Abstract

The process of acceptance of lectures in STAH Lampung has an obstacle which is the duration of the data management process and subjectivity of decision taking especially because some of candidates which do not have different ability. This obstacle impacts in the duration of decision making process for lectures acceptance. Fuzzy logic is used as a way to map the problem from  input to output, the process of decision taking of lectures acceptance is using Mamdani Fuzzy method which is known as max-min method. The input variables that are used are IPK, experience, interview, and the interest variables while the output is final score. The selection process troughs several steps which are fuzzy group creating, implication function application, the rules composition, and defuzzy. This decision supporting system of lectures acceptance selection by using Mamdani FIS is able to give the specific and right score which is suitable with institution standard z ≥ 50 score.Key Words : STAH, Lecture, Decision Supporting System

Abstract

Learning styles could determine the effectiveness of the learning process as the dominant trend or type of student learning styles in tune with the type and character of his brain. Differences in learning styles in the classroom can lead to gaps in the classroom because of the differences in  absorption of information based on the learning styles of each student. Based on the gaps in the classroom, we need a system that can grouping students to maximize the absorption of information when learning takes place. The process of grouping students will be divided into two stages: the application of a rule-based reasoning methods and  the use of the type of grouping.Tthe process of rule-based reasoning has 12 rules with variable auditory, visual and kinesthetic. Percentage of each variable and  the tendency of learning styles and  their advice  of students learning methods, from will be grouping in partitional clustering and the non-exclusive clustering. Questionnaire is done by  twenty users, first  user fill  the questionnaire with the percentage of 15% Auditory, 20% Visual and  65%  Kinesthetic so that the first  user has concluded Kinesthetic learning style. Clustering can maximize the absorption of information because the learning methods are applied  in accordance with learning styles of  students in a class. Keywords: Questionnaire, Rules, and Knowledge Base

Abstract

Hemodialisa merupakan proses dialisis atau pencucian darah yang dilakukan pada orang yang ginjalnya tidak mampu lagi untuk melakukan penyaringan terhadap darah. Proses ini menyita waktu yang cukup banyak antara 4 samapai dengan 5 jam dimana setiap minggu nya pasien harus melakukannya sebanyak 3 sampai 5 kali. Lama waktu, jumlah alat, dan jumlah pasien yang tidak berimbang mengakibatkan lamanya proses antrian yang harus dihadapi oleh pasien. Aplikasi reservasi hemodialisis ini dirancang agar pasien dapat mendaftarkan dirinya untuk hemodialisa tanpa harus datang ke rumah sakit, sehingga pasien tidak perlu lelah mennggu di rumah sakit sebelum antriannya sampai. Selain itu aplikasi ini juga mencoba menerapkan metode shortest job first pada antrian, sehingga dapat memilah antrian pasien berdasarkan lama waktu pasien melakukan hemodialisa yang tercepat, sehingga waktu tunggu antara satu pasien dengan pasien lain menjadi lebih cepat. Aplikasi moble reservation hemodialisis ini akan dibangun berbasis android sehingga dapat digunkan dengan mudah oleh kalangan muda dan tua sekalipun. Dengan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan efisiensi waktu antrian pasien pada unit hemodialisis di ruma sakit Graha Husada Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Reservation, Hemodialisis,Shortest Job First.

Abstract

In this work we try to explore the use of  content based video retrieval  method to build an application in detecting moving object.  The application will detect and recognize human walking styleeness in intelligent security system. Recently, the growth of crime activities in our neighbors going very fast.  Further  more text or characters security system by using password has some disadvantages  such as easily to fraud , duplicate, and hard to remember as many passwords or PIN have to remember today. In order to solve to situation, intelligent security system urgently needed to protect our property and life.  It needed to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 12 monthhs  a year without tiring and exhausting. In this work we use content based video retrieval or CBVR in building the application.  Approximately 500 video clips of human walking style used in this research, it has 30 second to 60 seconds in each clip.  We use a moving glass doors to test and simulate the application, when a walking style detect and recognize .The simulation and testing show that application built from this research is quite good in detecting and recognizing one’s walking style, even though its accuracy and the effectiveness has not been calculated yet.Keywords : Video retrieval, intelligent security, walking styleness

Abstract

Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini merupakan masa yang sulit bagi UMKM karena mengalami penurunan pendapatan secara drastis. Faktor penyebabnya adalah pemasaran yang dilakukan selama ini masih konvensional, serta adanya pergeseran kebiasaan masyarakat yang berbelanja secara on-line karena kemudahannya. Berdasarkan situasi ini, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Pesawaran harus bergerak cepat untuk membantu UMKM dalam mengatasi masalah pemasaran online. Namun saat ini, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kabupaten Pesawaran masih belum memiliki website yang berisi informasi tentang profil beserta produk UMKM, dan belum ada marketplace online. Pengabdian ini melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk pengembangan website marketplace di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan kepada operator Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM untuk melakukan pengelolaan Website dan pelatihan pemasarann online ke UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar UMKM bisa bangkit dari keterpurukan dan bisa mengalami perkembangan. Selain itu, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kabupaten Pesawaran bisa memantau perkembangan UMKM dan menjadi dasar untuk pengambilan kebijakan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract-- Lung cancer is leading cause of death in the cancer group. In general, lung cancer has some symptoms, but at an early stage, symptoms are not perceived by the patient. As a result, when patients go to hospital, lung cancer has been diagnosed in middle or high stage. For early detection of lung cancer, necessary a decision support system based on computerized technology that can be utilized by doctor needed to detection lung cancer. The clinical decision support system will help to determine specific medical treatment. The clinical decision support system capable to know data input and produce output result by learning process. The learning process is  part of process in artificial neural network (ANN). Many methods used in ANN as Backpropagation (BP)learning algorithm. Abstract

Program ini menghasilkan sistem informasigeografis pariwisata berbasis android sehingga menjadi sebuah interface yang membantu Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Lampung untuk menginformasikan objek wisata dan jarak terdekat dengan fasilitas – fasilitasnya. System informasi geografis ini mampu menjadi salah satu media pengenalan objek wisata dan berdampak terhadap peningkatan animo dan jumlah wisatawan yang akan berkunjung ke Provinsi Lampung. Pada proses penghitungan rute terpendek terdapat dua macam proses yaitu proses pemberian label dan proses pemberian node sehingga memberikan informasi jarak terdekat dari titik pencari informasi. Aplikasi ini disebut dengan E-tourism mobile berbasiskan system operasi android dapat dijalankan melalui smartphone oleh para wisatawan, E-Tourisme ini difasilitasi dengan fungsi pemilihan tempat wisata, penjadwalan kegiatan wisata, memberikan pengguna untuk memberikan rating dan komentar bagus untuk suatu tempat wisata dan estimasi waktu serta rute yang akan ditempuh untuk menuju ke tempat wisata

Abstract

Recording of meeting rooms is carried out by the Amalia Hotel marketing division by using calendar events and this takes a long time. The marketing division wants an application that is able to analyze meeting room packages that are ordered most quickly and accurately. To determine the meeting package that is most ordered at Amalia Hotel, the marketing division requires several criteria including the usage period, the name of the meeting room and meeting package. The divide and conquer method is applied by way of dividing the data of the use of meeting packages into two groups, determining the greatest value of each group, and combining the largest values of each group together to find the greatest value.The application applied is in accordance with the needs of the marketing division. Evidently when looking for packages that are most ordered from 140 data borrowing meeting packages, the application can display the percentage of meeting packages that are the most in order within 0.0018 ms. Applications can be developed using other sorting methods such as bubble sort and selection sort that can solve problems without dividing the problem into two groups first. Keywords: Application, Meeting Room, Meeting Room Package

Abstract

Cats are one of the pet mammals, but the difficulty of finding information in caring for and finding a cat is a priority problem for adopters or potential adopters. Therefore, it needs an application that contains a cat search feature to enclose information on caring for a given pet cat “rumah kucing pasifik” in an application.“rumah kucing pasifik” application implemented the sequential searching algorithm as a process of searching for cat data based on location data as search keywords. Software development used the prototype method which included designing a modelling system using the unified model language, interface design, coding and testing using the java programming language and using the firebase database.This application eased to find independent cats for adoption and cat tracking services. The system built still had many shortcomings. Therefore, it still needed improvement and development for further research, such as adding keywords based on cat gender and cat breed.Keywords: Search, Cat Animal
