Abstract

The study investigates the power of financial ratios and firm's size in predicting financial performance of Textile and Apparel listed at Jakarta Stock Exchange. The data are analyze by using logic regression. The result indicates that current ratio, gross profit margin and firm's sizeb eiomi prediclorso f the firm's financial performance. Abstract

The cash flow ratios analysis is an analytical method to assess corporate performance, especially the financial performance with the focus on corporate cash flows. This study is aimed at (1) evaluating whether, simultaneously the cash flow variables (ratios) can significantly distinguish the firm with a healthy financial performance from that without; (2) determining whether the discriminate value obtained from cash flow ratios model can be used as a basis for distinguishing the firm with a healthy financial performance from that without; and (3) determining the most significant variable distinguishing the financial performance of the metal industries. The result of the study indicate that: (1) simultaneously, the cash flow ratios had significant influence (2) the discriminate value (Z-score) can be used as a criterion to distinguish the firm, and (3) the ratios of cash flow were the most significant variables in distinguishing the firm with a healthy financial performance from that without.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine empirically financial ratios (leverage, liquidity, solvability, and profitability)and corporate governance for distinguishing bond rating company in investment grade and non-investmentgrade companies. The population of this research was consumer goods companies listed at Indonesia StockExchange. The research used purposive sampling, polls financial data and analysis with logistic regression.Research finding indicated that corporate governance and financial ratios were the current ratio (CR), longtermdebt ratio (LTDR), total assets and turnover (TAT), return on assets (ROA), independent commissioners(kind), managerial ownership (KM), institutional ownership and audit quality (KA) that were simultaneouslyable to predict bond rating company as investment grade companies and non investment grade companies.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence employee outcomes, using the dimensions of person organization fit, namely the values congruence, personality congruence, work environment congruence, and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research belongs to the category of conclusive research that seeks a causal relationship between person organization fit and employee outcomes through job satisfaction. There are 7 hypotheses proposed to prove the direct or indirect effect between the independent and dependent variable through the intervening variable. Data was collected using a survey method with data collection tools in questionnaires distributed to administrative employees at private universities in Surabaya as many as 104 respondents. After the data is collected, then it is processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the relationship between the factor of person-organization fit and employee outcomes (EO) which in this study is proxied by organizational commitment (organizational commitment), the integrative conclusion of this study is that person organization fit (PO fit) can affect employees outcome either directly or through job satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

Social organization is an association, namely a group of people who have the same goals, interests, hobbies, and interests and form a permanent organization. This training is intended for the management of the Nekafmese organization, which is a community of immigrants from NTT. The benefits that can be taken from this training are: the management knows the basics of good organiza-tional management, the management knows how to prepare organi-zational equipment such as vision, mission, goals, activity plans, and SOP. The training method used is Asset-Based Community Devel-opment (ABCD), because it is considered the right approach to the problems encountered in the Nekaf Mese Organization. The results of the training show that based on the feedback, responses, and partici-pation of all leaders and members of the Nekaf Mese Surabaya organ-ization, it can be concluded that the participants are satisfied with the training activities and require regular and sustainable training from the Community Service Team

Abstract

Catholic youth (mudika) as a part of the nation's components have a very strategic role and their role is eagerly awaited to help build the Indonesian nation. During their journey, they are faced with two difficult choices according to their point of view, which are actually not things that must selected one, but can work on an ongoing basis. These options are; choose to focus on school / college only and choose to focus on school / college and also be active in the organization. In response to this, mudika requires enlightenment from other, more experienced parties (parents, teachers, lecturers or seniors) who have been involved in organizations or company.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to help the BIINMAFO organization grow well in East Java. The form of service is in the form of training, assistance for BIINMAFO administrators in East Java. The activity was carried out for two consecutive days involving 15 core BIINMAFO administrators. The topics of the study presented were Organizational Philosophy, Organizational Governance, and Identification of Organizational Problems to find alternative solutions that were useful for the advancement of BIINMAFO. The result of this activity is that BIINMAFO's core management is able to map problems, grow awareness of the organization's philosophy, and how to design good governance for BIINMAFO. Of course, it is not easy to realize good organizational governance. A follow-up program is needed as an effort to create a good BIINMAFO organization in East Java.

Abstract

Masalah pemutusan hubungan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan tekstil dan produk tekstil di Indonesia sedang menjadi topik diskusi pada beberapa bulan terakhir. Permasalahan tersebut menarik perhatian para pemerhati untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan membuat estimasi tentang prospek kondisi industri tekstil pada masa depan. Kinerja keuangan perusahaan menjadi salah satu aspek penting yang patut dievaluasi untuk dijadikan pertimbangan dalam rangka pembuatan strategi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini, 1) untuk mengetahui kemampuan rasio-rasio cash flow dalam membedakan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang sehat dan tidak sehat; 2) untuk menidentifikasi variabel predictor yang memberikan kontribusi paling besar bagi perbedaan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang sehat dan tidak sehat. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 40 perusahaan dimana 20 perusahaan terindikasi mengalami kesulitan keuangan dan 20 perusahaan dinilai dalam kondisi sehat. Data dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan perusahaan selama tiga tahun yakni tahun 2017 sampai 2019. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis diskriminan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) rasio-rasio aliran kas mampu menjelaskan perbedaan kinerja antara perusahaan yang sehat dan tidak sehat; 2) variabel cash flow to adequacy ratio merupakan variabel predictor yang memberikan kontribusi paling tinggi bagi perbedaan antara perusahaan yang sehat dan tidak sehat.

Abstract

Pelatihan Gaya Komunikasi Pimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan bertujuan dapat menambah pengetahuan, kemampuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman para karyawan ataupun para anggota yang ada lembaga Mandiri misalnya dalam bagian administrasi karyawan bagin administrasi lebih semangat dalam bekerja disebabkan pengetahuan bertambah seihingga kendala yang dihadapi karyawan lebih sedikit. Metode yang diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan program ini adalah edukasi komunikas [public speaking] supaya penyampain dapat maksimal maka proker ini bersifat luring dan menjadi sumber belajar yang dapat di terima secara luas oleh para leader yang ada dilembaga mitra serta kalangan masyarakt umum. Abstract

UKM Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian negara, terhitung 99% dari semua bisnis dan mempekerjakan lebih dari 97% tenaga kerja. Namun, UKM seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakses layanan keuangan, yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan yang dihadapi UKM Indonesia dalam mengakses layanan keuangan di Kota Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terfokus dengan 20 pemilik UKM. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi UKM, antara lain terbatasnya literasi dan pengetahuan keuangan, terbatasnya akses ke layanan keuangan formal, tingginya biaya layanan keuangan, dan terbatasnya ketersediaan produk keuangan yang sesuai. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, studi ini mengusulkan beberapa solusi potensial, termasuk program pendidikan dan literasi keuangan, pengurangan persyaratan agunan, pengenalan layanan keuangan alternatif, peningkatan ketersediaan produk keuangan, dan dukungan pemerintah. Solusi-solusi ini dapat membantu UKM Indonesia di Kota Sukabumi mengakses layanan keuangan yang mereka butuhkan untuk tumbuh dan mengembangkan bisnis mereka, berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi negara secara keseluruhan.
