Abstract

Malnutrition troubles body mass index and physical activity. This study aims to analyze the relation of fulfillment of Nutrition on body mass index and physical activity. This research is a correlational study supported by survey methods. Data collection technique employs questionnaires and measurements of body weight and height. The population in this study is elementary school students in Sleman Yogyakarta and a sampling technique employs purposive random sampling. The total samples are 236 students. The research instrument uses 24-hour food recalls to determine fulfillment of Nutrition; tanita weight scales, microtoise to measure body mass index, and GPAQ (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire) to determine physical activity. Furthermore, analysis technique employs Pearson correlation analysis. The data analysis results of fulfillment of Nutrition and body mass index obtain syndication calculations 0.00 <0.05, meaning there is a relationship between the fulfillment of nutrition and body mass index. Additionally, the data analysis results of fulfillment of Nutrition and physical activity obtain significance calculation 0.00 <0.05, which means there is a relation between fulfillment of Nutrition and physical activity. Briefly, there is significant relation between the fulfillment of nutrition and body mass index as well as between the fulfillment of nutrition and physical activity. In another words, the study shows positive link between fulfillment of Nutrition with body mass index and physical activity.

Abstract

Physical activity is one of the important components to support individual fitness and health. This study aims to determine differences in physical activity between male and female students of class V in urban areas during school breaks. This type of research is comparative descriptive. The research sample consisted of 54 elementary school students of grade V in urban areas in Depok Subdistrict, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The technique used to determine the research sample is purposive sampling. The instrument in this study was the Nesco FJ 101 pedometer. The data analysis technique used in this study is a percentage. The results showed that the mean value of the male students 'physical activity level was 1897.5, while the female students' mean score was 1507. Based on the results obtained, there were differences between male and female students. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the physical activity levels of male and female grade V students during school breaks in the DIY urban area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat mahasiswa Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta saat Pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan pengambilan data menggunakan aplikasi google form. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga angkatan 2016-2019. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan maka dihasilkan sampel dengan jumlah 425 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase. Simpulan penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga UNY saat pandemi Covid-19 pada kategori sangat tinggi terdapat 33 mahasiswa (7,76%), kategori tinggi terdapat 79 mahasiswa (18,59%), kategori cukup terdapat 126 mahasiswa (29,65%), kategori rendah terdapat 89 mahasiswa (20,94), dan kategori sangat rendah terdapat 98 mahasiswa (23,06%). Clean and healthy life behavior of Yogyakarta State University sports education students during the Covid-19 pandemic AbstractThis study aims to analyze the level of clean and healthy living habits of students majoring in Sports Education, Yogyakarta State University during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is a survey with quantitative descriptive research type. The instrument used was a questionnaire and data collection using the google form application. The study population was students of the Department of Sports Education, class 2016-2019. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling. Based on the specified criteria, a sample of 425 students was generated. Data analysis techniques using percentages. The conclusion of this study stated that the clean and healthy lifestyle of the students of the Department of Sports Education at YSU during the Covid-19 pandemic in the very high category there were 33 students (7.76%), in the high category there were 79 students (18.59%), there were 126 sufficient categories. students (29.65%), in the low category there were 89 students (20.94), and in the very low category, there were 98 students (23.06%).

Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan sebuah fenomena dalam dunia pendidikan yang cukup mengkhawatirkan pada masa sekarang. Hal ini menjadi hambatan besar dalam proses pembelajaran terutama di SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan minat olahraga dan psychological well-being terhadap prokrastinasi. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Muntilan sebanyak 355 siswa. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan 101 siswa sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan variabel Minat olahraga (X1),  Psychological well-being (X2) sebagai variabel independen dan variabel dependen adalah Prokrastinasi (Y). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik (80%) memiliki kecenderungan untuk melakukan prokrastinasi akademik. Pada hasil korelasi terdapat hubungan negatif minat olahraga dan psychological well-being dengan prokrastinasi, di mana rhitung sebesar -0,554 dan -0,164. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan hanya variabel minat olahraga yang signifikan memengaruhi prokrastinasi dengan p-value = 0,000. The relationship between sports interest and psychological well-being towards procrastination of students at senior high school  AbstractAcademic Procrastination is a quite alarming phenomenon in education sector nowadays. It would be a big obstacle in learning process especially for High School Students.  The aim of this research are knowing about influence and relationship between the interest of doing physical exercises and psychological well-being to procrastination. The population of this research were 355 students of XI grade of SMAN 1 Muntilan.Using purposive sampling obtained 101 students as sample. Data analysis technique using product moment correlation and linear regression with Interest of Doing Physical Exercises (X1), Psychological well-being (X2) as independent variables and Procrastination (Y) as dependent variable. The results show that almost all of students (80%) have a trend to do academic procrastination. There is a negative correlation between interest of doing physical exercises and psychological well-being to procrastination, where the correlation coefficient shown -0,554 and -0,164 respectively. Meanwhile in regression analysis with 5% significant level shows only interest of doing physical exercises that significant influencing procrastination with p-value = 0,000.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Jasmani dalam meningkatkan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah di SMP Negeri se- Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode survai dengan teknik pengambilan datanya berupa angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Jasmani di SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Sleman. Jumlah guru pendidikan jasmani tersebut sebanyak 38 orang, seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik total sampling. Uji Validitas Instrumen menggunakan rumus Product Momen dari Karl Pearson dan uji Reliabilitas Instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peranan guru pendidikan jasmani terhadap pelaksanaan unit kesehatan sekolah di SMP negeri Se-Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta adalah sedang, dengan rincian: sebanyak 0 guru (0,00%) dengan kategori sangat baik, 16 guru (42,00%) dengan kategori baik, 10 guru (26,00%) dengan kategori sedang, 9 orang guru (24,00%) dengan kategori kurang, dan 3 guru (8,00%) dengan kategori sangat kurang. Abstract

The appropriate learning process for preschool children is by playing. Playing is inconsciously part of basic movement of pencak silat such as kicking, punching, eluding, or running. Not all of basic movements in pencak silat are appropriate for preschool children. Teachers need to be careful in selecting or defining appropriate technique and movement. In delivering basic movements of pencak silat for preschool children needs to include playing methods and develops socialization aspects including the use of language/ terminology modified in order not to have violent impression. Children do not need to be introduced about the concept of enemy, because the main aspect for them is to grow. Because growing them needs stumulations so pencak silat is only for fun, sport and discipline development, bot for sefl-defense. In other words, it needs to consider learning principals for preschool children. Leaning pencak silat using playing methods can be done by playing model, story telling, dancing, immitating movement, or demonstrating something. Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is the lack of discipline in class X-D of SMA Negeri 1 Wates in the penjasorkes learningprocess. This research is aimed to improve students’ discipline of class XD in penjasorkes learning Process throughreinforcement. This research is a classroom action research which devides into two cycles, each cycle consists oftwo meetings.the Subjects of the researh were 32 students of SMA Negeri 1 Wates X-D. The observation and theinterview to the teachers used in the technique of data collecting. The results shows that students’ discipline of classX-D has significantly increased after the disciplinary action tought by teacher. It only reaches 35.9% level of disciplinefor the first meeting of the first cycle and reaches 67.1% for the second meeting of the first cycle. Unfortunately,the discipline has not complete minimum completeness criteria (KKM) after the first cycle is done. This Researchis successful if the level of discipline has already reached 80%. Continued in the first meeting of the second cycle,the discipline reaches 71.8%. Then, in the second meeting 4 of the second cycle of discipline reaches 85,%. It canbe concluded that the discipline of the students in participating Penjasorkes learning process can be enhancedthrough reinforcement.Key words: discipline, reinforcement, PenjasorkesAbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya tingkat kedisiplinan siswa kelas X D SMA Negeri 1 Watesdalam mengikuti pembelajaran Penjasorkes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelasX D dalam mengikuti pembelajaran penjasorkes melalui reinforcement (penguatan). Penelitian ini adalah penelitiantindakan kelas yang berlangsung dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Subyek penelitian adalahsiswa kelas X D SMA Negeri 1 Wates yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalahobservasi dan wawancara kepada guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas X D mengalami peningkatankedisiplinan secara signifikan setelah diberi tindakan oleh guru. Pada siklus I pertemuan pertama tingkat kedisiplinanhanya 35,9%, kemudian pada siklus I pertemuan kedua kedisiplinan berada di 67,1%. Setelah siklus I berakhirkedisiplinan belum memenuhi KKM. Penelitian dikatakan berhasil jika tingkat kedisiplinan sudah berada pada80%. Dilanjutkan pada siklus II pertemuan pertama, kedisiplinan mencapai angka 71,8%. Pada siklus II pertemuankedua kedisiplinan mencapai 85,%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan siswa dalam mengikutipembelajaran penjasorkes dapat ditingkatkan melalui reinforcement (penguatan).Kata kunci : kedisiplinan, penguatan, penjasorkes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Terhadap Kesehatan Lingkungan Kampus. Terciptanya mahasiswa yang sehat, mandiri dan berkemampuan akan menjadi kebanggaan tersendiri saat mereka berhasil mengaplikasikan kesehatanlingkungan dengan baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan suatu keadaan khususnya tentang tingkat kesadaran mahasiswa Fakultas ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta terhadap Kesehatan Lingkungan Kampus. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakanrandom sampling sejumlah 462. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu keolahragaan terhadap kesehatan lingkungan kampus adalah sebanyak 129 mahasiswa (27,92 %) dengan kategori sangat baik, 309 mahasiswa (66,88 %) dengan kategori baik, dan 24 mahasiswa (5,20 %) dengan kategori sedang, 0 mahasiswa (0,00%) dengan kategori kurang, dan 0 mahasiswa (0,00 %) dengan kategori sangat kurang.Kata Kunci: kesadaran mahasiswa, kesehatan lingkungan

Abstract

This research aims to prove: 1) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness with movement coordination learning ability, 2) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness with fatigue level, and 3) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and fatigue level on learning ability of movement coordination. Samples were 30students of Department of Sport Education determined by purposive sampling technique.To conduct the correlational research, the instruments includeda Cardiorespiratory fitness measured by using Fitmate version 2.2, Wellness Technology a Division of Cosmed, also equipped with other supporting devices such as treadmills. Level of fatigue was measured by using the heart rate monitor of Polar brand and Stopwatch (BT Butterfly 60 Japan) while movement coordination learning ability measured by using Drawing Mirror Tracer Test. Using multiple regression analysis, it is concluded that: firstly, there is significant relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and learning ability of movement coordination. Secondly, there is significant relationship between the level of fatigue and the learning ability of movement coordination. Thirdly, there is significant relationship between cardio respiratory fitness and level of fatigue in the learning ability of movement coordination.
