Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bone Bolango Regency is a regional organization that carries out government affairs in the administration field in the form of issuing KTP-E, KK, Birth/Death Certificates, Child Identity Cards and other population information such as moving in, changing addresses and changing status. The Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) method describes a business process diagram which is based on flowchart techniques, structured to create graphical models of business operations where there are activities and flow controls that define work sequences. The results of the analysis of time on the KK online service business process require a minimum of 34 minutes, a maximum of 42 minutes, an average time of 38 minutes and the total takes 7 hours 24 minutes. Then the time analysis of birth certificates takes a minimum of 30 minutes, a maximum of 46 minutes, an average of 36 minutes 40 seconds and a total of 3 hours 34 minutes. And for a death certificate it takes a minimum of 30 minutes, a maximum of 1 hour 2 minutes, an average of 40 minutes and the whole takes 2 hours 36 minutes.

Abstract

Abstract Disaster often appear in the news media, ranging from floods, fires, landslides and tsunamis or other disasters. At the time of the accidents that came to happen perhaps people will forget the circumtances around it, because they think about their own safety and belongings. Therefore, it requires a system that can help community in calling for assistance to the disaster management. The aims of thi s study is to augment community choice in asking for help from disaster management. Abstract

Party equipment loan service is a place to serve all party-related equipment. It is currently such a secondary need for Gorontalo City and Gorontalo District community when organizing. Certain Party which requires supporting equipment such as frame tent, documentation, cosmetic, and others. Because of lots of service providers, users experience difficulty in choosing the wanted one. In addition, user highly need to have information related to an accurate provider location. Objective of this research was to design a system which a could provide a party equipment loan service by applying GIS technology. The technology was helpful for community to help them find the information associated with the party equipment loan service along with its location.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is the assessment of each item of activities of teacher's main tasks for the purposes of career, rank, and position development. School accreditation is a systematic and comprehensive assessment for school through self-evaluation and external evaluation (visitation) in order to determine the feasibility and performance of the school. The observation results revealed that the school and teacher performance assessment records were still in the form of archive documents, which were less effective and accurate. Meanwhile, the data storage also used manual system. Therefore, based on the aforementioned problem, this research aimed to design an information system at the Education Board of Gorontalo Regency. System development employed waterfall method, a classical method with systematic and sequential model in terms of software development. The method consisted of five stages, namely : 1) analysis, 2) system design, 3) system implementation, 4) system testing, 5) system maintenance, and also used PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results showed that this application was dependable in assisting the school and the accessor in terms of assessing the performance of teacher and school, respectively.
