Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how workplace culture affects employee output, how work environment affects productivity, and how work motivation affects employee performance. At the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Yogyakarta Branch Office, it also looks at how motivation, workplace culture, and environment all affect worker performance. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, with a population comprising 50 employees from the BTN Yogyakarta Branch. The study employed a census sampling method, involving all 50 employees as respondents. Data sources included primary data gathered through direct questionnaires and secondary data from journals, books, theses, and online sources. The research utilized multiple linear regression analysis, along with tests for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, correlation coefficient (R), adjusted determination coefficient (R Square), and F and t tests. SPSS version 25 for Windows was applied to analyze the data. Through a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the F test findings showed that employee performance at the BTN Yogyakarta Branch is highly impacted by work motivation, work culture, and work environment, supporting the acceptance of H1. With significance values of 0.004, 0.003, and 0.004, respectively, the t test demonstrated that employee performance is highly impacted by work motivation, work culture, and work environment, supporting the acceptability of H4.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of making the kampung gedong community an independent and creative community group. Through waste management into valuable products. In addition, this activity is expected to provide knowledge for the community in managing waste, so that they have alternative income. More effective waste management can also open up new business opportunities for waste pickers, such as processing organic waste into compost fertiliser or managing plastic waste into paving blocks. This activity was carried out using the lecture method when providing the material. While during the simulation, the team conducted a direct sim.

Abstract

WIBOWO, ACHMAD MEYGANANDA. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geografis : Text To Speech Untuk Sistem Informasi Pemetaan Hasil Suara Pemilu Berbasis Web Studi Kasus Kota Gorontalo. Pembimbing I : Edi Setiawan, S.Kom., M.Kom. Pembimbing II : Salahudin Olii, ST., MT. Pemilu atau pemilihan umum merupakan hak setiap warga yang  negara menganut sistem demokrasi untuk memilih pejabat pemerintahan. Saat pemilihan selesai proses selanjutnya yaitu melihat perolehan hasil rekapitulasi suara.  Pada saat melihat hasil pemilu tersebut beberapa masyarakat terutama lansia mengalami kesulitan untuk melihat hasil pemilu hal ini disebabkan oleh permasalahan tidak bisa membaca atau buta huruf. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geografis pemetaan hasil suara pemilu berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan Text to Speech. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Metode Waterfall. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat memfasilitasi pihak Komisi Pemilihan Umum maupun masyarakat, pihak Komisi Pemilihan Umum dapat memberikan informasi terkait hasil pemilu kepada masyarakat, dan masyarakat dengan adanya Text to Speech, dapat menerima informasi yang diberikan oleh komisi pemilihan umum melalui aplikasi dengan lebih mudah. Keywords : Sistem Informasi Geografis, Pemilihan Umum, Text To Speech.

Abstract

This study was conducted of analyzing the efficiency of the semi-strong market in response to the issuance of MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023 concerning Legal Protection for the Israeli-Palestinian Struggle. The fatwa calls on Indonesian Muslims to boycott products related to Israel. This study was conducted to see if there were any differences in daily stock returns (AR) and stock trading volume (TVA) for five companies that are thought to have ties to Israel and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, like PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR), PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPB), PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (FAST), PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA), and PT Graha Prima Mentari (GRPM). This quantitative study uses an event study method with a 60-day event window (30 days before and after the issuance of the fatwa). Data were analyzed using the kolmogorov-smirnov test for normality and hypothesis testing with the non-parametric (wilcoxon signed rank test). Findings indicate no significant differences in AR (abnormal return) and TVA (trading volume activity) between periods before and after an event, suggesting the Indonesian capital market exhibits semi-strong efficiency. Thus, the fatwa announcement did not trigger an excessive market reaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how MSME development is carried out in the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in Sumedang Regency, what factors hinder it and efforts to overcome the obstacles. The research method used in the research is qualitative methodology with four research informants. The data collection techniques used were literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the processing procedures in this research are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and data triangulation Based on the research results, it was concluded that the development of MSMEs in the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in Sumedang Regency can be said to be quite good, but there are still several obstacles. This occurs because of obstacles such as difficulties in the process of coaching employees and MSME actors, the arrangement of resources is not yet optimal, because it is seen from age limitations which affect the capabilities of human resources (HR) so that they do not match the abilities needed to form a team with the aim of to socialize the coaching that has been carried out, in efforts to improve the implementation of MSME coaching at the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry, Sumedang Regency, the government should continue to carry out analysis, routine evaluation and supervision of coaching so that employees' needs continue to be monitored.

Abstract

In the business world, marketing or marketing is one of the important things that must be done. In line with the development of existing technology, strategies in doing marketing have also begun to change in a more modern direction. The community that is the main subject is the Guntung village community where the number of people who need training is 20 people. People still do not understand in doing digital marketing so that products are less known to people outside the region because products are only marketed by word of mouth method. So, to optimize marketing, digital marketing training is needed to increase people's understanding of digital marketing. Thus, the goal to be achieved in this activity is to train the community to master marketing techniques through social media and internet networks through the creation of interesting content with digital marketing facilities in order to generate significant income to improve the economy of the people of Guntung Village, Koba District - Central Bangka. The approach technique is carried out by training and simulation methods directly using computer devices and devices from each participant. With this real work lecture, it can open the horizons of the people of Guntung Village, Koba District - Central Bangka.
