Abstract

Penelitian tentang Analisis Struktur Tari Guel ini mengangkat masalah tentang bagaimana analisis gerak tari Guel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang analisis gerak tari Guel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah pemimpin sanggar dan penari sanggar Mapesga Banda Aceh sedangkan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah tari Guel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisisi data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verivikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa analisis struktur Tari Guel dapat ditinjau dari dari 2 aspek yaitu tari Guel berdasarkan gerak kepala, gerak badan, gerak tangan, gerak kaki dan tari Guel berdasarkan unsur gerak meliputi motif gerak, frase gerak, kalimat gerak dan gugus gerak. Tari Guel terdiri dari empat babak yaitu babak munatap, babak redep-dep, babak ketibung dan cincang nangka. Sedangkan tata hubungan yang terdapat di dalamnya yaitu tata hubungan Hierarkis Gramatikal dimana di dalamnya terdapat tata hubunngan Sintagmatis dan tata hubungan Paradigmatis.Kata Kunci: tari Guel, analisis struktur, kesenian Gayo.

Abstract

AbstrakPengabdian masyarakat adalah suatu gerakan proses pemberdayaan diri untuk kepentingan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat besifat kontinual dan jangka panjang karena dalam membangun sebuah masyarakat dibutuhkan proses yang panjang. Banyak aspek yang harus di sentuh untuk menjadikan masyarakat itu lebih baik, karakternya, budidayanya, sampai pola pikirnya harus disentuh untuk benar-benar menciptakan suatu masyarakat yang lebih baik dan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, ekonomi masyarakat harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan perencanaan program yang terstruktur dan melibatkan banyak pihak sesuai dengan wewenang dan kompetensinya. Guna mewujudkan tangggung jawab dan semangat ingin mengabdi kepada masyarakat, peneliti melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dikemas dalam pemberdayaan bersinergi dengan pemerintahan desa Togubang kecamatan Geger kabupaten Bangkalan. Kegiatan pemberdayaan potensi Bangkalan Tahun 2024 ini mengusung tema “pemberdayaan potensi ekonomi desa Togubang kecamatan Geger melalui pemberdayaan potensi desa Oleh karena itu, Bidang Ekonomi pemberdayaan potensi desa Togubang berfokus pada pengembangan potensi ekonomi desa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM. Peneliti melakukan kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi: Pemasaran berbasis digital, Pengembangan usaha swasta didesa, Pengolahan produk unggulan desa, Pembuatan BumDes. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, masyarakat warga desa Togubang kecamatan Geger kabupaten Bangkalan merasakan sangat bermanfaat dengan adanya program pengabdian ini.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan potensi desa, Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, Profil Desa, Desa Togubang. AbstractCommunity service is a movement process of self-empowerment for the benefit of society. Community service is continuous and long-term because building a society requires a long process. There are many aspects that must be touched to make society better, its character, cultivation, and even thought patterns must be touched to truly create a better and better society. Therefore, the community economy must be carried out in a sustainable manner with structured program planning and involving many parties in accordance with their authority and competence. In order to realize responsibility and the spirit of wanting to serve the community, researchers implemented a community service program packaged in empowerment in synergy with the Togubang village government, Geger sub-district, Bangkalan district. The 2024 Bangkalan potential empowerment activity carries the theme "empowering the economic potential of Togubang village, Geger sub-district through empowering village potential. Therefore, the Economic Sector of Togubang village potential empowerment focuses on developing village economic potential through training and mentoring MSMEs. Researchers carried out activities including: digital-based marketing, development of private businesses in villages, processing of superior village products, creation of BumDes. Based on the results of the evaluation that has been carried out, the residents of Togubang village, Geger subdistrict, Bangkalan district feel that this service program is very beneficial.Keywords: empowerment of village potential, Sustainable Development Goals, Village Profile, Togubang Village.

Abstract

Strategic planning for sustainable development is a plan that is developed to ensure that development can take place in a sustainable manner, where The requirements of today's population can be fulfilled without jeopardizing the necessities of generations to come. Strategic planning for organizations and the business world is a solution to all the problems that arise when designing long-term plans. In this case, it is expected that leaders have the ability to plan by considering the problems, obstacles, and challenges faced by the organization, so that they can make strategic decisions. Formulate tactical plans that align with the requirements of the organization.In other words, strategic planning is required when designing programs that focus on sustainable development. Therefore, an understanding of the elements required for sustainable development, including the necessary factors and tools, at both national and local levels, is essential. This article is a review that discusses various aspects of strategic planning and sustainable development, as well as the process of preparing it, and the advantages that can be obtained through an organization or business.

Abstract

Human resources are important because they affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. One of the things that needs to be considered in HR management is employee performance. High employee performance is of course highly expected by every company because it will encourage the development of the company. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze employee job satisfaction in an effort to improve employee performance in the Regent's Office in the field of Economics and Natural Resources, Aceh Singkil Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research show that there is a sense of injustice felt by honorary employees. Because they feel that the existing compensation system is not transparent enough. This is of course a separate note for the agency to be able to measure how satisfied employees are with the existing compensation system. In creating job satisfaction, the management of the Regent's Office for Economics and Natural Resources, Aceh Singkil Regency, through the HR department, has focused on creating job satisfaction through three aspects, namely good HR management, a supportive work place and atmosphere, and an organizational culture that is in accordance with the agency's needs.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan regulasi emosi pada remaja melalui pendekatan psikoedukasi, guna mendukung kesehatan mental dan hubungan sosial positif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Dewantara dengan partisipasi 21 siswa kelas XI, yang terdiri dari 5 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan berusia 16–17 tahun. Psikoedukasi memberikan pemahaman tentang konsep regulasi emosi, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya, dan pentingnya kelekatan dengan teman sebaya. Metode pengabdian meliputi asesmen kebutuhan melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta penyampaian materi yang interaktif untuk mengajarkan keterampilan mengenali, mengelola, dan mengekspresikan emosi secara adaptif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih paham akan arti regulasi emosi dan pentingnya hubungan positif dengan teman sebaya, yang berdampak pada ketahanan emosional dan kesiapan menghadapi tekanan sosial. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah psikoedukasi memberikan manfaat nyata bagi peningkatan ketahanan emosional dan akademik siswa. Kata Kunci: Regulasi Emosi, Kelekatan, Teman Sebaya, Psikoedukasi

Abstract

The role of teachers in the educational process is not only limited to the instructional function but also includes a strategic role as a classroom manager responsible for creating a conducive learning environment. This activity aims to enhance teachers' competence in classroom management by promoting the understanding and application of educational management concepts. The methods used in this activity include interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and the preparation of follow-up plans. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in teachers' understanding of the fundamental principles of educational management, as well as their ability to design and implement effective classroom management strategies. Through this activity, teachers are expected to enhance their role in enhancing the quality of learning and fostering a positive classroom climate. This program is the first step in efforts to improve the quality of education at SD Negeri Sumber Harta through an applicable and sustainable managerial approach

Abstract

This study aims to identify the epistemological learning obstacles experienced by prospective mathematics teacher students in understanding the concept of limits in Calculus 1 lectures and the concept of limits. The primary focus of the analysis was conducted based on the categories of AVAE ERRORS (ARITH, VAR, AE, and EQS) related to the student's algebraic ability. The method employed was qualitative research involving 38 prospective mathematics teachers from one of the universities in West Java. Data was collected through written tests and confirmation interviews. The results showed that the most dominant epistemological learning obstacles were in the categories of AE (errors in algebraic expressions) and ARITH (arithmetic errors). These findings suggest that students struggle to apply prerequisite knowledge effectively to more complex limit problems. Therefore, a learning approach is needed that emphasizes not only algebraic procedures but also a deep conceptual understanding of the concept of limits.
