Abstract

Abstract. Software project will always have risks such as technical failure, increasing cost of the project, and overrun schedules. The risks that are not well managed will then transfom as a constraint on a software project and will affect the success rate of the software project. PT.Cerise Yogyakarta has not applied software project risk management that it still experienced constraints of technical failure and schedule overruns. The implementation on Kotabagus project in PT.Cerise Yogyakarta used Just In Time approach to determine the value of technical, cost, and schedule. Risk asessement analysis employs The Software Engineering Risk Model (SERIM) to measure the success, and make recommendations for risk reduction. Risk factors affect 50% constraints on the risk elements of technical, 48% constraints on risk elements of cost, and 48% constraints on risk elements of schedule. The software project success value is 0.51, then the risk is still going by 49%.Keywords: software project, risk management, just in time, SERIM        Abstrak.Proyek perangkat lunak selalu mempunyai risiko, seperti risiko yang menyebabkan kendala kegagalan teknis, biaya yang bertambah banyak, dan waktu pengerjaan yang semakin lama. Risiko yang tidak dikelola maka akan menjadi kendala pada proyek perangkat lunak dan mempengaruhi keberhasilan dari proyek. PT.Cerise Yogyakarta saat ini belum menerapkan manajemen risiko sehingga kendala ketidaksesuaian teknis dan bertambahnya waktu pengerjaan pada proyek sebelumnya masih terjadi. Penerapan manajemen risiko pada proyek Kotabagus yang dikerjakan PT.Cerise menggunakan pendekatan Just In Time untuk mengetahui nilai elemen risiko technical, cost, dan schedule. Analisis penilaian risiko menggunakan The Software Engineering Risk Model (SERIM) untuk mengukur nilai keberhasilan proyek Kotabagus, dan menyusun rekomendasi untuk pengurangan risiko. Faktor-faktor risiko mempengaruhi 50% kendala pada elemen technical, 48% kendala pada elemen cost, dan 48% kendala pada elemen schedule. Nilai risiko keberhasilan proyek Kotabagus di PT.Cerise adalah 0,51, berarti risiko masih terjadi sebesar 49% pada proyek.Kata Kunci: proyek perangkat lunak, manajemen risko, just in time, SERIM

Abstract

The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Digital Era for Gen Z at SMKN 1 Cerme Gresik aims to improve students' understanding and skills about AI technology. The study involved grade XII students and teachers, and was conducted through workshops that covered the basics of AI and its applications in daily life. The methods used included distributing questionnaires to measure students' understanding before and after the activity. Results showed significant improvement in students' understanding of AI concepts and applications, as well as higher motivation to use the technology in learning and creative projects. Despite challenges such as limited access to technology, students showed commitment to continue learning. The utilization of AI at SMKN 1 Cerme Gresik not only provides benefits in an educational context, but also prepares students to face challenges in an increasingly technology-dependent workforce.

Abstract

This community service program was implemented to strengthen the digital literacy and competencies of health cadres in Simogirang Village, Prambon Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency, particularly in the recording and management of Posyandu (integrated health service post) data. The initiative responded to ongoing issues stemming from manual documentation methods, which were prone to human error, inefficiency, and lack of integration with regional health information systems. To address these challenges, the program delivered an IT-based training module using a combination of direct instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on simulations. The training emphasized the use of accessible and cost-effective tools such as Google Forms and Google Sheets, designed in alignment with the principles of adult learning (andragogy) and Kurt Lewin’s change management model to facilitate behavioral adaptation and technology acceptance among the participants. A total of 25 health cadres participated in the program. Pre- and post-training evaluations demonstrated significant improvement in digital skills, with 80% of participants achieving a minimum of 85% accuracy in completing digital forms and managing records. In addition, a prototype digital system based on Google Workspace was successfully piloted in two Posyandu locations. This system enhanced the timeliness, accuracy, and integration of health data reporting to local health centers (Puskesmas), offering a scalable and sustainable solution for grassroots healthcare data management. Despite the positive outcomes, the program also identified key challenges, notably limited internet infrastructure and varying levels of prior digital exposure among cadres. These findings underscore the need for continuous mentoring, support from local government stakeholders, and potential investment in digital infrastructure. Overall, the initiative contributes to Indonesia’s broader goals of digital transformation in public health, particularly at the village level.

Abstract

This community service initiative was designed to improve the digital competence of the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) group in Simogirang Village, Prambon Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency, with a focus on utilizing social media and internet-based tools to optimize the branding of local UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) products. The program adopted an andragogical approach that emphasizes adult learning, integrating methods such as direct instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and guided simulations. Key digital platforms including Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Docs, and Google Drive were introduced and practiced during the sessions. A total of 40 participants took part in the training. Evaluation results indicated that 85% of the participants successfully mastered the digital branding techniques, achieving over 85% accuracy in practical exercises. This achievement was evidenced by the creation of functioning business accounts, digital catalogs, and various forms of promotional content tailored to their UMKM products. The implementation of these digital tools led to a noticeable increase in consumer engagement and demand for village products, particularly cassava chips and handmade crafts, signifying a positive impact on local economic activities. To ensure long-term benefits and continuous improvement, a dedicated WhatsApp group was established as a support forum for participants to share experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance post-training. Despite its success, the initiative faced challenges related to unstable internet infrastructure in certain areas of the village, highlighting the need for improved digital access. In conclusion, this initiative not only enhanced the digital literacy of rural women but also contributed to their economic empowerment, aligning with broader efforts to promote smart village development and digital transformation in rural Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of features and ease of use on user satisfaction of the Si Rekap KPU Application used in supporting the vote counting and recapitulation process in the 2024 Election. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an experimental design. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 75 KPPS officers from the East Java region who had carried out the vote counting and recapitulation process in the 2024 Election using the Si Rekap KPU Application. The questionnaire was used to obtain data on perceived ease of use, usefulness, and acceptance of application information technology. The results showed that the ease of use and usefulness of application features had a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, with a contribution of 70% and 73%, respectively. Acceptance of application information technology by users also has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction with a contribution of 75%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that feature improvements, ease of use, and building user acceptance are needed to increase user satisfaction with the Si Rekap KPU Application in supporting the election process. Application improvements based on evaluation results are expected to optimize its performance.

Abstract

The development of wearable technology, especially smartwatches, opens up great opportunities in preventive health monitoring, especially in rural areas such as Sembung Village, Wringinanom, Gresik, where access to health services is limited. However, this technology is still alien to the local community. Preliminary surveys show that the majority of citizens, including health cadres, have never used or even seen a smartwatch in person, and view it as a luxury and irrelevant item. In fact, the potential of smartwatches as “digital health assistants” is huge from tracking heart rate, blood oxygen levels (SpO₂), stress levels, to physical activity reminders that are essential for early detection of health disorders. This service activity aims to improve digital literacy and adoption of smartwatch technology through a participatory educational approach and direct assistance. Implementation methods include: (1) coordination with the village government and health workers, (2) Interactive socialization using local languages, (3) step-by-step practical training, (4) simulation of application in the field, and (5) pre-test and post-test evaluation of 27 participants (25 health cadres, 1 midwife, 1 nurse). The results showed significant improvements: function understanding from the original value of 1.8 increased to 4.2, consumption interest from the original value of 2.1 increased to 4.0, benefit perception from the original value of 1.9 increased to 4.3, self confidence from the original value of 1.5 increased to 3.8, and digital literacy awareness from the original value of 2.0 increased to 4.1. The hands-on approach proved effective in changing participants ' mindset from skeptical to enthusiastic, proving that the digital divide is not due to incompetence, but the lack of access to contextual education. The implication is that smartwatch has the potential to become a strategic tool for village health cadres in early detection and real-time data-based health education, provided that it is supported by sustainable mentoring.
