Abstract

Industri makanan ringan olahan belum pernah mengalami penurunan minat konsumen, terutama pada hari libur dan hari raya, di Desa Curah Cottok, Kecamatan Kapongan, Kabupaten Situbondo, Jawa Timur, sehingga bisnis produksi ini memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Disamping itu des aini mempunyai visi dan misi “Menjadi Desa yang Mandiri”, sebagai landasan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan dan sudah terbentuk Badan Usaha Milik Desan (BUMDes). Untuk mengintensifkan upaya BUMDes, kegiatan unit usaha dilakukan untuk memperluas unit usaha dengan membuat unit produksi emping jagung. Bahan baku makanan olahan tersebut dapat ditanam di lahan pertanian yang dimiliki desa sehingga sangat memungkinkan untuk melakukan proses produksi pangan olahan ringan berbahan baku jagung. Dalam menjalankan proses yang produktif dilakukan pelatihan kewirausahaann untuk menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan pada kelompok mitra BUMDes, pendampingan dalam pengolahan emping jagung dengan menggunakan mesin produksi teknologi tepat guna pemipih jagung, pembentukan UMKM emping jagung dan pelatihan sistem manajemen bisnis dalam pengelolaan unit produksi dan pengelolaan BUMDes. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan, terbentuknya UMKM emping jagung dengan profil usaha dan karateristik UMKM, Bisnis Mode Canvas sebagai dokumen pendampingan UMKM, serta sistem manajemen bisnis mesin produksi emping jagung dengan kapasitas produksi 50 kg/jam. Oleh karena itu kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat untuk dilakukan dalam usaha-usaha peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Membangun UKM agar mampu untuk bertahan dalam kondisi persaingan yang semakin kompleks tidaklah mudah , Pelaku usaha yang telah mempersiapkan diri untuk berkompetisi akan eksis, tetapi banyak pula pengusaha yang gagal. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian sebelumnya , bahwa kegagalan bisnis UKM sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan pengelolaan modal kerja. Pengelolaan modal kerja adalah mengatur penggunaan modal kerja sesuai kebutuhan usaha. Kebutuhan modal kerja sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat siklus konversi kas sehingga perlu memperhitungkan tingkat perputaran dari masing masing komponen di dalam modal kerja. Penelitian ini membandingkan antara penggunaan modal kerja dengan kebutuhan modal kerja yang harus dipenuhi oleh usaha, penggunaan modal kerja bisa berlebihan , atau kekurangan. Kelebihan atau kekurangan modal kerja berdampak pada ketidak efisienan perusahaan dalam menjalankan usaha, yang pada akhirnya akan mengalami kebangkrutan

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether or not family control benefiting the internal and external governance mechanism to mitigate to agency problems affecting dividends in a capital market environment to improve investor protection such as Indonesia. The quantitative analysis model was used to test the hypotheses based on the panel data analysis of 58 family firms listed from 2012 to 2019, and the random effect technique (pooled EGLS). The findings indicate that internal governance mechanism (family ownership and family board representation) are irrelevant to the dividend policy. However, external governance mechanism (debt) negatively affects dividends. This means that debt plays a significant role in influencing dividend policies. In addition, it provides the issue from institutional setting, when legal protection for minority shareholders is improving, the governance role of families become less effective to monitor the firms.

Abstract

This research is on savings and loan cooperatives (Credit Union) with a research sample of credit cooperatives in East Java. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the empowerment program moderates financial performance on members' welfare. The results of the research explain that financial performance affects the member empowerment program by 82.19%. The significance of 0.011 , this shows that the empowerment of credit cooperative members (CU) is influenced by financial performance (PEARLS) and that the empowerment program has a positive effect on the welfare of members by 34% with a significance level of 0.02. This shows that the member empowerment program has a significant effect on the welfare of credit cooperative (CU) members.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the Covid-19 pandemic through solvency ratios and profitability ratios. Covid-19 has caused the Indonesian econo- my to grow negatively. This has had a major impact on the compa- ny's financial performance, because the company experienced a decline in revenue due to policies made due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, in order to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange must begin to rise to compete in gaining competitive advantage and superior financial performance. The sample in this study is all sectors of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, except the financial sector. The analytical technique used is the Paired-Sample T-test with the help of the STATA program. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the solvency ratio when measured using the time interest earned ratio. However, the solvency ratio shows no difference when measured using the debt ratio and cash coverage ratio. While the profitability ratio shows that there are differences in the company's financial performance between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research was conducted during a pandemic, the researchers were interested in knowing whether financial distress in the millennial generation in Indonesia was influenced by overconfidence bias, self-attribution bias and confirmation. The sample of this study was 247 respondents using non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique using the LISREL program. The results of this study show that financial distress is influenced by overconfidence bias, self-attribution bias and confirmation bias. Their investment behavior is not based on good financial literacy so that investing is irrational

A The aim of this research is to analyze Payout ratio is influenced by cash flow, liquidity, leverage and company growth, the results of this study show that overall all these variables have a significant effect with the F test result of 0.000 which can be interpreted that the model is fit or feasible and koefisien determinan ( R2) of 39.5% although partially there are variabrl that have no effect or negative effect, namely: liquidity, and leverage The sample of this study is the Kompas 100 index listed on the IDX and uses purposive sampling totaling 28 companies

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of governance, company characteristics, and ownership structure on the financial performance of LQ45 companies listed on the IDX during the 2018-2022 period. Governance is represented by agency costs and free cash flow, while company characteristics include company size and company age. Ownership structure consists of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and public ownership. The financial performance is proxied by Tobin's Q. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing panel data analysis with the fixed effect model as the selected approach. Secondary data collection was conducted using documentation methods, and the sample was selected through purposive sampling, totaling 100 data points. The results indicate that free cash flow, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership do not significantly affect financial performance. However, agency costs, company size, company age, and public ownership have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Dentification of business failure is one in applying an early warning system for business activities in any scale. This identification is often run by banks to detect potential bankruptcy of a business who is given credit by banks. This study identifies the failure of SME businesses with financial approaches, using binomial logistic regression discriminant analysis. The results showed that the variable working capital / total assets, current assets / current liabilities, and quick / Inventory can predict the failure of the business (financial distress). The financial difficulties of the measured ability of SMEs in obtaining access to short-term loans.
