Abstract

This research aims to prove: 1) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness with movement coordination learning ability, 2) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness with fatigue level, and 3) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and fatigue level on learning ability of movement coordination. Samples were 30students of Department of Sport Education determined by purposive sampling technique.To conduct the correlational research, the instruments includeda Cardiorespiratory fitness measured by using Fitmate version 2.2, Wellness Technology a Division of Cosmed, also equipped with other supporting devices such as treadmills. Level of fatigue was measured by using the heart rate monitor of Polar brand and Stopwatch (BT Butterfly 60 Japan) while movement coordination learning ability measured by using Drawing Mirror Tracer Test. Using multiple regression analysis, it is concluded that: firstly, there is significant relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and learning ability of movement coordination. Secondly, there is significant relationship between the level of fatigue and the learning ability of movement coordination. Thirdly, there is significant relationship between cardio respiratory fitness and level of fatigue in the learning ability of movement coordination.

Abstract

Dalam rangka membantu meningkatkan kelincahan maupun kecepatan, banyak program-program latihan yang telah disusun, salah satunya adalah latihan cone drill dan ladder drill. Latihan komponen biomotorik pada kelincahan dan kecepatan melalui latihan five cone snake drill, v-drill dan lateral two in the hole, in-out-shuffle diharapkan dapat membantu memaksimalkan kinerja skill bermain seorang atlet. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji seberapa besar pengaruh latihan (1) fivecone snake drill, v-drill dan (2) lateral two in the hole, in-out-shuffle terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan kecepatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler olahraga bola voli SMAN 1 Lawang sebanyak 30 orang dan memiliki karakteristik yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan pada tes kelincahan dan kecepatan terhadap kelas yang diberi program latihan cone drill, dengan perbedaan mean pretest posttest masing-masing meningkat 4.6%. dan 3.2 %. Dan juga terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan pada tes kelincahan dan kecepatan terhadap kelas yang diberi program latihan ladder drill, dengan perbedaan mean pretest posttest masing-masing meningkat 9.8% dan 13.90%. Hasil uji beda one way anova menunjukkan bahwa kelompok ladder drill memiliki tingkat konsentrasi atau pengaruh yang lebih tinggi dari pada kelompok cone drill dan kelompok kontrol terhadap kelincahan maupun kecepatan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine:1) How big the effectofbench press and sitting calf exercises to arm muscle power and leg muscle power; 2) How big the effect of chest press and leg press exercises to arm muscle power and leg muscle power; 3)How big the effect difference between bench press and sitting calf exercises and chest press and leg press exercises to to arm muscle power and leg muscle power. Research subject was boy student of SMA Negeri 1 Manyar as many 36 students, with age span 15-17 years which divided to three groups. Experiment group I received bench press and sitting calf while the second ones received chest press and leg press and the third experiment group performed activities according to daily routines. This type of research was applied quantitative research with quasi experimental research methods. The research design applied non-randomized control group pretest-postest design. And data analysis used were t-test and MANOVA. The data collecting process was using a medicine ball to obtain arm muscle power data and jump DF for leg muscle power during pretest and posttest. The results showed the difference between the pretest and posttest means of each group, namely: experimental group I for arm muscle power = 28.3 leg muscle power = 51.1. The second experiment group for arm muscle power = 45.9, leg muscle power = 78.2. Experiment Group III for arm muscle power = 13.3, leg muscle power = 27.1. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there was an increase in all dependent variables for each experimental group after received bench press and sitting calf, chest press and leg press exercises, whereas chest press and leg press exercises were more effective at increasing arm muscle power and leg muscle strength Keywords: Weight training, Bench Press, Calf Sitting, Chest Pres, Leg Press, Arm Muscles Power, Leg Muscle Power.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the level of physical condition, so it can be known and become an evaluation for the sport that achieves a better achievement later. The application of exercises used to improve physical condition is through wide push-ups and narrow push-ups in students of XI IPA in SMA N 1 Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with quasi experimental methods (Quasi Experiment). The design used to group research subjects is Matching-Only Design. In this design there are three groups, namely wide push-up exercise group, narrow push-up exercise group, and one control group. Furthermore, the three groups were given a pretest to determine the initial state is there any difference between the experimental group and the control group. After 8 weeks of practice with frequency 3 times a week, then posttest to the three groups to know the effectiveness of the exercise. In the wide push-up exercise group, there was an increase in strength by an average of 2.65 kg, power of 16.92 Joules, and endurance of 2.9 Times. In the narrow push-up exercise group obtained the results of an increase of 3.65 Kg of power, power of 27.91 Joule, and endurance of 3.65 Times. While in the control group obtained the results of an increase of 0.75 Kg of power, power of 4.39 Joule, and endurance of 0.85 Times.Based on the results of research and discussion as described in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the wide push-up exercises on the increase of strength, power, and endurance, there is a significant influence on the exercise of narrow push-up against increased power, power, and endurance, and there are significant differences in influence between wide push-up and narrow push-up exercises for increased strength, power, and endurance Keywords: Wide push-up exercise, narrow push-up, strength, power, endurance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot perut dan keseimbangan pada siswa laki-laki SMA Negeri 1 Probolinggo yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal. Tiga puluh siswa sehat dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria, pre tes serta peringkat sehingga dapat dikelompokkan kedalam kelompok core stability plank, kelompok core stability superman dan kelompok kontrol. Sit up 30 detik dan Balance Beam digunakan untuk mengukur kekutan otot perut dan keseimbangan. Tiga kelompok diberikan perlakuan 3 kali pertemuan dalam 1 minggu dan dilaksanakan dalam waktu selama 6 minggu. Pada minggu ketujuh dilakukan pos tes pada semua kelompok. Hasil uji paired t-test setelah pos tes pada tiga kelompok (core stability plank dan core stability superman) menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap variabel keseimbangan. Dan meningkat namun tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kekuatan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan core stability plank dan core stability superman efisien untuk meningkatkan keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot perut.

Abstract

Latihan plyometric merupakan bentuk latihan yang cukup beraneka ragam. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya menggunkan dua bentuk latihan yaitu Front Cone Hops dan Rope Jump dengan rasio 1:1 dan 1:2. Dengan menggunakan rasio 1:1 dan 1:2 maka bentuk latihan ini selain meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai, power otot tungkai juga dapat berpengaruh pada peningkatan kapasitas aerobic. Pretest dilakukan untuk mengetahui data awal yang nantinya digunakan untuk pembagian kelompok dalam Rope Jump dan Front Cone Hops dengan rasio 1:1,1:2. diberikan treatmen 3 kali pertemuan dalam 1 minggu selama 6 minggu. Seminggu setelah treatmen dilakukan posttest pada semua kelompok. Hasil uji paired t-test setelah post test dalam empat kelompok menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap variabel kekutan  otot tungkai, untuk peningkatan power otot tungkai yang signifikan hanya terjadi pada kelompok latihan Front Cone Hops 1:1, dan Front Cone Hops 1:2. Namun untuk peningkatan kapasitas aerobic menunjukan hasil yang kurang signifikan pada ke empat kelompok latihan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan plyometric menggunakan Front Cone Hops dan Rope Jump dengan rasio 1:1 dan 1:2. sangat efisien untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan power otot tungkai, namun kurang efisien untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aerobic.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the suitability of the theoretical model of the psychological competencies model b of the 100-meter runner student athletes with the empirical model. This study uses a quantitative approach. Total 65 (50 men and 15 women) 100-meter runner student athletes who participated in the national athletic championships. Instruments uses the Psychological Competency Scale and time records documentation data on the results of national championships. Data analyzed using partial least square (PLS). The results of the inner model test show a Q-square value of 0.919 (> 0.00). It means that there was suitability of the theoretical model of psychological competency of 100-meter runner student athletes’ with the empirical model. The R-square value of performance is 0.881. It means that the 100-meter runner student athletes’ performance were influenced by psychological competencies by 88,1%. These findings have implications for the selection and coaching of 100-meter runner student athletes. Further research needs to design mental skills training comprehensively based on psychological competencies.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to analyze (a) anthropometric factor as multivariant regression model to predict the serves velocities of elite tennis player that compete in US Open Grandslam 2019. The athropometric factor was describe as, player height, player weight, age, and the Body Mass Index (BMI) of player. (b) this study also determind the significant level from the model to predict the serves speed. The data were collected from MATCH DETAILS BY IBM SLAMTRACKER. Results show that correlation between each independent variable (i.e, age, height, weight, BMI) to serves speed of the player respectively are -0.0094, 0.7457, 0.7135, and 0.1944. The data show us that variable Height and Weight have the most correlated predictors of tennis serves speed. More over the correlation level (R2 ) from the model was 0.5767 or 57.67 % it indicates that the model can predict 57.67% the dependent variable, i.e serve speed and the other 42.33% was determind by the other factor not included in model. The present finding underlines the importance of player height and weight to determind the serves speed of the players that play in US Open Grandslam Tournament 2019.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan variasi dan kombinasi permainan gerak dasar atletik lompat pada pembelajaran PJOK berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan, menggunakan 1-7 langkah dari 10 langkah pengembangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Langkah-langkah dari proses ini disebut sebagai siklus Research & Development. Hasil penelitian meliputi evaluasi ahli, serta uji coba kelompok kecil dan besar di mana (1) hasil evaluasi 3 ahli permainan diperoleh hasil 79,99%, sedangkan evaluasi 2 ahli pembelajaran diperoleh hasil 84,78% dengan kriteria baik; (2) hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh hasil 88,74% dan untuk guru diperoleh hasil 98% dengan kriteria baik, sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh hasil 88,71% dan untuk guru diperoleh hasil 95,5% dengan kriteria baik, sehingga dapat digunakan model permainan peserta didik kelas V di Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan pada model pembelajaran atletik lompat yang sesuai dengan pendekatan tematik melalui permainan, peserta didik dapat belajar secara efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Variations and Combinations of Jumping Athletics Basic Motion Games in PJOK Learning in Elementary Schools Abstract The aim of this research is to develop variations and combinations of basic motion games in jumping athletics in PJOK learning based on the 2013 Curriculum. The type of research used in this research is development, using 1-7 steps of 10 steps of development. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with a percentage. The steps of this process are usually referred to as the Research & Development cycle. The results of the study include expert evaluations, as well as small and large group trials wheres, (2) the results of the evaluation of 3 game experts, the results obtained 79.99%, while the evaluation of 2 learning experts obtained the results of 84.78% with a good criteria; (2) the results of small group trials, the results obtained 88.74% and for teachers the results obtained 98% with good information, while the results of large group trials obtained 88.71% results and for teachers the results obtained 95.5% with good information, so The game model for fifth grade students in Bareng District, Jombang Regency can be used. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the jumping athletic learning model that is in accordance with the thematic approach through games, students can learn effectively, efficiently, and fun.

Abstract

Playing activities provide positive stimulation for manipulative movement skills of children aged 6-12 years. Playing activities, including physical activities that have the opportunity to reduce the risk of obesity in children aged 6-12 years. Playing activity interventions in obese children are recommended on basic motion skills and motion coordination. The purpose of the review in this journal is to show the contribution of playing activities to children's manipulative movement skills. The review method that used was a journal search system with keywords manipulative motion skills on Google. 12 national journals have been reviewed based on playing activity models, methods, samples, and research results. The conclusion of the review results showed that variations in playing activities undertaken by children positively contribute to the manipulative movement skills of children in living their daily lives.
