Abstract

This research aims to take effect on the caused by the independent variable that consists of Workload, Individual Role in Organization and Personality One of the Nurses Job Stress. This study uses census or sample saturated. This method mengisisyaratkan all members of the sample population as sample, due to the limited number of samples. So in this research, the sample is the entire population of 97 respondents. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous with SPSS (version 17.0). From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test (F test) showed that Workload, Dlama Individual Role of the Organization, and Personality Someone together have a significant effect on Nurses Job Stress. Partial test (t test) showed that Workload has the most influence kuatter the Nurses Job Stress, whereas Individual Role in Organization and Personality One need to have an influence on Nurses Job Stress. The magnitude of the effect that the (R ^ 2) by these three independent variables together against the dependent variable of 49.1% while the remaining 50.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.Keywords : Job Stress, Workload, Individual Role In Organization, and One’s Personality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect caused by variable Qulity Service Layout consisting of Ambient Condition (with respect to environmental conditions). Spatial Layout and Functional (spacious layout and function) and signs / symbols and Artefact (signs / symbols and artifacts). The population of this study amounted to 81 459, while the return of the sample using accidental sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 100 people. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, simultaneous analysis and partial. The results show that the Partial Simultaneous and Ambient Condition, Functional and Spatial Layout and sign / symbol and artefact effect on Humanistic Effect on Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru, and ambient conditon has the most dominant influence on the humanistic effect on Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru .Keywords : Quality Service Layout, Ambient Condition, Spacial Layout And Fungsional, Sign/symbols And Artefact, Humanistic Effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image based on ISO 9001: 2008 to patients satisfaction at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. This research use simple random sampling method in selecting respondents. Data will be analyzed descriptively and statistically. The results of this research shows that service quality and brand image based on ISO 9001: 2008 significanly influence on patient satisfaction. It showed the value of R square 68,1%, while the other 31,9% is influenced by other variables.The research shows that service quality and brand image based on ISO 9001: 2008 have significant influence as simultan to patient satisfaction. While as partiality service quality based on ISO 9001: 2008 have significant influence on patient satisfaction but brand image based on ISO 9001: 2008 does not significantly influence patient satisfaction.Keyword: service quality, brand image, and satisfaction

Abstract

The study held in PT. ACE Jaya Proteksi Pekanbaru branch. The aim is to analyze the influence of organizational structure and culture to organizational effectiveness. Population are all employees, consist of 49 employees that selected by cencus method. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linearregression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows. The study reveals that both organizational structure and culture significantly influence organizational effectiveness either partially or simultaneously. Organizational culture has the stronger effect to organizational effectiveness rather than organizational structure. It is recommended to enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing a more appropriate structure and encouraging the stronger implementation of organizational culture.Keywords: Organizational Structure, Culture and Effectiveness

Abstract

Queuing problem is a problem that is always found, almost all activities undertaken related to the issue queue. So was what happened in the workshop PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru, always be a queue of customers who want to serve. This study was conducted to determine the optimalization of queuing system, the number of customers in the queue, the number of customers in the system, the time spent in the queue of customers, the time spent in the system customers, and queuing system utilization in the workshop PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. Here queuing system that applies a multi –channel model of single phase (M/M/S). Where there is a path queue of customers to be served by two or more service facilities (mechanical). With the queue discipline is Fisrt Come Firts Serve (FCFS). From the research, that customers come average as many 122 people, while the number of mechanical who serve an average of 4 people. From this state gained a number of customers waiting in queue is 7 people with an average waiting time in the queue is 24 minutes. The number of customers waiting in the system as many as 11 people with an average waiting time for 36 minutes, and the queuing system utilization by 0,01%. While the mechanics are available by 5 people, only available mechanics do not operate simultaneously.Keywords : queuing system, multi channel single phase (M/M/S), operations management, and first come first serve (FCFS).

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the influence of organizational commitment through employees satisfaction at Artha Graha International Bank Tbk Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 107 employees of the Bank. Analysis method used is descriptive analysis method by testing variables, doubled regression and path analysis. From the results of the testing conducted, it is seen the influence of the variable of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. There is positive influence of the variable of organizational commitment toward employees’ performance. For indirect influence, the influence of organizational commitment on employees’ performance through job satisfaction is smaller than direct influence. Hypothesis states that "The better the organizational commitment, the better employees’ job satisfaction of Artha Graha International Bank Tbk Pekanbaru", "The better the job satisfaction, the better the performance of employees of Artha Graha International Bank Tbk Pekanbaru" and last hypothesis "The better the organizational commitment, the better performance through employees’ satisfaction of Artha Graha International Bank Tbk Pekanbaru" can be accepted because indirect influence of organizational commitment to performance through satisfaction is bigger than the direct influence of organizational commitment to employees’ performance.Keyword : Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Nurse is a profession that risky from stress. Conditions of workload and job stress note to be know determined needs quality and quantity of nurses needed, to prevent workloads that do not fit or are not comparable with the ability of the nurses had. The workload consists of a physical and mental workload. The study aims to determine the llevel of physical and mental workload and stress of nurses working in psychiatric hospitals ergonomics Pekanbaru Tampan. Physical workload measured by caloric needs and mental workload measured by subjective methods (SWAT). This type is descriptive research. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. Based on the research of the respondent’s characteristics, it is found out that 26,92% of nurses are 34-39 aged, 51,92% of nurses are female, 50-63kg of nurses are 55,77% weight. Levels of physical workload that the mild, namely mental workload levels in the medium category and levels of work stress in the mild category.Keywords: Workload, stress, nurse,ergonomics, and psychiatric hospitals

Abstract

Performance of employees in an organization has a very wide scope. Therefore, it is the leaders of the organization must be able to study and also analyze the factors that can affect the performance of employees in an organization. Man in life are often confronted with each other in a container either formal or informal. One of the processes that will always happen in any organization is communication process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and discipline of working on employee performance factory parts simultaneously and partially on the PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Bengkalis. In carrying out this study, the authors requires data and inforrnasi complete and accurate. Adapaun data types and sources of data in this study is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the employees who are employees of the factory at. Adei Plantation & Industries, amounting to 126 people. Sampling is done by using Slovin. While making respondents conducted by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of: Interview / interview and a list of questions / Questionnaire. While the analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis, the coefficient derterminasi, F test and t test. Results of research conducted to know the results of monitoring, giving feedback on the improvement and perfection in execution, no longer able to trigger a change in performance. The level of supervision of employees is considered good. The level of employee discipline is good enough to affect performance. Production worker performance is good enough because the employees are not able to achieve the production targets set by the company. Although it has been carried out supervision and discipline of employees has been implemented, but the performance of employees who have not sepsifik changes to better.Keywords: Surveillance, Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of the company through employee job satisfaction in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru, and to determine the effect of work environment on performance in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru. The sampling method using a sample using random sampling techniques, namely the sampling techniques that provide equal opportunities to the members of the population to be able to become members of the sample. Determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula in Riduwan Slovin (2005:65). From the calculations, the number of samples as many as 52 employees at PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru. Data collection methods used observations are researchers involved with the everyday person being observed or used as a source of research data, the questionnaire was carried out data collection techniques of data by compiling a list of questions and then pass it to the respondents in the study, and this documentation techniques used to obtain data from the company, especially knowing the state of the company. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the use of data each variable, testing the quality of data, and path analysis.The results showed that the relationship between work environment on performance through employee job satisfaction in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru is very strong at (r = 0.083). The coefficient of determination or R-square is a figure of -, 007. For multiple linear regression should use the adjusted R square Adjusted R square or written, as adjusted by the number of independent variables were used, whereby if the independent variable 1 (one) then use the R-square and if it exceeds 1 (one) using the adjusted R square . Adjusted R square is equal to - .034 this means that 64.4% of the variation in the dependent variable of performance and job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru which can be explained by the independent variables work environment while the rest is explained by other variables.Keywords: Work Environment, Performance and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture on discipline Tribune reporter Pekanbaru, to analyze the influence of organizational culture on productivity Tribune reporter Pekanbaru, and to analyze the effect on productivity discipline Tribune reporter Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all Tribune reporter that the 36 journalists plus 25 freelance journalists. So the sample size determined as 61 respondents. Thus, the entire population sampled with a sampling technique census conducted. To perform data analysis, data processing is done using path analysis (path analysis) using PASW statistics 18.0 for windows. Discipline is positioned as a moderating variable that connects between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The method is an extension of path analysis used multiple linear regression to estimate the causal relationship between the bariabel in the research model that builds on a strong theoretical foundation. The results reveal that it can be seen that the influence of organizational culture on discipline peneiltian obtained results that the organizational culture does not significantly influence the discipline of journalists at the newspaper stands pekanbaru. Means Hypothesis 1 was rejected. The influence of organizational culture on productivity journalist obtained the results that organizational culture significantly influence productivity tribune newspaper reporter in Pekanbaru. Means Hypothesis 2 is accepted. Organizational culture should especially for journalists who always worked outside the office can create a high level of honesty that news provided better quality. Honesty in the sense of actually looking for news and all the news that is deemed worthy of publication, to be published. Do not be influenced by the material in the form of bribery that the news is not published. Reporter further enhanced productivity by providing education and training to journalists in the form of journalistic training, especially for new reporters for news and more news writing quality and socially acceptable.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Discipline and Productivity
