTube channels and includes a qualitative analysis of the findings. This study uses public comment data taken from the KPU, NarasiTV, and KompasTV YouTube channels; the results obtained included 4,147 data points. Data preprocessing involves identifying topics using the LDA method, evaluating the LDA model, performing sentiment classification using IndoBERT, and visualizing the results of the public opinion analysis. The results revealed five topics with a perplexity value of -7.7909 and a coherence score of 0.5109. In addition, topic 4 is the most dominant compared to other topics, with 1,146 comments classified as positive sentiment and 504 classified as negative sentiment. Topic 4 reflects how religion, culture, and frequently mentioned figures are perceived and discussed by the public, especially in relation to the gubernatorial election (pilgub) or gubernatorial candidate debates.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membuka peluang bagi layanan penyewaan tenda dan dekorasi pernikahan untuk bertransformasi menuju sistem digital. Di Erina Tenda Jepara, salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya efisiensi dalam proses pengiriman gambar dekorasi dan harga paket yang masih bergantung pada cara manual, yang menghambat kelancaran dalam pemesanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem reservasi wedding decoration menggunakan pendekatan model UML dengan penerapan framework Codeigniter serta Bootstrap untuk antarmuka pengguna, dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis data. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Harapannya, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam mengakses gambar dekorasi dan harga paket secara langsung, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pemesanan bagi pihak manajemen. Dengan demikian, proses pemesanan dapat berlangsung dengan lebih cepat, terorganisir, dan efisien.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong efisiensi serta meningkatkan daya saing di berbagai sektor usaha, termasuk dalam bidang pertanian modern seperti hidroponik. Toko Ganesha Hidroponik Kudus, yang fokus pada penjualan bibit dan perlengkapan hidroponik, hingga kini masih mengandalkan metode penjualan konvensional yang dianggap belum optimal dalam hal jangkauan pasar dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta membangun sistem e-commerce berbasis web guna mendukung proses penjualan secara daring. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung di lapangan, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, serta studi literatur yang relevan. Sistem dirancang menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Diharapkan sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan memperluas cakupan pemasaran secara lebih maksimal.

Abstract

This study addresses the issue of stock management inaccuracies and sales record discrepancies at Toko Dadi Barokah, primarily caused by manual recording systems. These manual processes often result in mismatches between recorded sales and actual revenue, delayed stock updates, and poor customer service. The objective of this research is to design and implement a web-based point-of-sale (POS) information system to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The urgency of this study lies in the operational inefficiencies and financial risks associated with manual systems, including delayed inventory updates, misaligned stock levels, and revenue loss due to poor oversight. To overcome these challenges, an integrated system was developed that encompasses inventory management, sales recording, and integration with financial and logistics subsystems. This system was designed using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, with iterative prototyping and user-centered development. The implemented web-based POS system showed significant improvements in the accuracy of stock and sales data, reduced operational errors, and streamlined business processes. Performance evaluation and a comparative case study of similar retail enterprises provided additional insights into system scalability and adaptability. This research contributes to enhancing the operational efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by offering a scalable technological solution tailored for limited-resource environments. The findings offer practical implications for similar businesses seeking to leverage digital transformation to improve service quality and competitiveness in increasingly digital retail landscapes.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a website-based ordering and management system specifically for water apple commodities in Betokan Village, Demak. Farmers in this area previously relied on manual stock and transaction recording, which led to frequent issues such as data inaccuracy, difficulties in inventory tracking, and inefficiencies in sales operations. To address these challenges, a digital system was developed using the Waterfall method, comprising five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The platform was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The system includes key features such as real-time stock updates, online ordering, transaction recording, and automated report generation. Evaluation of the system was conducted using black-box testing on eight core functions, of which 87.5% passed as expected. Post-implementation results showed a 60% reduction in inventory-related errors and a notable decrease in administrative workload. The system was also piloted with a sample group of local users, and feedback indicated increased efficiency in stock monitoring and transaction processing. This research contributes significantly to the digital transformation of local agricultural communities by offering a practical, scalable solution that improves business operations and customer service. Moreover, it enhances the ability of rural farmers to enter the digital market ecosystem and expand their market reach. The system demonstrates how localized digital tools can bridge gaps in rural agribusiness, increase productivity, and promote economic resilience through technology adoption.

Abstract

Correctional facilities in Indonesia face significant challenges in inmate management due to reliance on manual, paper-based systems for room occupancy verification, leading to inefficiencies, prolonged verification times, high potential for data errors, and substantial workload for correctional officers during frequent room reshuffling activities. This study aims to develop a web-based information system leveraging barcode technology to streamline the inmate verification process at Lapas Kelas IIB Pati, minimizing human error, enhancing administrative efficiency, and accelerating data management processes. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with qualitative methodology using the Waterfall model for system development, incorporating data collection techniques including observation, semi-structured interviews with correctional officers, literature review, and document analysis. The study population comprised all data management processes for inmates and officers at Lapas Kelas IIB Pati, with purposive sampling selecting key informants, relevant documents, and existing manual systems. System validation was conducted through Blackbox Testing to verify functional specifications and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using Likert scale questionnaires to evaluate user satisfaction. The developed system successfully automated inmate verification through QR/barcode scanning, implemented role-based access controls, and provided room transfer functionality, with all system functionalities achieving successful outcomes in testing, demonstrating operational viability and significant improvement in efficiency and data accuracy. The web-based inmate processing system effectively addresses operational challenges in correctional facility management, providing a practical solution for digital transformation in Indonesian correctional institutions.
