Abstract

The study is to determine the effect of organizational structure, work facilities and workload, either simultaneously or partially on the work effectiveness of BPR Chandra Muktiartha Yogyakarta employees.The sample of this research is all employees of BPR Chandra Muktiartha Yogyakarta, totaling 140 people who were selected by using population sampling technique. The data collected with a questionnaire. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results that (1) the organizational structure has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of BPR Chandra Muktiartha Yogyakarta employees (p = 0.000); (2) Work facilities have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of BPR Chandra Muktiartha Yogyakarta employees (p = 0.035); (3) Workload has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of BPR Chandra Muktiartha Yogyakarta employees (p = 0.003); (4) The organizational structure, work facilities and workload simultaneously affect the work effectiveness of BPR Chandra Muktiartha Yogyakarta employees (p = 0.000).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Manna Kampus (Mirota Kampus) C. Simanjuntak Yogyakarta pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 60 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh karena semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS16.0 for Windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien regresi sebesar sig 0,787 <0,05. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien regresi sebesar sig 0,522 <0,05. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien regresi sebesar sig 1,506 <0,05.  Hasil pengujian secara simultan (uji F) kompensasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan dibuktikan nilai sig 0,000 <0,05. Pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja ditunjukkan dengan nilai Adjusted R Squre sebesar 0,667 sisanya 0,333 dipengaruhi oleh varieabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work discipline and job satisfaction on job performance. This research was conducted at the Serayu River Opak River Basin, Yogyakarta in 2021. This research is a quantitative study with 56 respondents and the sampling technique is simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially work experience has a significant positive effect on work performance with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, work discipline has a significant positive effect on work performance with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work performance with a value sig 0,000 <0.05. The results of the study simultaneously work experience, work discipline, and job satisfaction on job satisfaction with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and F count of 62.708> 2.779 (F table). The effect of work experience, work discipline and job satisfaction on work performance is indicated by the Adjusted R Square value of 77.1%, the remaining 22.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The corona virus (Covid-19) that occurred in Indonesia had a big impact on companies, especially in reducing human resources. This causing the burden of workers to be borne by employees increases, decreases in income and poor communication occurs in the company. This study aims to understand the impact of workload, compensation, and communication on job satisfaction. The company used as place of research is PT. Natural Nusantara (NASA) Yogyakarta in March 2021. This study is a type of quantitative research using a sample of 60 respondents. The technique used is saturated sampling, because the total of all the population is the sample. In collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analytical technique used is multiple tinear regression analysis through the SPSS version 21.0 program for windows. The statistics found, prove that segmentally workload has negative and significant effect on job satisfaction based on the regression coefficient level of -0.304 < 0.05. Compensation can effect has a positive and significant on job satisfaction through the value of the regression coefficient as much sig 0.430 > 0.05. While communication can have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through the regression coefficient value of sig 0.289 > 0.05. The results of simultaneous testing (Test F) of workload, compensation, and communication can be proven through the Adjusted R Square value of 0.532 (53.2%) with the remaining 0.468 (4.68%) do to other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, work-life balance, organization climate and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention. The sample of this research is all employees of BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi Yogyakarta, totaling 50 people who were selected by population sampling technique. The method of collecting data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Career development had a negative effect on employee turnover intention; (2) Work-life balance has no significant effect on employee turnover intention; (3) Organizational climate has a negative effect on employees turnover intention; (4) Job satisfaction has a negative effect on employees turnover intention; (5) Career development, work-life balance, organizational climate and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

Employees who have good performance can not happen in a short time, but through a process. To obtain employees who have good performance, companies must pay attention to the abilities or competencies of employees. Therefore, it is necessary to manage Human Resources (HR) in this case are employees, which include planning human resources, procurement, directing, developing, maintaining and dismissing. The objectives of the study were (1) to determine the effect of recruitment on employee performance, (2) to determine the effect of selection on the performance of BPR Chandra Mukti Artha employees, (3) to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance at BPR Chandra Mukti Artha, (4) to determine the influence of work culture. on the performance of BPR Chandra Mukti Artha employees and (5) knowing the effect of recruitment, selection, work placement and work culture on the performance of BPR Chandra Mukti Artha employees simultaneously. The research sample is the employees of BPR Chandra Mukti Artha with a total of 46 people, selected by population sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis technique with multiple linear regression consisting of F test, t test and coefficient of determination, where previously carried out classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that (1) Recruitment had a positive effect on employee performance, (2) Selection had a positive effect on employee performance, (3) Job placement had a positive effect on employee performance, (4) Work culture positive effect on employee performance and (5) Recruitment, selection, work placement and work culture simultaneously affect employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that the better employee recruitment, employee selection, work placement and work culture, the better employee performance will be. Vice versa, if employee recruitment, employee selection, work placement and work culture are not good, then employee performance will also be low.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja, beban kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BPR Madani Sejahtera Abadi Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 42 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan population sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention pegawai BPR Madani Sejahtera Abadi Yogyakarta (p = 0,010); 2) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention pegawai BPR Madani Sejahtera Abadi Yogyakarta (p = 0,024); 3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pegawai BPR Madani Sejahtera Abadi Yogyakarta (p= 0,026); 4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pegawai BPR Madani Sejahtera Abadi Yogyakarta (p = 0,040) dan 5) Stres kerja, beban kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pegawai BPR Madani Sejahtera Abadi Yogyakarta (p = 0,008).

Abstract

Efforts to Increase Income for Prosperous Families, which are often referred to as UPPKS, are productive economic business groups, which consist of a group of family members who interact with each other and consist of various stages of prosperous families, both couples of childbearing age who already have family planning and those who have not. stages of well-being and stabilizing. The purpose of this service is to solve UPPKS problems related to taxes, namely calculation, deposit and reporting of Final Income Tax with a certain gross circulation. The method used in this service is that the first service must take into account the Final Income Tax at a rate of 0.5% with the tax base being the gross income in one tax month (Period). After calculating the second is that it must be paid in advance, an ID billing must be made first and later you will get proof of payment in the form of a Tax Payment Slip (SSP) and the last is reporting, reporting can be done through DGT online. The results of this Community Service result in an understanding of theory and practice related to the calculation, payment and reporting of Final Income Tax.

Abstract

The level of productivity attained in one's place of employment is critical to the accomplishment of goals set by an organisation as a whole. When working towards accomplishing the objectives of an organisation, employee productivity on the job is a critical component that must be taken into account. As a consequence of this, HRM is essential for the purpose of planning, acquiring, growing, regulating, and utilising HR in order to successfully reach good individual as well as organisational goals. The goal of this study was to determine the effect of employee workload, employee work environment, and employee work discipline partially on work productivity. The study also sought to determine the effect of employee workload, work environment, and employee work discipline simultaneously on employee productivity. A representative group of seventy staff members from the Department of Land and Spatial Planning (DIY). Collecting information by means of questionnaires and personal interviews. The methodology for the data analysis makes use of the multiple linear regression method. According to the findings of the research, employee productivity is affected in three different ways: first, by the workload; second, by the work environment; and third, by the simultaneous influence of all three factors on employee productivity. This study led to the conclusion that the work productivity of an employee will drop in proportion to the amount of work that is expected of him. On the other hand, it will grow in proportion to the quality of the work environment as well as the level of discipline that is demanded of him, and vice versa.
