Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the participation of the members of Farmer Women’s Group and their influence on the economic improvement of family members of women farmer groups. This research was carried out in the Appanang Village of Soppeng Regency, precisely the group of women who were Cora Uleng Farmer. The total population in the study was 40 members of the Farmer Women’s Group in the Appanang Village of Soppeng Regency. The sample collection used a saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of statistical data analysis, the summary model table explained the correlation used value or the relationship (R) of 0,613. From the influence of independent variables or participation of female farmer groups (X) on the dependent variable of family economic improvement (Y) indicated by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.626, it meant 62% of the influence of independent variables or participation of female farmer groups (X) on the dependent variable of economic improvement family (Y) in the Farmer Women’s Group of Cora Uleng, Appanang District, Soppeng Regency, the output showed in a good level.Keywords: influence, participation, family economicsABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk partisipasi anggota kelompok wanita tani dan pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan perekonomian keluarga anggota kelompok wanita tani. Penlitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Appanang Kabupaten Soppeng tepatnya  kelompok wanita tani cora uleng. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh anggota kelompok wanita tani di Kelurahan Appanang Kabupaten Soppeng yaitu sebanyak 40 anggota. Penarikan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data statistik tabel model summary, menjelaskan besarnya nilai korelasi atau hubungan (R) sebesar 0,613. Dari besar pengaruh variabel independen atau partisipasi kelompok wanita tani (X) terhadap variabel dependen peningkatan perekonomian keluarga (Y) ditunjukkan oleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,626 artinya 62% besar pengaruh variabel independen atau partispasi kelompok wanita tani (X) terhadap variabel dependen peningkatan perekonomian keluarga (Y) di Kelompok Wanita Tani Cora Uleng Kelurahan Appanang Kabupaten Soppeng, dari hasil output tersebut berada pada tingkat baik.Kata Kunci: pengaruh, partisipasi, perekonomian keluarga

Abstract

This study explains the quality of Makassar City Ombudsman Public Service through Social Media in the Covid-19 Era. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic requires online-based services and is carried out through social media. This study aims to examine and describe the role of social media in improving the quality of public services at the Makassar City Ombudsman office seen in indicators of the quality of public services, namely transparency, accountability, coordination, participation, equality of rights and continuity between rights and obligations. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. Collecting data using observation, interviews, documentation and media review. The results of this study are that the role of social media in improving the quality of public services seen from the aspects of transparency, accountability, coordination, participation, equality of rights and continuity of rights and obligations has been going well and is considered to have been maximized by the community. It can be concluded that social media has an important role to improve the quality of effective public services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for South Sulawesi Region, Makassar City. This study used a qualitative research and descriptive research type. Research informants amounted to 5 people. Data collection techniques used  observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Management of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program of PT. PLN (Persero) Parent Unit for Sulselrabar Makassar City which started from: 1) Planning was categorized as having succeeded in managing CSR programs as evidenced by real programs that really help the community. 2) The organization of the PLN response was fast and involved directly. 3) Providing motivation was important in order to strengthen relationships and become a driver so that the target was achieved. 4) Supervision must be greatly improved to ensure that the ongoing program was in accordance with the plan and involved the community. 5) The community assessment feels cared  because it had been given assistance through the CSR program and was expected to continue.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the main problem discussed, namely the role of political education on the political participation of novice voters in the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Elections in Barru Regency. In addition, to explain the supporting and inhibiting factors of political education in the success of simultaneous regional elections. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological type, to explain the current status of a group of people, objects and political systems. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, to comprehensively examine and analyze the role of political education for the younger generation, especially novice voters in participating in the success of the 2020 simultaneous regional elections. The results of this study show that the role of political education for the younger generation, especially novice voters, to participate and be actively involved in the 2020 simultaneous regional elections in Barru Regency is largely determined by various factors, including: the family as an agent of socialization of political education has a very important role. Then a factor that is no less important in motivating novice voters in the 2020 simultaneous regional elections is the social environment. Furthermore, supporting and inhibiting factors in this study include: (1) supporting factors are the presence of political stimuli, personal and social characteristics, and political education; (2) inhibiting factors include busy daily activities, minders, and prohibitions from the family (parents).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance on the quality of public services at the Rappocini District office. This study uses quantitative research methods as an effort to investigate the problem. The population in this study were all visitors and employees (State Civil Apparatus) at the Rappocini District office, totaling 54 people. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) The results of the research conducted indicate that the performance of employees in the Rappocini District, especially the Rappocini District, can be said to be good, (2) The results of the research conducted indicate that the quality of service in the Rappocini District is good, (3) The results simple linear regression test, R2 test, and F test show that employee service performance has a significant influence on the quality of administrative services with a positive regression coefficient direction. Thus the results of testing for the hypothesis are accepted and mean that employee service performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services at the Rappocini District office. The results of the analysis of employee performance variables are in the good category with an average score of 211.8 and the variable analysis of the quality of public services is in the good category with an average score of 2.36. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it shows that employee performance variables have an effect of 5.29% on the quality of administrative services at the Rappocini Sub-District Office, Makassar City.
