Abstract

This study 1) recognize and characterize the interpersonal communication styles of a husband and wife without children; 2) Assess the impact of interpersonal communication on the quality of relationships between husband and wife who do not yet have children; 3) Identify the strategies and mechanisms used by estranged relatives who do not have children to address communication challenges in their relationships; and 4) Offering practical advice to marriage counselors based on the results of their research. The qualitative research approach was used to understand events in life from the viewpoint of the one going through them. The finding showed that Husband and wife interactions not accompanied by children are typically more passionate and emotional. Social pressure, expectations from the extended family, and feelings of inferiority are some of the difficulties faced by a husband and wife who are not yet parents. Open and sincere communication styles are typically employed by harmonious couples. This kind of support lessens stress and makes the emotional connection between a husband and wife stronger. New insights into the subject of communication studies are offered by this study. This study takes a holistic approach, taking into account several variables that affect communication, such as emotional support, cultural expectations, and social pressure. This study pinpoints the successful communication techniques employed by harmonious couples, offering helpful advice to other couples in like circumstances. This study offers a fresh viewpoint on the function of social support in the dynamics of marital communication by highlighting the significance of emotional support from a range of sources in assisting couples in overcoming stress and obstacles.

Abstract

Industri pendidikan saat ini menjadikan pemasaran secara daring sebagai fokus untuk meraih target penerimaan siswa/i baru secara signifikan. Hal ini juga diterapkan oleh salah satu sekolah MA Al-Jawami yang berada dibawah naungan Pesantren Al Jawami. Phenomena ini memunculkan sebuah gap tersendiri dikarenakan seluruh aktifitas di masa pandemic Covid-19 menjadi terbatas dimana pemasaran yang biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka (onsite) harus berubah menjadi kegiatan pemasaran secara daring (online) guna meningkatakan citra supaya tetap tercapainya target admisi (PPDB). Maka, diperlukan aktifitas untuk meningkatkan citra Pesantren Al-Jawami dengan cara meningkatkan kepuasan para siswanya terkait kualitas pendidikan di Pesantren Al- Jawami dengan cara memberikan pelatihan dengan metode terkini. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, tim Dosen Universitas Telkom yang berkeahlian Digital Marketing dan Public Relations bersinergi untuk memberikan pelatihan terkini yang fokus pada pemanfaatan digital marketing. Berdasarkan kegiatan tersebut, pihak Pesantren melalui MA Al-Jawami telah berhasil memberikan sebuah update dan upgrade tentang digital marketing bagi para siswa entrepreneur dan bagi yang baru mau merintis usahanya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini juga berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan citra dari Pesantren Al-Jawami karena para siswa diberikan kepuasan dan paham tentang pentingnya Marketing Public Relations dan dapat mereka implementasikan di usaha mereka sendiri.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out the systematic explanation of communication between teachers and students in increasing learning motivation at SDN Gumuruh 8 Bandung City. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a qualitative research type, data collection is done through in-depth interviews and informant reporting methods, and data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. will be used. The results of the study show that organized communication between teachers and students motivates learning through direct (face to face) and indirect (through the media) communication at SDN Gumuruh 8 Bandung City. The supporting element in organizational communication is the existence of effective interaction with students which motivates learning. This includes, for example, developing lesson plans, appropriate instructional media, overcoming difficulties faced by students during the learning process, and carrying out work assessments to then improve the communication process between teachers and students.

Abstract

Music is a powerful communication tool in health communication that can affect the physical, mental and emotional aspects of individuals. Music is also used as a means to deliver health messages. Music has various genres that continue to grow ranging from Pop, Hip Hop, RB, Reggae, Jazz, and others. These music genres then develop into sub-genres of music, one of which is K-Pop or Korean Pop. Indonesia is the third most streamed country in K-Pop music. According to a report from Twitter, Indonesia is the country with the most K-Pop fans in the world. The K-Pop phenomenon in Indonesia is very rampant, especially among young people, especially generation Z. One of the boy groups from South Korea that is currently actively working is Treasure. Treasure specifically released several songs that contain support for fans, one of which is the song "My Treasure". This research uses Stuart Hall's Reception Analysis which discusses how audiences receive messages or interpret and digest messages, as well as semiotic analysis by Ferdinand De Saussure to examine the meaning of the messages conveyed in the song My Treasure. The meaning of the song "My Treasure" can be understood as a message about self-worth, happiness, and hope. Through the reception analysis, it was found that the majority of informants were in the dominant hegemony position, while the rest were in the negotiation position.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat yang terjadi pada aliran komunikasi di Bikin Kretaif Digital Agency. Metode penelitian pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakn teknik observasi partisipasi, teknik wawancara semiterstruktur, dan dokumentasi, serta menggunakan alat bantu penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data kualitatif pada penulisan yaitu menggunakan software Nvivo. Adapun narasumber pada penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang yang merupakan karyawan Bikin Kreatif Digital Agency. Pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif dalam suatu tim dapat terlihat dalam bagaimana informasi disampaikan, dipahami, dan diimplementasikan oleh setiap anggota tim. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bahwa Faktor penghambat, seperti keterbatasan waktu, miskomunikasi, dan tingginya nilai komplain satu pintu, memberikan pandangan mendalam tentang area-area yang perlu diperbaiki. Perhatian khusus terhadap manajemen waktu, pencegahan miskomunikasi, dan penanganan komplain menjadi krusial untuk memastikan kesinambungan operasional dan kepuasan klien.
