Abstract

Abstract One of the regional revenues which are given the first priority in the Province of Yogyakarta Special Region is from the tourism sector. The diversity of the tourism potential and tourism development show encouraging achievements within the last 5 years. This study is the first step to see the conditions and problems associated with public transportation services for tourism. This study shows that the permanent public transportation for tourism is potential to be implemented to attract more tourists to come. In addition, this transport can also reduce congestion, reduce the potential for accidents, save travel costs, save energy, and reduce pollution. Keywords: tourism, tourism potential, tourism transport, tourist cost   Abstrak Salah satu penerimaan daerah yang mendapat prioritas utama Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta adalah penerimaan dari sektor pariwisata. Beragamnya potensi pariwisata dan perkembangan pariwisata menunjukan capaian yang menggembirakan dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini merupakan langkah awal untuk melihat kondisi dan permasalahan yang terkait dengan angkutan pariwisata. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa angkutan khusus pariwisata secara tetap berpotensi untuk diterapkan dalam mendukung peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan. Selain itu angkutan ini juga dapat mengurangi kemacetan, mengurangi potensi kecelakaan, menghemat biaya wisata, penghematan energi, dan mengurangi polusi. Kata-kata kunci: pariwisata, potensi pariwisata, angkutan pariwisata, biaya wisata

Abstract

Abstract : Taxi’s purpose  is to safety economic, comfort, swift, bring, but it is need a important factor. Such as condition of the taxi, especially their services which its important factors that user wants. One of the service task is cost, then it need controlling and accounting objective operational cost and accurate then it can use to take some decision.The purpose of this research is to analyze occupancy of the taxi’s user and yearly vehicle operating cost (VOC) for taxi. The method of the research is with in direct observation on taxi’s company and interview the owner. The vehicle operating cost (VOC) calculation using basic cost from Directorate General Of Land Transportation 2002.The result of this research is with data’s from seven taxi companys, taxi’s occupancy is 33%. According Directorate General Of Land Transportation SK.1905/KP.801/DRJD/2010 that taxi’s occupancy in DIY is less than enough, of then it services in the city need improvements. One of way to improve is using some application on such as G-maps, Ruby on Rails that combine with Android software. Average net income from seven taxi’s company by calculation is ± 80.000.000,- it’s mean that taxi’s sector is affordable to do.

Abstract

For reduce urban congestion by reasing the use of urban public transport so that the use of private transport is reduced. The studied urban public transport services without pay as an alternative solution to avoid congestion in urban areas . Studies conducted by the Focus Group Discussion of various urban transport stakeholders. The results showed that brainstorming operational funding of urban public transport as an alternative source of financing depends on the policy of the government. The government should give priority to the use of public transport than private transport. A variety of alternative sources of income can be taken from vehicle tax, road pricing , utilization and vehicle stops to billboards and so forth. The final choice is the presence of government subsidies. If not allow the application of transport without pay made ​​efforts to provide discounts for certain groups at certain times.

Abstract

The size of the quality urban transport services can be divided into two major categories, quantitative measures and qualitative measures. Quantitative aspects of the measures is that the service can be assessed with a number and size of the qualitative measures is an assessment of the difficult aspects of the service can not even expressed in a value size figures. In this paper discussed a way to specify a standard rating scale quantitative research from a desire urban passenger transport in Yogyakarta in terms of walking with a questionnaire based on the values of the existing benchmark values that already exist. Results scale assessment as benchmarks of walking distance for urban passenger transport in Yogyakarta with the level of service A (< 225 meters), the level of service B ( 225-325 meters ), the level of service C ( 325-475 meters ) and the level of service D (>475meters). Results quantitative performance value scale urban transportation, can be made as a benchmark for assessing a condition urban transport areas in other cities along the scale and conditions of a city that is considered similar.

Abstract

Transportasi tradisional merupakan  transportasi yang diakui oleh pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta yang mulai tersingkirkan keberadaannya akibat dari moderenisasi transportasi dan persaingan tarif. Dalam rangka mempertahankan eksistensi transportasi tradisional maka pemerintah mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta No.5 Tahun 2016 tentang Moda Transportasi Tradisional Becak dan Andong. Namun, Permasalahan tarif  transportasi tradisional adalah permasalah yang belum pernah diatur dalam peraturan Pemerintah tersebut. Belum adanya standardisasi tarif kendaraan tradisional di Kota Yogyakarta menyebabkan terjadinya ketidakpastian tarif. Penumpang ataupun pengemudi berpeluang dirugikan akibat ketidakpastian tarif yang hanya ditentukan lewat proses tawar-menawar. Terutama untuk penumpang ataupun wisatawan yang melihat kendaraan tradisional hanya sebagai alat transportasi daripada sebagai tujuan wisata. Padahal tarif merupakan salah satu tolak ukur dalam pemilihan transportasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tarif standar transportasi tradisonal berdasarkan biaya operasionalnya. Metode analisis Direktur Jendral Perhubungam Darat SK Nomor 687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Umum Penumpang Di Wilayah Perkotaan Dalam Trayek Tetap Dan Teratur.  Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan biaya operasional becak adalah sebesar Rp 4.622,54/becak-km dengan tarif becak adalah sebesar Rp 5.084,79 /km.  Sedangkan hasil  perhitungan biaya operasional andong adalah  sebesar Rp 11.700,91/km dengan  tarif per penumpang adalah sebesar  Rp 12.871,00/km dan  tarif paket wisata adalah sebesar Rp 77.226,01/km. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat dipakai sebagai bahan acuan bagi Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta  untuk menentukan standar tarif kendaraan tradisional.

Abstract

Abstract Yogyakarta International Airport in Temon, Kulon Progo, is projected as a replacement for Yogyakarta Adisu-tjipto International Airport. This new airport requires an intermodal passenger transport, which is a mode of transportation that needs to be prepared to connect the airport with the supporting cities served. In this study, a questionnaire survey involving 1,000 respondents was conducted. The survey was conducted at Adisutjipto Airport to find out the origin and destination of passengers in using the mode of transportation to and from Yogyakarta International Airport. Based on the origin and destination data, a map of the airport service area is made. The proportion of the choice of transportation mode was used as the basis of the potential passenger demand for a route. The route of intermodal transportation is found to be from and goes to 10 points, namely Borobudur, Kebumen, Magelang, Purwokerto, Purworejo, Temanggung, Wates/Sentolo, Wonosari, Wonosobo, and Yog-yakarta. The operational costs of intermodal passenger transport are Rp9,570.53 per kilometer. The average passenger fare per kilometer is Rp1,042.07. The tariff for various routes is more realistic in describing the distance, with an average deviation of Rp38.24 and a range of Rp141.55. Keywords: intermodal passenger transport, airport, tariffs, operational costs  Abstrak Yogyakarta International Airport di Temon, Kulon Progo, diproyeksikan sebagai pengganti Bandar Udara Internasional Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Bandar udara baru ini membutuhkan angkutan pemadu moda, yaitu suatu moda transportasi yang perlu dipersiapkan untuk menghubungkan bandar udara tersebut dengan kota-kota pendukung yang dilayani. Pada kajian ini dilakukan survei kuesioner yang melibatkan 1.000 responden. Survei dilakukan di Bandar Udara Adisutjipto untuk mengetahui asal tujuan dan keinginan penumpang dalam meng-gunakan moda transportasi untuk menuju dan dari Yogyakarta International Airport. Berdasarkan data asal dan tujuan dibuat peta daerah pelayanan bandar udara. Proporsi kemauan pemilihan moda transportasi menjadi dasar demand potensi penumpang untuk rute trayek. Rute trayek pemadu moda yang diperoleh berasal dan menuju ke-10 titik, yaitu Borobudur, Kebumen, Magelang, Purwokerto, Purworejo, Temanggung, Wates/Sentolo, Wono-sari, Wonosobo, dan Yogyakarta. Biaya Operasional Pemadu Moda adalah sebesar Rp9.570,53 per kilometer. Rata-rata tarif penumpang per kilometer adalah Rp1.042,07. Besaran tarif untuk berbagai rute trayek lebih realistis dalam menggambarkan jarak tempuhnya, dengan simpangan rata-rata Rp38,24 dan rentang sebesar Rp141,55. Kata-kata kunci: angkutan pemadu moda, bandar udara, tarif, biaya operasional

Abstract

Abstract One of the causes of traffic congestion in the Babarsari area is the existence of Atma Jaya University in Yogyakarta. To reduce congestion, a feasibility study was conducted to provide campus buses. Quantitative analysis method is done by collecting primary and secondary data. Then the data is analyzed for the track plan, fleet number, vehicle operating costs, and campus bus operational schedules. From the results of the analysis, 3 bus service routes are planned for the Atma Jaya Yogyakarta campus, located on Jalan Babarsari. The campus bus is planned to use vehicles with a capacity of 30 passengers, operates between 06:00 to 18:00, circulation time for each route is 51 minutes, 47 minutes, and 50 minutes, with each route having a headway of 15 minutes and the number of vehicles are 11 units. The calculation results show that the Vehicle Operating Costs are Rp14,020.62/Bus-km. The annual fee for students is Rp343,625.71 and is planned to be part of fixed school fees or in collaboration with banking Corporate Social Responsibility. Keywords: campus bus, vehicle operating costs, time of circulation, traffic congestion  Abstrak Salah satu penyebab kemacetan lalu lintas di kawasan Babarsari adalah keberadaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Untuk mengurangi kemacetan, dilakukan studi kelayakan untuk menyelenggarakan bus kampus. Metode analisis secara kuantitatif dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya data dianalisis untuk rencana jalur, jumlah armada, biaya operasional kendaraan, dan jadwal operasional bus kampus. Dari hasil analisis, direncanakan 3 rute layanan bus menuju kampus Atma Jaya Yogyakarta yang terletak di Jalan Babarsari. Penyelenggaraan bus kampus ini direncanakan menggunakan kendaraan dengan kapasitas 30 penumpang, beroperasi antara pukul 06.00 hingga pukul 18.00, waktu sirkulasi untuk setiap rute berturut-turut adalah 51 menit, 47 menit, dan 50 menit, dengan setiap rute memiliki headway sebesar 15 menit, dan jumlah kendaraan adalah 11 unit. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa Biaya Operasional Kendaraan adalah Rp14.020,62/Bus-km. Biaya tahunan untuk mahasiswa adalah Rp343.625,71 dan direncanakan menjadi bagian dari biaya sekolah tetap atau bekerja sama dengan Corporate Social Responsibility perbankan. Kata-kata kunci: bus kampus, biaya operasional kendaraan, waktu sirkulasi, kemacetan lalu lintas

Abstract

Abstract The Kaliurang-Merapi tourist area is a tourist area in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province with the highest number of tourist visits. This area has not been served by public transportation, so it is necessary to plan public transportation routes to the Kaliurang-Merapi tourist area. In this study, the planning of public transport routes to serve the Kaliurang-Merapi Tourism Area is carried out. The analysis is performed using quantitative methods on the number of transportation needs, vehicle operating costs, and passenger fares. There are 3 planned routes, namely Route 1 with a length of 14 km, Route 2 with a length of 20.3 km, and Route 3 with a length of 23.6 km. This study proposes a tariff per passenger per trip of IDR 7,000-IDR 10,000 for Route 1, IDR 7,000-IDR 15,000 for Route 2, and IDR 8,000-19000 for Route 3. Abstrak Kawasan wisata Kaliurang-Merapi adalah suatu kawasan wisata di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan terbanyak. Kawasan ini belum dilayani oleh angkutan umum, sehingga diperlukan perencanaan trayek angkutan umum menuju kawasan wisata Kaliurang-Merapi ini. Pada studi ini dilakukan perencanaan trayek angkutan umum untuk melayani Kawasan Wisata Kaliurang-Merapi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif terhadap kebutuhan jumlah angkutan, biaya operasional kendaraan, dan tarif penumpang. Terdapat 3 trayek yang direncanakan, yaitu Trayek 1 sepanjang 14 km, Tra-yek 2 sepanjang 20,3 km, dan Trayek 3 sepanjang 23,6 km. Studi ini mengusulkan Tarif per penumpang per trip sebesar Rp7.000-Rp10.000 untuk Trayek 1, Rp7.000-Rp15.000 untuk Trayek 2, dan Rp8.000-Rp19.000 untuk Trayek 3. Abstract

The distance of Yogyakarta International Airport airport to Yogyakarta city ranges from 45 km. The train is one of the connectivity options towards the center of Yogyakarta's activities. In determining the transportation rates of people by train, it is necessary to consider the ability and willingness of train service users to pay a sum of money for the services provided. Because the value of Ability To Pay (ATP) and Willingness To Pay (WTP) affects the level of interest of service users. Questionnaire and interview methods were conducted to 130 respondents who were air transport users at Adisutjipto International Airport as a passenger approach at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study aims to determine the value of Ability To Pay (ATP) and Willingness To Pay (WTP) users of Railway services Yogyakarta - Yogyakarta International Airport. The results of the analysis show that the Ability To Pay (ATP) to Adisoetjipto airport is Rp. 3,838.33 per kilometer and is greater than the Willingness To Pay (WTP) for Yogyakarta train services to and from Yogyakarta International Airport Rp. 709 40 per kilometer. Ticket prices are set based on the average price per kilometer of an airport that has a train service amounting to a minimum of Rp 96,644.59.
