Malaysia is a country in Southeast Asia that has a rapid rate of economic progress. Since the late 1980s until the 2000s the rate of growth of Malaysias economy nearly tripled. This achievement did not escape capacity charismatic leader of Malaysia, Mahathir Mohammad who is has launched a program of Malaysia Vision 2020. Malaysian Vision 2020 is a policy that contains a variety of economic development strategies concepts in a systematic and planned figures declared by the founder (founding father) as a condition of rational and systematic Malaysia can bring progress toward better national development.This study used descriptive qualitative methodology, in which the collected data is non-numeric. While data collection techniques used are library research. Then the theory is used to answer the formulation / identification problem is constructivism theory elaborated by policy-making capacity which is then associated with the development of the theory negara.teori international cooperation, foreign policy are realized through cooperation with the United States governmentefforts / policies implemented by the Malaysian government in realizing the agenda of Malaysia Vision 2020 in collaboration with the U.S. government through the equation of understanding the vision of leaders of both countries are realized through the visit and tour of the state, is realized through the development of cooperation in the economic, political, social and cultural.Keyword : Political Economy and malaysia malaysian vision 2020

Technology changes every day and makes life easier. Related to this, the purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics or behavior analysis of Generation Y in using search engine for travel purposes.By definition, Gen Ys or Millennial Generation are those young people who were born between the year of 1990 to 2000. They are also the first generation to have spend their entire life in the digital environment. Nowadays, we could find Gen Ys actively contributes, shares, searches for tourism purposes. The research is focus on the tendency and preferences of the youngsters who are willingly go to travelling website and looking for information before travel. The research method in this study is survey research. The research object is students who were categorized as Gen Y at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Malaysia. The respondents were sent an email message describing the study and inviting them to participate via online questionnaire using Google Form. Through this method the sample and data were collected. Study results would be expected to discover their behaviour in using the search engine before travelling. This study is also expected to give a huge impact on how to spread the information about travel and tourism industry such as tourist attraction, accommodation, transportation and culinary arts preferences. In a separate discussion about the future of the world, it was clear the Gen Ys are generally well equipped to deal with the leadership and societal challenges we all will be facing in the near future.

Persons with disabilities are a diverse group of people, including persons with disabilities who have physical disabilities, mental disabilities or a combination of physical and mental disabilities. many people with disabilities are exploited such as busking and begging. However, in the effort to protect the rights of persons with disabilities that are free from discrimination and exploitation, there are still many problems in giving punishment to people who exploit persons with disabilities. The problems in this thesis, namely: First, How is the application of criminal provisions against the exploitation of persons with disabilities in Pekanbaru City? Second, what are the obstacles in enforcing criminal sanctions and the government's efforts to minimize exploitation of persons with disabilities in Pekanbaru City?This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological juridical research. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, while the sample population was all parties related to the problems examined in this study, the data sources used, primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study by interview, observation and literature study.From the research, there are two things that can be concluded. First, Law Enforcement conducted by the Pekanbaru City Police against the exploits of persons with disabilities has so far never been enforced. This is because there are no complaints from victims or injured parties in this case. Secondly, the obstacles in the eradication of exploitation perpetrators are the lack of coordination of the police with other agencies such as the Satpol PP and the Pekanbaru City Social Service and the efforts made by the Pekanbaru City Police Criminal Investigation to minimize the exploitation of persons with disabilities including socializing and educating persons with disabilities regarding Law No. 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities.Keywords: Explotation, Persons with Disabilities, Pekanbaru City,

Hotspot is one of the indicators of forest and land fires which is usually checked in the field through an integrated patrol program by a team formed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK). The findings from these patrol activities are usually reported through texts posted in the chat group media using the WhatsApp application. This method is, however, considered ineffective in presenting information queries from the patrol data. Therefore, this research aims to develop a mobile application to record data retrieved during forest and land fire patrols in the Sumatra region. The prototyping system development method was applied and this includes analyzing the needs of the user, designing and modeling the prototype, coding the system, testing the system, and system usage. Moreover, the Ionic 3 framework was employed in the system development through the application of the API from the back-end module. The application was integrated into the Google Maps Application Programming Interface (API) and the system was tested using the Blackbox method to show the features in the system function effectively.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran nilai aksiologi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran IPA. Aksiologi, sebagai cabang filsafat yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai estetika dan etika, berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter pembelajaran yang tidak hanya fokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga pada pengembangan sikap sosial dan etis siswa. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kajian literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis 15 literatur yang relevan mengenai penerapan filsafat ilmu, khususnya nilai aksiologi, dalam pendidikan IPA dan desain media pembelajaran. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria relevansi, kualitas sumber, dan publikasi dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama dan hubungan antara nilai aksiologi dan karakteristik media pembelajaran IPA. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran IPA seharusnya tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat bantu untuk menyampaikan konsep-konsep ilmiah, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai aksiologi, seperti tanggung jawab sosial, kelestarian lingkungan, dan penerapan sains secara etis. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pengembangan media pembelajaran IPA memperhatikan integrasi nilai-nilai aksiologi dalam desain dan implementasinya untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang holistik dan berkarakter.

This research aims to determine the utilization status of silver rasbora (Rasbora argyrotaenia) in the Kampar Kiri River, Lipat Kain Village. This research was conducted in March-May 2024 in Sungai Kampar Kiri, Lipat Kain Village, Kampar Kiri Sub District. This research was carried out using a survey method to obtain primary data from measurements of fish caught. Fish sampling is carried out once a month for 3 months by seeing them directly in the Kampar Kiri River with the help of fishermen. The fish samples caught are put into a cool box and preserved using ice cubes. Then, they are taken to the laboratory to measure their length and weight for analysis using Microsoft Excel, FISAT II, and LB-SPR. This research obtained an SPR value for monitored fish of 83% or 0.83. The SPR value of this monitoring fish is still above the standard SPR limit (30% / 0.3). So, the status of silver rasbora utilization in the Kampar Kiri River is included in the under-exploited category

Olahraga memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan nasional karena dapat meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat, membentuk karakter, memperkuat persatuan, dan meningkatkan citra bangsa di tingkat internasional. Negara sebagai pemegang kebijakan memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mendorong kemajuan olahraga melalui penyusunan regulasi, penyediaan fasilitas, pembinaan atlet, serta kerja sama antar lembaga dan sektor swasta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif peran negara dalam pengembangan olahraga di Indonesia, menelaah kebijakan yang diterapkan, mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dan prestasi atlet. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen, yaitu penelaahan terhadap regulasi resmi, laporan kebijakan, dokumen perencanaan strategis, serta artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, dengan cara mengkaji hubungan antara kebijakan negara, tantangan implementasi, serta dampaknya terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dan prestasi atlet. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran negara dalam olahraga di Indonesia telah tertuang dalam kebijakan strategis seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2022 tentang Keolahragaan dan Desain Besar Olahraga Nasional (DBON). Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran, ketimpangan infrastruktur, dan lemahnya koordinasi antar lembaga. Dampaknya, meskipun terdapat peningkatan partisipasi dan prestasi, hasilnya belum merata secara nasional. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan tata kelola, kolaborasi multisektor, dan pendekatan berbasis komunitas dalam membangun sistem olahraga yang berkelanjutan.
