Abstract

Potensi wisata yang dimiliki kawasan Barelang sangat besar, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sarana penunjang berupa kapal wisata yang lebih baik dari kapal kayu. Dengan adanya penelitian, tentang perancangan kapal wisata dengan bentuk lambung katamaran yang menggunakan sistem penggerak layar ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengembangan potensi wisata di Barelang. Dalam  melaksanakan penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan perancangan yaitu perhitungan ukuran utama, membuat rencana garis, Perancangan layar,rencana umum, analisa hidrostatik, analisa stabilitas dan analisis olah gerak kapal. Serta pemilihan perlengkapan kapal dan motor induk berdasarkan hasil perhitungan daya motor dan analisa hambatan yang dialami kapal. Hasil perancangan kapal wisata ini berupa analisa hidrostatik, perencanaan dan analisa layar, gambar rencana umum, analisa stabilitas serta olah gerak kapal. Hasil analisa hidrostatik, letak titik bouyancy terletak dibelakang midship kapal sejauh 0,596 m. Hasil perencanaan dan analisa layar dengan sudut datang angin yang digunakan adalah 350, 450, 500, 600, 750 ,800,900,1000,1800. luasan layar (sail area) sebesar 60,9958 m² yang terdiri dari luasan mainsail sebesar 40,9958 m² dan foresail sebesar 20,00 m², dan tiang layar berada 4 m dari titik terluar haluan kapal. Hasil rencana umum, menunjukkan bahwa kapal wisata ini mampu membawa penumpang dengan kapasitas maksimum 17 orang. Pada tinjauan stabilitas, menunjukkan nilai GZ terbesar 2,84 m pada kondisi sepuluh yaitu saat membawa penumpang di samping kiri kapal dengan berat consumable 100%. Kapal wisata ini mempunyai olah gerak yang baik pada kondisi perairan Slight Water, Moderate Water, dan Rought Water dengan variasi wave heading 0°,90°,135°,180° dengan  dan tidak terjadi deck wetness

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Discipline, Responsibility and Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Asia Cocoa. The subjects of this study were employees of PT Asia Cocoa with the number of samples to be taken determined by the Slovin formula. The number of employees of PT Asia Cocoa is 43 people. By using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, the results are obtained with a 95% presentation level. Data obtained by a questionnaire system using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the analysis in the image above, it is known that the discipline variable (X1) has a composite reliability of 0.905> 0.600, then the variable X1 is reliable, then the responsibility variable (X2) gets the composite reliability with the result 0.988> 0.600. then the variable X2 is reliable, the commitment variable (X3) gets the composite reliability results 0.877> 0.600 then the X3 variable is reliable, and the employee performance variable (Y) with the composite reliability value is 0.971> 0.600 then Y is reliable. Discipline variable (X1) produces an original sample value of 0.102 with a P value of 0.674 <0.05, so that the variable X1 has a positive and insignificant effect on variable Y employee performance. The responsibility variable (X2) produces an original sample value of 0.800 with a P value of 0.001 <0.05, so that the variable X2 has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). The commitment variable (X3) produces an original sample value of 0.113 with a P value of 0.179 <0.05, so that the variable X3 has a positive and insignificant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). The amount of influence of Discipline (X1).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment, work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is object observation, data collection using a questionnaire and distributed to 74 respondents. Statistical data analysis used SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) and used paths to examine patterns of relationships that reveal the influence of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect effects assisted by Smart PLS Ver 3.0 software. The results of the research in this study show that leadership style has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.024 <0.05,
