Abstract

The overall health of the body includes oral and dental health. The aftereffects of the 2018 Riskesdas show that most of the Indonesian populace (94.7%) has great tooth brushing propensities, specifically they have carried out the way of behaving of cleaning their teeth consistently. Sadly, however, only 2.8% of this number brush their teeth correctly, at least twice per day—in the morning after breakfast and at night before bed. The use of chlorhexidine as a mouthwash is a periodontal treatment because it has antiseptic properties, inhibiting plaque formation. The aim of this study was to determine the difference between gargling using Chlorhexidine Gluconate after brushing your teeth and not rinsing your mouth. The research process was carried out at the Karya Adi Husada Mataram Dental Health Academy and was carried out by observing samples between those who gargled using Chlorhexidine gluconate and those who did not gargle. The research results show significant results in the univariate analysis statistical test, namely from the results of statistical tests using the univariate analysis test, the count is 85,154 tables with α0.05, which is 14,6114, meaning the count is greater than the table so Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in OHIS values between those who gargle Chlorhexidine gluconate and those who do not gargle Chlorhexidine gluconate, where the OHIS value of Chlorhexidine gluconate mouthwash users is better than the OHIS value of students who do not gargle Chlorhexidine gluconate.

Abstract

It is very important for everyone to know their blood type, and blood type testing is essential to fulfill the need for blood transfusions. The main problem with blood transfusions and blood group testing is that most Indonesians still do not know their blood type. In addition, public awareness of the importance of blood group testing continues to increase. In this community service program, blood donor alert school means students who are aware, willing, and able to donate their blood quickly with blood type data. The first step is blood group identification. Blood donor alert schools have existed since the beginning. One of the partners in this service initiative is Al Syukro Universal Islamic High School. Blood group checks, counseling, and surveys to identify student characteristics are all part of the procedures used. The result of respondents' understanding was good at 73% before the blood type education to raise awareness of high school students about their readiness for blood donation; afterwards, 62% were good and 13% were excellent. In summary, this counseling activity helped students understand more about blood and blood type and prepared them to become blood donors. As a result, Al Syukro Universal Islamic High School has students who are ready to become blood donors.

Abstract

Public organizations face challenges in budget management accountability, including the continuously increasing budget, recurring findings of budget management non-compliance, dispersed work units across Indonesia, and limited auditor human resources. This case study aims to provide an understanding of the effectiveness of continuous auditing implementation in the public sector, particularly within the Ministry of ABC. The Ministry of ABC plays a strategic role in governance, involving functions such as planning, fund allocation, monitoring, and controlling development planning. From the budget management perspective, it is not excessively large but has complexity due to managing funds sourced from pure domestic currency and foreign loans and grants. To achieve the research objectives, we conducted interviews with auditors, made observations, and reviewed documents related to the implementation of continuous auditing in the organization. The research findings indicate that the implementation of continuous auditing in the ministry has largely reached level IV (continuous auditing) for five criteria, namely data access and retrieval, automated auditing and analysis methods, internal audit unit, audit objectives and human resources, and there is one criterion at level III (structure analysis), namely the audit approach and monitoring. Level IV indicates that the organization's internal control has been institutionalized into continuous auditing by conducting continuous testing and reporting internal control. Internal audit has used advanced analytical methods, developed audit plans, and dashboards for visualizing the results of data analysis and trends. Based on the research results, it is expected to provide lessons learned to enhance budget management accountability and best practices for other government agencies to adopt continuous auditing methodologies.

Abstract

Global scrutiny pressures firms toward responsible tax and sustainability. This study investigates the role of ESG practices on corporate tax compliance behavior. This study employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review of 30 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2021 and 2025. The findings reveal a mixed pattern, most evidence suggests that strong ESG performance and disclosure reduce tax avoidance and foster transparency, although variations emerge across ESG dimensions, governance mechanisms, and institutional environments. Key enabling determinants include disclosure specificity (adherence to GRI tax standards), board oversight strength, well-aligned fiscal-environmental incentive structures, ethical organizational culture, and robust internal control systems. Conversely, the impact of ESG on tax compliance weakens due to heterogeneous ESG and tax measurement proxies, a lack of reporting standard integration, and inconsistencies in legal enforcement across jurisdictions. The gap analysis highlights the urgent need for standardization of corporate tax responsibility indicators, the application of virtue-ethics governance models in emerging markets, and more rigorous causal testing using IV or DID approaches to address simultaneity and endogeneity. This study contributes to advancing sustainability-driven fiscal governance frameworks and offers actionable insights for corporations aiming to integrate ESG commitments into accountable tax governance.
