Abstract

AbstractThe Makassar Plantation Products Industry Center (BBIHP) has established work safety programs for research employees, such as providing work safety tools for research employees including safety shoes, helmets, masks, glasses and gloves. But there is only one thing that causes work accidents that occur in the workplace, resulting in disruptions and decrease the spirit of employee performance. The population of this study is employees of the Makassar Plantation Products Industry Center which amounts to 122 employees with 83 civil servants and 39 non-civil servants. Samples in this study were taken based on parts per division, namely certain functional parts of the Center for Plantation Products Industry as many as 45 employees. The analysis used to find out if there is a positive and significant influence of independent variables (x_(1)and x_2) on dependent variables (Y) is multiple regression. Based on spss output statistical 22.0 for windows, the multiple linear regression equation can be formulated as follows: Y= 7,647 + 0.419 X_1+ 0.365 X_(2 ). The effect of occupational health and safety variables simultaneously positively affects employee performance is 30,698 with a significance value of 0.000. The effect of work health variables positively affect employee performance is 3,448 with a significant value of 0.001. The effect of work safety variables has a positive effect on employee performance is 3,046 with a significant value of 0.004. Keywords: Health and Work Slowness, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Application by the village apparatus of Laguruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, because the data generated in this study are in the form of written or spoken words. The key informant of the research was the Head of Laguruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. Supporting informants consist of the Village Secretary, the Head of Government and the Head of Services, the Head of Welfare, the Head of Finance, the Head of Planning and the Head of Administration and General Affairs. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was determined using the source triangulation technique.The results of the study show the following: (1)data processing tasks which include transmitting data, storing data and displaying data have not been running well because village officials have not optimized the use of existing technology (2)the use of technology in facilitating administrative work is not optimal due to limited expertise the use of computer applications (3)the use of Application Technology in developing the capability of Village apparatus is still not being realized (4)the use of Application Technology in supporting and improving the quality of work is still low (5)the use of Application Technology in improving the quality and quantity of public services has not increased due to limitations in operating computers and knowledge of computer applications (6)the use of Technology in encouraging village progress is still low because it has not utilized Application Technology properly and correctly. This can be seen from the large number of village administration jobs that are maximal and often experience delays. Keywords: utilization, application technology, village apparatus

Abstract

AbstractCurrently, Salewangan Maros Hospital began to design the development of employee performance assessment system. Salewangan Maros Hospital is still trying to find forms and mechanisms of assessment in accordance with the working climate and organizational culture in the hope that the employee performance assessment runs effectively and efficiently, therefore to support it is certainly needed accurate data and information about the existing performance assessment system so that it can be seen in terms of its advantages and weaknesses, which subsequently become a reference in the development of existing systems. In this study using qualitative data analysis and informants involved are those who have influence in the hospital Salewangan Maros Hospital. Based on the results of research and discussions can be concluded that in general the work performance assessment system of employees of Salewangan Maros Hospital has not run optimally, bias and subjectivity in the assessment is still high it can be seen from the method used, namely the rating scale and instruments used elements that are assessed only limited to attitude, behavior and personality alone have not touched on aspects of an employee's work achievement. Keywords : system, assessment, work achievement, employees

Abstract

Abstract Makassar is rich in tourist attractions, ranging from historical, maritime, to culinary tourism. To increase the attraction, the Makassar City Government continues to improve. Makassar city has a variety of tourist attractions that are so beautiful and fun to be visited by tourists from various regions and foreign countries. First, a destination development program. Second, pogram tourism marketing development, namely the implementation of destination promotion or introducing tourism Makassar City to be worth visiting by providing information about existing destinations in the city of Makassar and other supporting facilities that are packed well and the implementation of fixed annual events that are scheduled and other supporting events of quality so as to increase the attractiveness of tourists of the archipelago and local and mancanagera, such as the Losari Festival , Makassar expo, Makassar culinary, dragon boat festival, folk game festival, jazz festival Fort Rotterdam, Makassar marathon, anging mammiri art performance, international writers festival, international seascreen and many more events carried out by the government and other parties in various forms of activities in the field of performing arts, sports, education and health and other things that are held annually in the city of Makassar.  Keywords: Strategy, Marketing, Visits, Tourists, Makassar.  ABSTRAK Makassar kaya akan objek wisata, mulai dari wisata sejarah, bahari, hingga kuliner. Untuk meningkatkan daya tarik objek wisata itu, Pemerintah Kota Makassar terus berbenah. Kota Makassar memiliki beragam daya tarik wisata yang begitu indah dan menyenangkan untuk dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan dari berbagai daerah dan negara asing. Pertama, program pengembangan destinasi. Kedua, pogram pengembangan pemasaran pariwisata,yaitu pelaksanaan promosi destinasi atau memperkenalkan kepariwisataan Kota Makassar untuk layak dikunjungi dengan memberikan informasi mengenai destinasi yang ada di Kota Makassar dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya yang dikemas dengan baik dan pelaksanaan event tahunan tetap yang terjadual serta event-event pendukung lainnya yang berkualitas sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan nusantara maupun lokal serta mancanagera, seperti Festival Losari, Makassar expo, Makassar culinary, dragon boat festival, festival permainan rakyat, festival music jazz Fort Rotterdam, Makassar marathon, pentas seni anging mammiri, festival writers internasional, international seascreen dan masih banyak lagi event yang dilaksanakan pemerintah maupun pihak lain dalam berbagai macam bentuk kegiatan dalam bidang seni pertunjukan, olah raga, pendidikan maupun kesehatan dan hal lain yang setiap tahunnya dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar.  Kata Kunci : Strategi, Pemasaran, Kunjungan, Wisatawan, Makassar.

Abstract

AbstractThe Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi (Biro Bina Perekonomian) Makassar has implemented training programs for research employees, such as types of training for research employees, including smart offices and MSMEs. But there is something that causes employees do not want to do the work, so there is disruption and decrease the performance of employees. The population of this study is employees of the Governor's Office of South Sulawesi (Bureau of Economic Development) Makassar which amounts to 38 employees with 33 civil servants and 5 non-civil servants. The analysis used to find out if there is a positive and significant influence of independent variables (X) on dependent variables (Y) is a simple regression. Based on spss output statistics 22.0 for windows, the simple linear regression equation can be formulated as follows: Y = 0.603 + 0.861X. The effect of training variables simultaneously positively affects employee performance is 55,055 with a significant value of 0.000. The effect of training variables has a positive effect on employee performance is 7,420 with a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Ibu-ibu Lansia dan Ibu-ibu PKK di desa Bontokoraang Kecamatan Bontomanai Kabupaten Selayar. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) Mitra belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang pembuatan krupuk nasi ikan tanpa jemur, (2) Mitra belum memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan. PKM ini bertujuan; (1) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada ibu-ibu membuat kerupuk nasi ikan tanpa jemur; (2) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada ibu-ibu dan keluarganya agar memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan dan dapat mengoperasikan teknologi berbasis sosial media dalam memasarkan hasil produksinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yakni dengan pendekatan Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) dan Community Empowerment (CE), dengan metode pelatihan dan kerja praktik, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan/pembuatan krupuk nasi ikan tanpa jemur. (2) Mitra memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga termotivasi untuk berwirausaha kerupuk nasi ikan tanpa jemur. Keywords: Training, Entrepreneur

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Kota Makassar. Pengambilan data menggunakan convenience sampling yang digunakan didistribusikan kepada 81 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah koesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan stres kerja beroengaruh secara simultan dan siknifikan F < (0,000 < 0,05) dan Adjusted R-square sebesar 0,683. Artinya kontribusi beban kerja dan stres kerja adalah 68,3%. Sedangkan sisanya 32% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain dilur penelitian ini. Secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh siknifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,039, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah nasabah BRI yang menggunakan pelayanan BRI Unit Mannuruki. Pengambilan data menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan dan didistribusikan kepada 30 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas pelayanan (bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati) berpengaruh simultan dan signfikan F < (0,000 < 0,05) dan Adjusted R-square sebesar 0,763. Artinya kontribusi dimensi kualitas pelayanan (bukti fisik, daya tanggap, keandalan, jaminan dan empati) 76%. Sedangkan sisanya 24% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Secara parsial bukti fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 0.026, keadalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 0.031, daya tanngap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 0.008, sementara jaminan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 0.019 dan empati berpengaruh signifikan 0,007.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Sulserrabar UP3 Makassar Selatan ULP Sungguminasa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penyajian data dari hasil tanggapan responden (kuesioner) dengan populasi 45 orang. Serta hasil penelitian lainnyya yang relevan dengan obyek yang diteliti. Dalam hal data primer perusahaan instansi PT.PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar UP3 Makassar Selatan ULP Sungguminasa. Komunikasi interpersonal mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar UP3 Makassar Selatan ULP Sungguminasa. Analisi statistic yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel komunikasi interpersonal secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar UP3 Makassar Selatan ULP Sungguminasa. Hal ini telah dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji t Variabel independen secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel dependen karena tingkat signifikan 0,000 dibaawah 0.05. Pada tingkat standar koefisiennya sebesar 0,894 atau 894%. Dan juga didapat nilai persamaan regresi linear dengan nilai sebesar Y= 10.284 + 0,715X.
