Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan dan mendeskripsikan tindak tutur ekspresif dalam acara Republik Sentilan Sentilun yang berupa (1) tindak tutur ekspresif meminta maaf; (2) tindak tutur ekspresif humor; (3) tindak tutur ekspresif memuji; (4) tindak tutur ekspresif basa-basi; (5) tindak tutur ekspresif berterima kasih; (6) tindak tutur ekspresif mengeluh; dan  (7) tindak tutur ekspresif pernyataan perasaan (senang, sedih, marah, dan benci). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa tuturan-tuturan humor politik dalam acara Republik Sentilan Sentilun yang mengandung tindak tutur ekspresif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik rekam dan catat kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tuturan ekspresif yang terdapat dalam humor politik Republik Sentilan Sentilun terdiri dari 1) tuturan ekspresif ucapan meminta maaf; 2) tuturan ekspresif ungkapan mengeluh; 3) tuturan ekspresif ucapan terima kasih; 4) tuturan ekspresif berhumor; 5) tuturan ekspresih pernyataan marah; 6) tuturan ekspresif ucapan memuji; dan 7) tuturan ekspresif ungkapan benci.Kata Kunci: humor, politik, tindak tutur, ekspresifAbstractThis study aimed at finding and describing expressive speech act in Republik Sentilan Sentilun of 1) a speech act expressive of apologized; 2) a speech act expressive of humor; 3) a speech act expressive of praise; 4) a speech act expressive of pleasantry; 5) a speech act expressive of grateful; 6) a speech act expressive of complaining; and 7) a speech act expressive of statement feelings (happy, sad, angry, and dislike). This research used a qualitative approach through the method of analysis the contents. Data in this research from speech act of political humor in the Republik Sentilan Sentilun that containing a expressive speech act. Data was collected a record and note then analyzed with a model interactive. The research result show in political humor of Republik Sentilan Sentilun of 1) a speech act expressive of apologized; 2) a speech act expressive of complaining; 3) a speech act expressive of grateful; 4) a speech act expressive of humor; 5) a speech act expressive of statement angry; 6) a speech act expressive of praise; and 7) a speech act expressive of statement dislike.Keywords: humor, politic, speech act, expressive

Abstract

Data menunjukan bahwa penduduk Sulawesi Tenggara menggunakan sarana jamban jenis leher angsa sebesar 49%. Kemudian sebanyak 69% penduduk telah memiliki dan menggunakan sarana jamban namun belummemenuhi syarat. Desa Tanjung Pinang Kecamatan Kusambi Kabupaten Muna Barat adalah desa yang mayoritasmasyarakatnya Suku Bajo yang merupakan masyarakat dengan karakteristik pesisir, yang masih membuang tinjaditempat terbuka. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui Perilaku Sanitasi Lingkungan pada Penggunaan JambanMasyarakat Suku Bajo. Metode Penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan peneliatian cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Pinang yang berjumlah318 Kepala Keluarga dengan sampel sebanyak 177 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubunganpengetahuan terhadap penggunaan jamban (nilai p value = 0,294), tidak ada hubungan peran petugaskesehatan terhadap penggunaan jamban (nilai p value = 0,893), tidak ada hubungan penghasilan terhadappenggunaan jamban (nilai p value = 0, 486), ada hubungan kepemilikan jamban terhadap penggunaan jamban(nilai p value = 0,006). Kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan, peranpetugas kesehatan dan penghasilan terhadap penggunaan jamban, kemudian ada hubungan variabelkepemilikan jamban terhadap penggunaan jamban. Diharapkan kepada seluruh masyarakat Suku Bajo DesaTanjung Pinang Kecamatan Kusambi agar memperhatikan masalah sanitasi lingkungan, kemudian evaluasiprogram penyuluhan masyarakat pesisir mengenai pemanfaatan jamban sehat. Abstract

Guide reading and Summary Procedure (GRASP) is an innovation classroom procedure for teaching reading strategy, enable students to understand what they are reading and compose summaries of their reading. Type of this research is an experimental research with using quantitative data. It involved two class; they were experimental and control class. This research was conducted of the second year’s student at SMA Negeri 02 Tapung Hilir. The population of this research was conducted the second year’s students by using cluster sampling that consists of 52 person. The data collection technique has done by using questionnaires. The result of this research, it was found that the mean of the student’s pre-test score that consists of 55.23, while the mean of the students’ post-test score that consists of 76.15. So, there was increase point about 20.92 % from pre-test to post-test. And the other side t_obs was 3.31 and t_table was on the level of significant 1% with degree of freedom (df) = 50 was 2,66 and on the level significant 5% with degree of freedom (df) = 50 was 2,00. It means that by using Guide Reading and Summary Procedure (GRAPS) strategy gave positive improvement to the students’ reading comprehension.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of good and effective classroom management, problems that often arise and how to overcome them. Data collection techniques through books, journals, articles and magazines as well as internet sources related to Classroom Management. Data analysis used the analysis technique proposed by Miles and Huberman with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion (verification). From the results of the study it can be concluded that From the results of the research it can be concluded that good classroom management can be realized if it is supported by adequate soft skills, namely the personal and interpersonal behavior of an educator who can develop and maximize performance, such as team building, decision making, initiative and communication . Besides that, it is important to build human resources (teacher performance) so that they always develop themselves, have sensitivity in every class problem they face.

Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technology, higher education institutions worldwide face challenges in integrating technology into the educational process. However, private universities in Kendari still encounter various barriers in optimally utilizing digital technology. This study identifies the knowledge gap regarding the application of digital technology in higher education, particularly at private universities in Kendari, which are constrained by inadequate infrastructure and limited digital skills among faculty and students. This research used a descriptive qualitative research design, with in-depth interviews conducted with five informants who are experts in education and technology. The findings show that, despite significant challenges, digital technology offers great opportunities to expand access and improve the quality of education, especially through e-learning platforms and online learning. The implications of this study provide practical insights for private university managers to develop more effective technology strategies to enhance educational quality and the utilization of technology in the future.

Abstract

Guide Reading and Summary Procedure (GRASP) adalah sebuah inovasi prosedur kelas untuk belajar membaca strategi, mengaktifkan siswa untuk memahami apa yang mereka membaca dan menulis ringkasan dari bacaan mereka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua class; kelas percobaan dan kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas 2di SMA Negeri 02 Tapung Hilir. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II dengan menggunakan cluster sampling yang terdiri dari 52 orang. Pengumpulan data yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. ditemukan bahwa rata-rata skor pre-test siswa yang terdiri dari 55,23, sedangkan rata-rata skor post-test siswa yang terdiri dari 76,15. Jadi, ada kenaikan titik sekitar 20,92% dari pre-test sampai post-test. Dan sisi lain t-observation adalah 3,31 dan t_tabel berada pada tingkat signifikan 1% dengan derajat kebebasan (df) = 50 adalah 2,66 dan pada tingkat signifikan 5% dengan degree of freedom (df) = 50 adalah 2,00 . Artinya dengan menggunakan strategi Guide Reading and Summary Procedure (GRAPS) memberikan dampak positif pada pemahaman bacaan siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving rewards and the influence of rewards on students' learning interests at Al Mutakinah Private Elementary School, Imamah, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The qualitative approach was chosen because it aims to deeply understand the interests and learning outcomes of grade III students at Al Mutakinah Private Elementary School, Imamah, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This approach also allows researchers to obtain richer and more detailed information through interviews, observations, and documentation that describe social reality naturally. This descriptive study focuses on describing students' conditions and how they affect their learning interests. Based on the results of the study on the effect of giving rewards on students' learning interests at Al Mutakinah Private Elementary School, Imamah, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, the following conclusions can be drawn: Planned and Varied Rewards, Rewards given by the school, such as certificates, medals, praise, and the opportunity to choose activities, have a positive influence on students' learning interests. This reward is one way to appreciate students' achievements and behavior, thus encouraging them to be more active in learning activities. Clear Reward Criteria Reward criteria that include academic achievement, positive attitudes, and student involvement in class activities, help students understand what the school expects. With these criteria, students are motivated to show their best efforts. The Right Time to Give Rewards Rewards that are given immediately after students reach their targets provide effective positive reinforcement. This increases students' learning motivation, because they feel that their efforts are directly appreciated. The Effect of Rewards on Learning Interests Giving rewards has been shown to increase students' learning interests. Students who receive rewards show higher enthusiasm in participating in learning activities, and strive to achieve better achievements in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of teachers as motivators in enhancing students' learning interest at SD Negeri 012 Minas Barat. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research provides an in-depth examination of student motivation within the educational context. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, as well as observations and related documentation. The findings reveal that the role of teachers as motivators is crucial in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. Factors such as positive encouragement, fostering learning interest, modeling behavior, providing a conducive learning environment, and constructive feedback are found to significantly influence student motivation. The study also identifies several challenges faced by teachers, such as a lack of teaching skills and understanding of student motivation. Efforts to enhance teacher competencies, develop students' skills, and strengthen communication and support among teachers, students, and parents are proposed as solutions to address these challenges. This research offers valuable insights for educators and education stakeholders on effective strategies to boost students' learning interest through the motivational role of teachers.
