Abstract

Di Era saat ini kesadaran hukum menjadi perhatian penting bagi masyarakat. Setiap warga Negara memiliki hak dalam keadilan hukum. Melihat situasi dan kondisi saat ini banyak kejahatan yang timbul di dunia nyata maupun dunia maya, dan masih banyak anggota Masyarakat yang belum memahami terkait hukum tindak pidana, oleh karena itu perlu sosialisasi berkelanjutan terkait Undang-Undang nomor 16 Tahun 2011 tentang Bantuan Hukum mengenai perlindungan keamanan dalam hal terjadi musibah yang menimpa masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah Memberikan solusi berdasarkan kajian akademik atas kebutuhan, tantangan, atau persoalan yang dihadapi masyarakat, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan seminar penyuluhan dan diskusi kemudian diakhiri dengan tanya jawab. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat akan kesadaran hukum pidana, menekan angka kriminalitas dan memahami peraturan perundang undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Sehingga dalam penuntutan dan putusan pengadilan, masyarakat mengetahui tentang tahapan-tahapan dalam proses penyelesian perkara pidana yang dilalui seorang tersangka atau terdakwa.

Abstract

Project Based Learning (PBL) is a student-oriented learning approach based on activities or projects. This study aims to describe the PBL learning model for students in vocational education courses for children with intellectual disabilities. This research focuses on vocational learning for students with modality-based intellectual disabilities; syntax implementation in the PBL model and lesson plans. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that through PBL learning there was an increase in student competence in the following aspects: 1) Understanding of the concept of the PBL learning model; 2) the ability to analyze Competencies, especially the mapping of competency units from the Special Competency Standards for Persons with Disabilities in accordance with aspects of knowledge and skills in Competencies; 3) competency in compiling task analysis; 4) competence in understanding the modalities of students with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, the PBL learning model strategy needs to be continuously implemented to form good competence for students as prospective special education teachers.

Abstract

 Autism occurs due to neurological impairments that occur during early development and have a direct impact on communication patterns and social interaction, as well as affecting vocabulary deficits. The use of picture cards as a solution for children with autism spectrum disorders in pronouncing vocabulary. This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of picture cards in contributing to the improvement of the ability of students with autism spectrum disorders in pronouncing new vocabulary. The method used in this study was an experiment with a Single Subject Research (SSR) approach through an A-B-A design. The research subject was a student who was the focus of the intervention. The research was conducted on one subject, namely a student with autism spectrum disorders in grade I at SDLB Bintang Harapan. The results of data analysis related to the aspect of pronouncing new vocabulary in children with autism spectrum disorders At the initial stage (baseline-1), four measurements were taken with a stable average of 43.33%, showing a small (+) increase and a level change of 6.66%. The next stage, namely intervention (B), showed consistent data after eight sessions, with a mean of 71.66%, an upward trend, and a level change of +26%. Furthermore, baseline-2 showed further improvement with an average of 74.99%, as well as an upward trend and level increase of +13.40. The conclusion of the study can be said to have been successful because the application of picture cards was able to improve the ability of children with autism spectrum disorders to pronounce new vocabulary.

Abstract

Supervisi akademik bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam pengembangan kompetensi, mendorong guru dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran, serta memberikan bantuan kepada guru untuk memecahkan masalah yang dialami. Tujuan penelitian untuk peningkatan kompetensi dan Profesionalisme Guru diantaranya dengan mengimplementasikan Supervisi Akademik di Sekolah Dasar baik negeri maupun swasta di kabupaten Bandung. Karena pada saat ini masih banyak sekolah yang belum maksimal dalam kegiatan supervisi oleh Kepala Sekolahnya sehingga dibentuk dan disarankan lagi untuk memperbaiki metode supervisinya, agar dapat mencapai hasil dari tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme guru. Tahapan dalam penulisan artikel ini meliputi studi literatur, observasilapngan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga implementasi supervisi akademik tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, ketiga tahapan supervisi akademik tersebut harus dilaksanakan dengan semestinya dengan konsep dasar pengawasan. Sehingga upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui Supervisi akademik dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran supervisi akademik

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas intelektual secara kodrat memiliki hambatan dalam berfikir abstrak/kritis/kreatif dan keterampilan menyesuaikan diri dengan masalah-masalah dan situasi kehidupan baru dalam lingkungannya. Namun pada penyandang disabilitas intelektual ringan, terdapat kemampuan yang dapat dididik menjadi tenaga kerja semi-skilled dengan sedikit pengawasan.  Potensi inilah yang memungkinkan penyandang disabilitas intelektual dapat bekerja pada bidang formal sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memperoleh gambaran perlakuan perlindungan  hak sosial kewarganegaraan penyandang disabilitas intelektual dalam lapangan kerja, baik secara legal maupun empiris, masalah yang dihadapinya dan solusi atas masalah untuk mengembangkan optimalisasi perlindungan hak sosial kewarganegaraan yang selayaknya dimiliki penyandang disabilitas  intelektual.  Protection of Citizenship Social Rights for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities in Employment. The intellectual disability person naturally has obstacles in thinking abstract/critical/creative and skill adjusting with problems and situations in its new environment. But mild intellectual disability person can be educated into a semi-skilled workforce with few monitoring. This potential that allows the intellectual disability person can work in a formal field according to its ability. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the study was aimed at obtaining an overview of the citizenship social rights protection treatment over the intellectual disability person in the workfield both legally and empirically. It also identified the problem faced and solution to develop the optimisation of citizenship social rights protection that way better belong to the intellectual disability person

Abstract

The development of basic skills in children with moderate intellectual disabilities in special schools is often hindered by insufficient targeted therapeutic interventions to enhance their fine motor abilities. Play dough therapy is recognized as a valuable tool for training hand and finger movements, yet limited research has demonstrated its effectiveness specifically for children with moderate intellectual disabilities in special elementary schools (SDLB). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of play therapy using play dough media in improving fine motor skills among children with moderate intellectual disabilities in grade 1 SDLB at SLB Negeri Pahlawan Indramayu. The research employed a quantitative approach utilizing a single-subject experimental design (Single Subject Research) with an A-B-A model. The participant was a 7-year-old girl diagnosed with moderate intellectual disability. Data collection methods included systematic observation and fine motor skills performance assessments. The intervention consisted of eight structured sessions focusing on manipulative activities using play dough, including squeezing, pinching, rolling, and shaping exercises. Analysis revealed significant improvement in fine motor skills, with performance increasing from an initial baseline average of 54% to 94% in the final baseline phase, representing a 40% improvement. These findings demonstrate that play therapy with play dough constitutes an effective intervention for enhancing fine motor skills in children with moderate intellectual disabilities. The therapy also positively impacted the child's concentration levels, independence, and perseverance during learning activities. Additionally, the structured play approach facilitated better engagement and motivation throughout the therapeutic process. Therefore, play dough therapy is recommended as an alternative educational strategy in special schools for children with special needs, particularly those requiring fine motor skill development interventions.
