Abstract

Millennial generation contributes significantly to the Indonesian economy. This generation has successors who are called the Alfa generations who will inherit and succeed in reaching the Millennial generation. However, based on official Indonesian government data, it is proven that there are still many Alfa Generation children who are malnourished and have special stunting in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. This is allegedly due to lack of education of the millennial generation itself regarding malnutrition for children's development. Therefore, this Community Service activity is carried out to provide education for the older generation of Alfa which is mostly obtained from millennial generation. This social activity is carried out in the Church of St. Fransiskus Xaferius, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. This activity is conducted to educate their parents to be more concern about healthy lifestyles to update nutrition issues in Indonesia. This activity is useful to increase knowledge and awareness about the importance of a good lifestyle for ASAK (Ayo Sekolah Ayo Kuliah).

Abstract

This research aims to get information about the relationship between sales patterns carried out by CV. Dian Abadi Jaya workshop by using APRIORI algorithms through transaction data sets carried out by customers. The subject of research is a record of shopping cart transactions made by customers, namely vehicle parts sales transactions and vehicle repair service transactions. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The criteria used in this research are a minimum of frequent itemset of 20 transactions with support criteria of 1,7%, confidence value of 40% and lift ratio value above 1. The results of the research have produced 9 sales pattern relationships with the highest confidence of 100%. The results that have been obtained are expected to help the CV. Dian Abadi Jaya workshop in making a decision for the next sale.

Abstract

The conflict between the Corporation and the Workforce is a global phenomenon from time to time that has an impact on changing social conditions. However, the development of law faces obstacles in responding to habits that have been passed down from generation to generation in society. The function of this research is to seek answers in terms of legal certainty and justice regarding the development of legal relations with people's habits in work ethics in the era of modernization and constitutional interpretation of the modernization era that supports sustainable economic development and is in accordance with the identity of the Indonesian nation. This study uses a quantitative juridical analysis method, which is in the form of in-depth research on legal materials and data as usual as normative law. Furthermore, the results of the analysis will be linked to the problems in this study to produce an objective assessment to answer the problems in the study. The results of the study show the steps that must be taken by the Government in a strategic role to make reforms quickly and precisely so that statutory norms can be consistent with the development of society, especially due to developments in work and business ethics. Then, the most ideal and relevant constitutional interpretations for the ratification of the Work Creation 2020 Omnibus Law, namely: Consensualism (current developments), Prudential (costs incurred and the benefits generated), and Futuristic (future conditions) with an emphasis on legal certainty and justice for employers and workers and on the significant socio-economic impacts on general welfare.

Abstract

The problem statement of this study was that checking and monitoring process in the computer laboratory of Institute of Informatics and Business (IIB) Darmajaya was less optimal because it was still carried out manually. This caused a difficulty for the head and assistants of the computer laboratory because the written data on paper were vulnerable, and easy to lose and scatter. According to this problem, an application was needed not only for the assistants of the computer laboratory who used it to record the checked-list data but also for the head of the computer laboratory who used it to monitor the readiness of the laboratory in real time. It was expected that the application was able to facilitate the checking and monitoring process for the assistants of the computer laboratory. Moreover, the application was expected to facilitate the head of the computer laboratory to monitor the readiness of the computer laboratory by looking at checked lists data stored in the database.Keywords: Monitoring, Real Time, Computer Laboratory

Abstract

In this work we try to explore the use of  content based video retrieval  method to build an application in detecting moving object.  The application will detect and recognize human walking styleeness in intelligent security system. Recently, the growth of crime activities in our neighbors going very fast.  Further  more text or characters security system by using password has some disadvantages  such as easily to fraud , duplicate, and hard to remember as many passwords or PIN have to remember today. In order to solve to situation, intelligent security system urgently needed to protect our property and life.  It needed to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 12 monthhs  a year without tiring and exhausting. In this work we use content based video retrieval or CBVR in building the application.  Approximately 500 video clips of human walking style used in this research, it has 30 second to 60 seconds in each clip.  We use a moving glass doors to test and simulate the application, when a walking style detect and recognize .The simulation and testing show that application built from this research is quite good in detecting and recognizing one’s walking style, even though its accuracy and the effectiveness has not been calculated yet.Keywords : Video retrieval, intelligent security, walking styleness

Abstract

Learning styles could determine the effectiveness of the learning process as the dominant trend or type of student learning styles in tune with the type and character of his brain. Differences in learning styles in the classroom can lead to gaps in the classroom because of the differences in  absorption of information based on the learning styles of each student. Based on the gaps in the classroom, we need a system that can grouping students to maximize the absorption of information when learning takes place. The process of grouping students will be divided into two stages: the application of a rule-based reasoning methods and  the use of the type of grouping.Tthe process of rule-based reasoning has 12 rules with variable auditory, visual and kinesthetic. Percentage of each variable and  the tendency of learning styles and  their advice  of students learning methods, from will be grouping in partitional clustering and the non-exclusive clustering. Questionnaire is done by  twenty users, first  user fill  the questionnaire with the percentage of 15% Auditory, 20% Visual and  65%  Kinesthetic so that the first  user has concluded Kinesthetic learning style. Clustering can maximize the absorption of information because the learning methods are applied  in accordance with learning styles of  students in a class. Keywords: Questionnaire, Rules, and Knowledge Base

Abstract

Criminal procedural law regulates the proceedings with all existing authorities in accordance with written procedures, this is in accordance with lex scripta which means that everything carried out in the investigation and investigation process must be in accordance with the Regulation of the Head of the Indonesian National Police Number 6 of 2019 in article t. -10 regarding the process of investigating criminal acts. This raises in the discussion of this research case, which has a problem regarding how the validity of the act of reducing the status of the investigation case to an investigation by the Bangka Belitung Police against Police Report Number: LP 3388/VII/2016/PMJ/DITRESKRIMSUS? This study uses a deductive research method that relies on theories as a research tool in presenting the results of the analysis in the form of a qualitative descriptive objective assessment in order to answer the problems in the research. The results of the study indicate that the act of delegating is legally valid based on Presidential Regulation Number 52 of 2010 concerning Organizational Structure and State Work Procedures of the Republic of Indonesia accompanied by opinions and quotes collected from experts in criminal procedural law, it can be said that Polda Metro Jaya and Polda Bangka Belitung have equal authority and rights to carry out an investigation/investigation of a criminal case, so the views and decisions of each investigation must be carried out.

Abstract

This research is in the form of an IoT-based parking system, which can help the transportation department. Currently, there are several obstacles experienced in collecting parking levies in the field, the absence of automatic and real-time information on four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles and the processing of vehicle parking tax levies is not transparent. One of the components of local revenue is the motor vehicle tax, in Bandar Lampung City, the implementation is still not optimal. This type of On Street Parking parking service uses the curb to park motor vehicles, generally guarded by a parking attendant with a parking location that has been determined by the parking manager. At each On Street Parking parking point, parking attendants are facilitated with a tool in the form of "Monitor Parking", with detection cameras that take pictures of motor vehicle license plates and store them in a database. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technique of annotated plate data, and generates data again. The design results are in the form of a vehicle parking monitoring tool that can be run through portable gadgets. The "Monitor Parking" tool is easy to use and can help make it easier for parking attendants and the Transportation Agency to monitor parking in the field.

Abstract

The development of incresingly sophisticated information technology has presented various applications that users can use to complete their tasks. This study aims to design and build a competency-based thesis supervisor recommendation system software.The software development method used is the scrum method; this is done to predict and see any errors that arise during the initial development of the application. The Scrum method includes the Product backlog, Sprint backlog and Increment using the Sequential searching algorithm for pseudocode.The results of this study are the recommendation system software for thesis supervisors. This system makes it easier for students doing their thesis to get supervisors according to the lecturer's specialization and expertise. This system can display student data, specializations, lecturer research and lecturer recommendations for thesis supervisors. Keywords: Application, Scrum method

Abstract

Company Profile merupakan penjelasan mengenai perusahaan termasuk produknya secara verbal maupun grafik yang mengangkat corporate value serta product value serta keunggulan perusahaan dibandingkan pesaing berdasarkan kedua value di atas. Metode ADDIE merupakan singkatan yang mengacu pada proses-proses utama dari proses pengembangan sistem pembelajaran yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Inovasi baru dibutuhkan dalam menyampaikan informasi profil Program Studi Teknik Informatika Institut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya dalam bentuk animasi yang akan memberikan kesan lebih menarik bagi para pengguna khususnya calon mahasiswa baru dan juga pihak luar. Pembuatan animasi 2D tentang profil program studi Teknik Informatika sebagai media informasi untuk memperkenalkan Program Studi Teknik Informatika IIB Darmajaya kepada calon mahasiswa menggunakan teknik Motion Graphics.
