Abstract

Project management is a strategy that needs to be done in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company. Developments in the era of technology in this period are in line with the development of SMEs engaged in the field of karawo craft services, such as Rumah Karawo. The project planning can be prepared using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Project management can also be used to estimate the project acceleration (crasing) at Karawo House. With the preparation of a good project management, it can be estimated the time and cost needed to run the project, so as to minimize cost losses due to the possibility of project overturning. The development of a project management plan carried out using a waterfall.

Abstract

Jenis gas LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) ukuran 3 kg hanya diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat miskin dan pelaku UKM, tetapi jenis gas ini juga dinikmati oleh masyarakat yang mampu dan pelaku industry. Hal ini terjadi karena tidak adanya sistem pengawasan yang terkomputerisasi mengenai pendistribusian gas LPG 3 kg yang dilakukan oleh agen dan pangkalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pendistribusian gas LPG 3 kg di PT.P(Persero) Gorontalo berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Prototype. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem aplikasi yang memberikan hak akses bagi admin untuk dapat menginputkan data yang dibutuhkan seperti data pelanggan, data pangkalan, data distribusi ke pangkalan dan data distribusi ke pelanggan. Sistem ini juga dapat mempermudah pihak agen dalam proses pendistribusian gas LPG 3 kg dan membantu PT.P(Persero) Gorontalo dalam proses pengawasan. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in 3kg packaging is reserved actually for poor and SMEs, yet the gas is also utilized by well-off people and business owners. This occurs because of the absence of computerized surveillance systems of the gas distribution by the agent and outlet. This study aimed to develop a web-based system of 3kg Liquefied Petroleum Gas information distribution in PT.P(Persero) Gorontalo; a prototype model was used to develop the system. This research resulted in a system that provides access rights for administrators to be able to input required data, such as customer data, outlet data, outlet distribution data, and customer distribution data. The systems also help the process of 3kg Liquefied Petroleum Gas distribution and PT.P(Persero) Gorontalo in terms of the supervision process.

Abstract

Desa Botutonuo adalah salah satu desa di Kecamatan Kabila Bone Kabupaten Bone Bolango yang memiliki berbagai macam potensi terutama potensi wisata bahari. Namun demikian, jika dinilai dari segi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, maka potensi ini masih perlu dikelola lebih baik lagi dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk melakukan publikasi ataupun promosi pariwisata yang ada. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam mengelola dan mempromosikan potensi Desa Botutonuo terutama dalam sektor pariwisata. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk memudahkan aparat desa dalam mengelola administrasi kependudukan melalui implementasi sistem informasi desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan bagi aparat desa maupun masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung dengan sukses dan mendapatkan apresiasi yang sangat baik dari pemerintah desa dan masyarakat.

Abstract

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya minat belajar siswa kelas X TKJ pada mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar khususnya materi yang membahas pengkodingan, dan masalah lainnya yakni, siswa masih kesulitan dalam mencari sumber belajar dikarenakan ketersediaan buku pembelajaran yang kurang. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran berbasis android, diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi bagi para murid dimana siswa dapat belajar tanpa kesulitan mencari sumber atau buku yang ada dan diharapkan bisa meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan belajar siswa kelas x smk negeri 3 gorontalo pada saat menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Android. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode interview, kuesioner dan observasi.Dari hasil analisis data, telah diuji kelayakan oleh ahli materi dan juga ahli media dengan perolehan nilai untuk ahli materi 88% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Sedangkan untuk kelayakan ahli media diperoleh nilai sebesar 90% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Adapun untuk uji responden siswa diperoleh nilai sebesar 88.4% dengan kategori “sangat layak”.

Abstract

Evaluasi SPBE yang ada di Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo masih belum maksimal, untuk proses peningkatan Teknologi yang digunakan perlu diadakannya Evaluasi terlebih dahulu terhadap Layanan dan juga Tata Kelola, sehingga dalam perencanaan instansi untuk pengembangan Sistem yang diterapkan bisa melihat kinerja Sistem dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Tujuan dari evaluasi ini adalah untuk melihat tingkat kematangan (maturity level) dari segi Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik. Pengukuran tingkat kematangan menggunakan 3 Domain 7 Aspek dan 14 indikator SPBE dan 2 indikator tambahan yang disesuaikan dengan Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan SIMPEG berdasarkan SPBE memiliki predikat “BAIK” dengan total nilai indeks 3.4. Beberapa indikator yang memiliki predikat indeks “kurang” atau nilai indeks dibawah 1,8 akan menjadikan indikator tersebut sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan untuk SIMPEG Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo.

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bone Bolango Regency is a regional organization that carries out government affairs in the administration field in the form of issuing KTP-E, KK, Birth/Death Certificates, Child Identity Cards and other population information such as moving in, changing addresses and changing status. The Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) method describes a business process diagram which is based on flowchart techniques, structured to create graphical models of business operations where there are activities and flow controls that define work sequences. The results of the analysis of time on the KK online service business process require a minimum of 34 minutes, a maximum of 42 minutes, an average time of 38 minutes and the total takes 7 hours 24 minutes. Then the time analysis of birth certificates takes a minimum of 30 minutes, a maximum of 46 minutes, an average of 36 minutes 40 seconds and a total of 3 hours 34 minutes. And for a death certificate it takes a minimum of 30 minutes, a maximum of 1 hour 2 minutes, an average of 40 minutes and the whole takes 2 hours 36 minutes.

Abstract

Abstract Disaster often appear in the news media, ranging from floods, fires, landslides and tsunamis or other disasters. At the time of the accidents that came to happen perhaps people will forget the circumtances around it, because they think about their own safety and belongings. Therefore, it requires a system that can help community in calling for assistance to the disaster management. The aims of thi s study is to augment community choice in asking for help from disaster management. Abstract

Party equipment loan service is a place to serve all party-related equipment. It is currently such a secondary need for Gorontalo City and Gorontalo District community when organizing. Certain Party which requires supporting equipment such as frame tent, documentation, cosmetic, and others. Because of lots of service providers, users experience difficulty in choosing the wanted one. In addition, user highly need to have information related to an accurate provider location. Objective of this research was to design a system which a could provide a party equipment loan service by applying GIS technology. The technology was helpful for community to help them find the information associated with the party equipment loan service along with its location.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is the assessment of each item of activities of teacher's main tasks for the purposes of career, rank, and position development. School accreditation is a systematic and comprehensive assessment for school through self-evaluation and external evaluation (visitation) in order to determine the feasibility and performance of the school. The observation results revealed that the school and teacher performance assessment records were still in the form of archive documents, which were less effective and accurate. Meanwhile, the data storage also used manual system. Therefore, based on the aforementioned problem, this research aimed to design an information system at the Education Board of Gorontalo Regency. System development employed waterfall method, a classical method with systematic and sequential model in terms of software development. The method consisted of five stages, namely : 1) analysis, 2) system design, 3) system implementation, 4) system testing, 5) system maintenance, and also used PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results showed that this application was dependable in assisting the school and the accessor in terms of assessing the performance of teacher and school, respectively.
