Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 telah melanda sebagian besar dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Diperlukan berbagai macam pencegahan dan juga adaptasi kebiasaan bersih bagi seluruh warga Indonesia agar tidak terjangkit penyakit tersebut. Banyak warga di wilayah pedesaan yang belum mengetahui tata cara pencegahan Covid-19 beserta kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang harus dilakukan. Buku saku adalah salah satu sarana praktis yang dapat digunakan untuk sosialisasi pencegahan dan kebiasaan baru bagi warga. Buku ini didistribusikan lewat media sosial maupun media komunikasi lainnya untuk menghindari kontak fisik. Hasilnya, penerima buku saku yaitu para pemangku kepentingan di RW 04 Kelurahan Candirejo Ungaran Barat, Kabupaten Semarang lebih mudah pula mendistribusikan kepada para warganya. Pemahaman pencegahan Covid-19 pun dapat lebih merata.Kata kunci: Covid-19, buku saku, pencegahan, adaptasi.ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic has hit most of the world, including Indonesia. Various types of prevention and adaptation of clean habits are needed for all Indonesian citizens to avoid contracting the disease. Many residents in rural areas do not yet know the procedures for preventing Covid-19 along with the habits that must be carried out. A pocket book is one of the practical tools that can be used for prevention socialization and new habits for citizens. This book is distributed through social media and other communication media to avoid physical contact. As a result, the recipients of the pocket books, namely the stakeholders in RW 10, Candirejo, Ungaran Barat, Semarang Regency, are also easier to distribute to their citizens. Understanding of Covid-19 prevention can be more evenly distributed.Keywords: Covid-19, pocket book, prenvention, adaptation.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan naskah untuk webinar dan pelatihan dalam Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bagi Guru-Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang disampaikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom pada hari Sabtu, 28 November 2020. Diskusi naskah meliputi pengertian artikel ilmiah dan jurnal ilmiah beserta jenis-jenisnya, dengan konsentrasi pembahasan pada artikel ilmiah, dan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan untuk menyusun artikel ilmiah di bidang-bidang sosial-budaya. Diskusi juga mencakup pengertian bidang-bidang sosial-budaya, menentukan topik menjadi judul, yang diikuti dengan abstrak dan kata-kata kunci, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menyusun Pendahuluan, Rumusan Masalah, Metode penelitian pustaka dan lapangan, kuantitatif dan kualitatif, Analisis Data hasil penelitian, Simpulan, Daftar Pustaka atau Referensi, dan Lampiran. Abstract This article is a manuscript for webinar and coaching in community service for high school teachersto be presented using Zoom application on Saturday, 28 November 2020. Discussion covers the notion of scholarly article and scholarly journal, types of scholarly articles, which include technique and steps to be carried out in composing a scholarly article in the areas of socioculture. Included in discussion are the notion of sociocultural areas or sciences, working out a topic into working title, designing an  Introduction, Research Questions, Research Methods which include library and field, quantitative and qualitative, Data Analysis, Conclusion, Bibliography or References, and Appendices.

Abstract

Students in language classes are sometimes reluctant to be active. This condition can be a problem for teachers because in learning languages students are supposed to be actively involved and they even enjoy the activities. This paper aims at exploring some teaching and learning strategies and enjoyable activities that teachers may use in their classes so that students in the class are provoked to be involved in and enjoy the activities in their classes. To discuss this matter the writer has collected some references from books and journals on the matter. The discussion will cover teaching methods and strategic activities or techniques that teachers may find them useful to cater for such problems. By considering such methods and startegies it is hoped that the students of language classes will have enjoyable activities in their class and they will have a better achievement in their learning processes. Key words: teaching and learning strategies, enjoyable activities, language classes
