Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by collecting the necessary data through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover have on increasing Return On Assets (ROA) produced by companies and find out which of the three variables has the most dominant influence on Return On Assets. The research method used by researchers in this study is survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by withdrawing the population from the quarterly financial reports at PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk from the period 2016 to 2021. The research data was processed using the help of the Statisrical Product and Services Solution (SPSS) computer program version 24. In analyzing and proving this, the normality test, classic assumption test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test were used. , multiple regression test t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) and test the coefficient of determination. Based on partial calculations, namely using the t test, it is known that for Cash Turnover (X1) t calculate (-2.701) > t table (2.073) this shows that Cash Turnover has a significant influence on increasing profitability or Return On Assets (ROA). For Receivables Turnover (X2) tcalculate (1,935) < ttable (2,073) this shows that receivables turnover has no effect on profitability or Return On Assets. While Inventory Turnover (X3) tcalculate (5,772) > ttable (2,073) this shows that inventory turnover affects the increase in profitability or Return On Asset (ROA). for the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, namely with the F test, Fcalculate (77,908) > Ftable (3,098) were obtained, which means that simultaneously Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover together affect the increase in Return On Assets (ROA). While the value of the coefficient of determination () is 0.921. This shows that Cash Collection, Receivables Turnover, and Inventory Turnover have an influence of 92.1% on the increase in Return On Assets at PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, there is still a big impact on the continuity of UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) businesse Simpang Karya UMKM owners admitted that they had experienced the negative impact of Covid-19 on their business processes, including experiencing a significant decline in sales. This research aims to find out what strategies and what obstacles are faced by Simpang Karya UMKM in increasing income after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that in terms of strategy, Simpang Karya UMKM have implemented the Marketing Mix concept, namely product, price, promotion and place. Simpang Karya UMKM in running their business also implement sharia marketing strategies. The characteristics of sharia marketing are rabbaniyah, akhlaqiah, al-waqiyah, and insaniyah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors cause more women to sell at Aurduri market compared to men, to find out how women contribute to helping their family's economy at Aurduri market, and to find out what problems or obstacles female traders face when contributing to Aurduri market. . This research uses a qualitative method, with a total of 9 informants. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are three factors that cause more women to sell at the Aurduri market, namely: first, family economic factors, where the husband's income is not sufficient for daily living needs, and the costs of school children. The second factor is education and age, where female traders who have low education and are quite old and do not have the qualifications to work in other places, because they are old, but they are still fit and productive to work, decide to become traders at the Aurduri market. The third factor of self-actualization, the results of the research, showed that respondents admitted that they enjoyed selling at the market because apart from being able to meet friends, filling their free time also increased their income. The contribution of women traders to the family is classified as medium to high, which can be seen from the results of their sales which are used for daily needs, to increase family income, and also to save on unexpected costs. There are two obstacles faced by women traders, namely the weather conditions when it rains making buyers in the market lonely, secondly, the large number of home-scale vegetable sellers competes with the price and completeness of goods which are almost available in every neighborhood and housing complex, especially those on the road to the market. Aurduri makes buyers prefer shopping in nearby places.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah terhadap Laba Bersih Bank Muamalat Indonesia tahun 2017 – 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel dependen yaitu Pembiayaan Mudharabah Dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah. Variabel independennya adalah Laba Bersih. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan bank muamalat tahun 2017 – 2021.penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode statistik yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pembiayaan Mudharabah Dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah berpengaruh terhadap Laba Bersih. Dengan menggunakan uji F didapatkan bahwa Pembiayaan Mudharabah Dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih . Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel independen yaitu ,311 atau 31,1 % artinya pengaruh variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel (Y) sebesar 31,1%.

Abstract

Kemunculan entitas syariah yang relatif baru menimbulkan tantangan besar. Para pakar syariah Islam dan akuntansi harus mencari dasar bagi penerapan standar akuntansi yang berbeda dengan standar akuntansi entitas konvensional seperti telah dikenal selama ini. Standar akuntansi tersebut menjadi kunci sukses bagi entitas Islami dalam melayani masyarakat di sekitarnya sehingga seperti lazimnya, harus dapat menyajikan informasi yang cukup, dan dapat dipercaya, serta relevan bagi para penggunanya, namun tetap dalam konteks syariah Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis mendalam tentang Kerangka Dasar Penyusunan dan Penyajian Laporan Keuangan Syariah (KDPPLKS) dan Pedoman Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) Syariah. metode penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Sumber datanya merupakan data sekunder yang berasal dari sumber kepustakaan seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Motode analisisnya menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil temuan menggambarkan bahwa secara garis besar Kerangka Dasar Penyusunan dan Penyajian Laporan Keuangan Syariah memiliki ruang lingkup yang membahas tentang tujuan laporan keuangan, karakteristik yang menentukan manfaat informasi dalam laporan keuangan dan yang ketiga pengakuan serta unsur-unsur yang membentuk laporan keuangan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control on financial management behavior in FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi students. The method used is quantitative method, using SPSS 29. The sample in this study were 95 samples of students from class 2020, 2021, and 2022 by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that there was no significant influence between Islamic financial literacy on financial management behavior, with a tcount < ttable value, namely (1.498 < 1.986) or Sig> a (0.05) value, namely 0.137> 0.05. There is a significant influence between lifestyle on financial management behavior, with a tcount> ttable value, namely (2.645> 1.986) or Sig value < a (0.05), namely 0.010 < 0.05. There is a significant influence between self control on financial management behavior, with a tcount> ttable value, namely (5.090> 1.986) or Sig value < a (0.05), namely 0.000 < 0.05. There is a joint influence between the variables of Islamic financial literacy, lifestyle and self control simultaneously on financial management behavior with a value of 0.001 <0.05 and a value of fcount> ftabel (36.916> 3.10.).

Abstract

There are still many FEBI students UIN STS Jambi who do not understand Financial Literacy, so they often allocate their money for things that are not needed. Lifestyle patterns lead to consumptive behavior. Self-control is still relatively low so it is easy to be influenced to buy something that is not needed. Research objectives determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control on consumptive behavior in Islam. This research used quantitative research. Quantitative research method is a method based on philosophy that is used to research certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. Lifestyle influences consumptive behavior. But financial literacy and self-control have no effect on consumptive behavior, which means that even without financial literacy and self-control, students still behave consumptively. but simultaneously Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control affect Consumptive Behavior. FEBI students UIN STS JAMBI are expected to improve their financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control so they can avoid consumptive behavior. Future researchers are expected to be able to use other variables besides Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control to show other things that also influence the level of Consumptive Behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian dan analisis ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR), dan net profit margin (NPM) terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersifat kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi eviews versi 12. Penelitian menggunakan laporan keuangan dari 15 perusahaan sub sektor industri perkebunan kelapa sawit tahun 2018-2021 sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan model Random Effects. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), dan current ratio (CR) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dan debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR) dan net profit margin (NPM) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif merupakan perilaku membeli secara berlebihan dengan mengutamakan kebutuhan sekunder dan tersier daripada kebutuhan primernya yang menyebabkan seseorang menjadi boros. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh digital payment shopeepay dan locus of control terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakuktas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi angkatan 2019, jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan memilih mahasiswa yang menggunakan digital payment shopeepay. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Data variabel dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain; Dompet Digital, Psikologi Kepribadian, Perilaku Konsumen dan Perilaku Konsumtif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan digital payment ShopeePay dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Secara parsial digital payment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini variabel-variabel tersebut valid dan reliabel. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik dengan distribusi normal tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas dan multikoliniearitas.

Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan lewat observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif (fild research), Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai analisi keberlanjutan usaha usaha tempe Mbah Sibo Desa Bunga Tanjung Nipah Panjang, maka dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa: Permodalana yang dilakukan oleh usaha tempe Mbah Sibo Modal yang digunakan oleh Mbah Sibo dalam menjalankan usahanya yaitu menggunakan modal sendiri, tanpa melibatkan instansi-instansi kepemerintahan baik desa ataupun kelurahan Jaringan bisnis yang dilakukan oleh usaha tempe Mbah Sibo. jaringan usaha tempe Mbah Sibo dibentuk mulai dari lingkungan rumah seperti, kumpulan arisan, kumpulan ibu-ibu PKK atau kumpulan pengajian, hal ini bisa di mulai dari perkumpulan orang tua, murid atau jaringan online dan lain sebagainya. Strategi Pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Mbah Sibo. Bauran pemasaran terdapat seperangkat alat pemasaran yang terbagi menjadi: 1. Stratregi produk terdiri dari atribut produk, pemberian merek, pengemasan produk. 2. strategi harga. 3. Saluran distribusi 4. strategi promosi. 5. strategi pemasaran tempe terdiri dari empat kelompok alternatif strategi yang akan dilakukan adalah terdiri dari kekuatan: 1). Mempertahankan mutu produk, agar konsumen tetap memilih produk 2). Mempertahankan pasar yang sudah ada dan mencari pasar yang baru. Kelemahan: 1). Jumlah produk yang terbatas menyebabkan masyarakat sekitar Ketika membeli tempe sering kehabisan. 2). Mencari alternatif saluran pemasaran 3). Meningkatkan kesempatan promosi yang ada. Ancaman: 1). Meningkatkan perluasan pasar untuk daerah yang belum terlayani. Peluang: 1). Melakukan penambahan modal agar dapat melakukan produksi lebih banyak lagi. 2). Memperluas jangkauan pemasaran.
