Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this writing is to find suitability of breast-feeding rights regulated in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. This writing is a writing normative laws. This writing is done by means of literature study to obtain secondary data in the field of law. From the result of study it can be concluded that first, in general provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour was already conformed the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. Second, in specifically provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Article 83 of Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour still has not been entirely conformed with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights, because it has not guaranteed full rights to female workers who breastfeed their babies.AbstrakPenulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kesesuaian antara hak menyusui yang telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan dengan nilai-nilai hak reproduksi perempuan. Penulisan ini merupakan penulisan hukum yang bersifat normatif. Penulisan ini dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka untuk memperoleh data sekunder di bidang hukum. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertama, secara umum ketentuan mengenai hak menyusui dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sudah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai hak reproduksi perempuan. Kedua, secara khusus ketentuan mengenai hak menyusui dalam Pasal 83 Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan nilai-nilai hak reproduksi perempuan, karena belum memberikan jaminan hak sepenuhnya pada pekerja perempuan yang menyusui bayinya.

Abstract

Issues related to the elimination of menstrual leave rights for women workers is one form of modern oppression that often occurs in the work environment. Through menstruation leave, the authority of the body of women workers that they should have is transferred to the hands of the power holders in the work environment. The body is accustomed to be obedient to certain interests. Departing from the assumption that many female workers do not get menstrual leave rights, this study will propose how the implementation of the menstrual leave entitlement regulations at work time in labor law in the Yogyakarta region. The subjects of this study were female workers of working age who worked in the Yogyakarta region. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques with observation and in-depth interviews. Qualitative data analysis techniques with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research is expected to be useful as input for the government, employers, and workers in formulating and implementing regulations concerning menstrual leave rights.

Abstract

Bank adalah lembaga keuangan yang oleh Pemerintah diharapkan dapat menjadi roda penggerak perekonomian negara terutama terkait dengan pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dalam upaya meningkatkan pembangunan nasional melalui pengembangan potensi pariwisata daerah. Bank menyalurkan kredit kepada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah diatur dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Pelaksanaan penyaluran kredit yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan selanjutnya akan ditindaklanjuti dengan mekanisme pemberian sanksi.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi pembangunan perumahan tidak hanya bergantung dari manajemen waktu, biaya, mutu yang baik, tetapi pelaksanaannya juga perlu memperhatikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di lingkungan proyek. Pembangunan perumahan merupakan kegiatan yang cukup banyak menggunakan berbagai peralatan, baik canggih maupun manual. Peralatan tersebut digunakan di lahan yang luas dengan berbagai jenis kegiatan sehingga menyebabkan resiko tinggi terhadap kecelakaan. Pada dasarnya proses pembangunan perumahan merupakan kegiatan yang banyak mengandung unsur bahaya. Permasalahan kecelakaan kerja yang berdampak pada pekerja pembangunan perumahan merupakan isu yang cukup menarik, mengingat papan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan primer menusia, dan kegiatan pembangunan perumahan merupakan hal yang sangat dekat sekali dengan kehidupan kita.

Abstract

Pendidikan untuk anak usia dini sangatlah penting, karena nantinya merekalah yang akan membawa Indonesia pada masa depan yang lebih gemilang. Salah satu pendidikan yang penting untuk diberikan sejak usia dini adalah pendidikan karakter, khususnya adalah penerapan Pancasila. Penerapan Pancasila terhadap anak usia dini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari bisa dilakukan dengan cara : mengajarkan anak untuk beribadah bersama (Sila Pertama), berkumpul bersama sanak saudara (Sila Kedua), bermain bersama (Sila Ketiga), berdiskusi bersama (Sila Keempat), serta berbagi dengan orang lain (Sila Kelima). Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan penerapan Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari bagi anak usia dini. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode bermain bersama, simulasi, dan diskusi perihal penerapan Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan berupa liputan berita di website kampus dan LLDikti, serta artikel pada jurnal nasional.

Abstract

Indonesian positive law, the form of guilt for the crime of taking the life of another person can be intentional and unintentional (negligence). Intentionality is an act that can occur with premeditation or unplanned, but what is important from an event is the existence of "intention" which is realized through the actions carried out to completion. The nature and type of this research is empirical juridical, which is a concrete explanation of the object of the problem regarding the application of the law on the crime of premeditated murder which results in leaving women and children in the womb in the Kulon Progo Police area, based on facts that occur in the field, used empirical research is research that requires objects directly in the field which are then used in the form of narratives, then empirical research is research on social reality in society. Based on the descriptions that have been explained at length in the chapters, the final conclusions are as follows The application of the law with Article 340 of the Criminal Code in the crime of premeditated murder which resulted in the death of women and children in the womb "Deliberately," meaning that the act must be intentional and the intent must arise immediately, because the intent (opzet / dolus) referred to in Article 338 is an intentional act in Article 340 is an intentional act to eliminate the lives of others formed with prior intent. The obstacles faced by investigators in the search for evidence of premeditated murder cases that resulted in the death of women and children in the womb in the Kulon Progo Police area. Abstract

Isu terkait cyber crime sedang menjadi tren yang marak di Indonesia saat ini. Semakin meningkat dan pesatnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat membawa dampak positif sekaligus negatif bagi lapisan masyarakat. Efek negative dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasipun menjadi hal yang tak bisa dihindari. Konsekuensi berupa cyber crime seakan menjadi permasalahan yang terus mengikuti di belakang perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi itu sendiri. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah setelah mengikuti sosialisasi yang telah dilaksanakan masyarakat dalam hal ini pemuda-pemudi usia remaja dari kampung Nitiprayan menjadi tahu tentang cyber crime dan dapat mencegah atau terhindar dari cyber crime dalam kehidupan sehari-hari baik sebagai pelaku maupun sebagai korban. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, simulasi, dan diskusi tanya jawab perihal cyber crime.

Abstract

The preparation of the Draft Law on the Welfare of Mothers and Children (RUU KIA) is the Government's commitment to realizing a stunting-free golden generation. The MCH Bill provides regulations regarding maternity leave which previously in the Employment Law was 3 months, now it is 6 months. If a mother experiences a miscarriage, leave is given for 1.5 months. The KIA Bill also provides regulations regarding leave for husbands who accompany their wives giving birth, which was originally 2 days in the Manpower Law, now it is 40 days. If the wife experiences a miscarriage, the leave given is 7 days. To realize the objectives of the KIA Bill, providing these leaves is very good. However, this is certainly a matter of debate if it is related to employment. If workers are on leave for too long, it will certainly affect the amount of production, not to mention if there is an inability of employers to continue to provide wages to workers who are on leave. After this research was carried out, we now know the impact on employment related to the KIA (Mother and Child Welfare) Bill. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using observation and in-depth interviews. Qualitative data analysis techniques with stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The output of this research will be an accredited national journal. It is hoped that the benefits of this research can provide input for the government, employers and workers in responding to the policies contained in the MCH (Mother and Child Welfare) Bill if the MCH Bill is officially passed as law. The output of this research is news articles published in national journals.
