Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika yang melibatkan metakognisi siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2009/2010 dengan jumlah siswa 34 orang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dengan 2 siklus, siklus I terdiri 4 pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 4 pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes dalam bentuk uraian pada setiap akhir siklus sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa, secara kualitatif terjadi beberapa perubahan. siswa menunjukan sikap antusias untuk mengikuti pelajaran, keberanian menyampaikan pendapat, tanggapan, bertanya mengenai materi yang belum dimengerti menjadi meningkat. Sedangkan secara kuantitatif, terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar yaitu dari kategori sedang dengan skor rata-rata 54,02 setelah pelaksanaan tindakan Siklus I menjadi kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 66,17 setelah pelaksanaan Siklus II. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya pembelajaran yang melibat metakognisi pada siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar dalam proses pembelajaran, maka hasil belajar matematika, kehadiran, kesiapan dan keaktifan siswa dapat meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis (crical thinking) peserta didik dengan menggunakan Graded Response Models (GRM) dalam pembelajaran relasi dan fungsi pada kelas VIII-3 SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi (BKT) yang memenuhi enam indikator berpikir kritis. Diantaranya, a) Focus dimana subjek dapat menuliskan pada lembar jawaban dan menyebutkan pada saat wawancara apa saja yang diketahui dan ditanyakan pada soal, b) Reason dimana subjek dapat menyebutkan metode yang digunakan dan memberikan alasan mengenai pemilihan metodenya, c) Inference dimana subjek dapat menyimpulkan hasil akhir yang didapatkan, d) Situation dimana peserta didik mampu menggunakan semua informasi yang telah disesuaikan dengan benar, e) Clarity dimana subjek mampu membedakan beberapa hal dengan benar, f) Overview dimana subjek mampu mengecek semua tindakan yang telah dilakukan atau mengecek kembali lembar jawaban.Peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan sedang (BKS) yang memenuhi beberapa indikator dari enam indikator berpikir kritis. Diantaranya, a) Focus, b) Reason, c) Inference, d) Situation, e) Clarity. Peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan rendah (BKR) yang hanya memenuhi beberapa indikator berpikir kritis.Diantaranya, a) Focus, b) Situation, c) Clarity.Kata Kunci    : Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Graded Response Models (GRM)

Abstract

This research aims to improve the calculation skills for the operation of adding natural numbers using beads as a medium for class I students at SDN No. 14 Cikowang Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency. The type of research used is Class Action Research which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out in three meetings. Research procedures include planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects in this research were class I students at SDN No. 14 Cikowang Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency as many as 23 people. The research instruments used in this research were observation sheets and giving learning outcomes tests. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. The results of the research showed that in cycle I, of the 23 students who completed individually, only 13 students or 57% met the minimum completion criteria (KKM) or were in the very low category. Classically it has not been fulfilled because the average value obtained was 63.1%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, of the 23 students, 23 had fulfilled the KKM and the average score obtained by students was 93.2%, which was in the very good category. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the use of bead media can improve the numeracy skills of adding natural numbers in class I students at SDN No. 14 Cikowang Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Block dienes media on mathematics learning outcomes in grade I students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Pa'Baeng-Baeng 1 and to analyze learning outcomes based on students' learning styles. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a sample of 50 students, consisting of an experimental class (n = 25) and a control class (n = 25), which were taken through a saturated sampling technique. The instruments used were essay tests and observation sheets, with data analysis through descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity, hypothesis tests, and N-Gain tests. The results showed that the experimental class obtained a significant increase in learning outcomes, with a distribution of 52% in the high category and 36% very high, and an average N-Gain of 0.77 (high category). Based on learning styles, students with a visual learning style showed the highest average score increase compared to auditory and kinesthetic. As many as 86.67% of students showed activeness in learning, and 87% gave a positive response to the use of media. Hypothesis testing shows that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of the use of Block dienes media on students' mathematics learning outcomes, especially for students with a visual learning style

Abstract

The main objective of the researcher is to find out how the design of the development of the "PAPEPENG" (Addition and subtraction board) media for mathematics subjects, addition and subtraction material is reviewed from the validity of media experts, linguists, and material experts. The type of research is research and development of the 4D development model consisting of four stages of research, namely: 1) Definition; 2) Design; 3) Development; 4) Distribution. Data collection instruments are validation sheets and Lkpd. This research was conducted in class 1 of SD INP 49 Pasanggrahan. The validation results obtained from media experts were 96% in the very good category, reviewed from the Papepeng learning media for mathematics subjects to attract students' attention and as a medium that can be used repeatedly in learning. The validation results from linguists were 98% and the validation results from material experts were 94% in the very good category reviewed from examples of simple material presentations and in accordance with the curriculum. Furthermore, the results of the limited trial Lkpd distributed to students with the lowest score 1, the highest score 5, the distribution of scores shows that there are several levels measured by Lkpd. And the results of the trial use were distributed to students with the lowest score 1, the highest score 12, the distribution of scores showed that there were differences in the levels measured by the Lkpd. Based on the validation results of media experts, language experts, material experts, Lkpd limited trials, namely trials at the beginning using media as examples and trial use, namely trials using media that were made, then the Papepeng learning media for mathematics subjects was declared very good because by using physical Papepeng media it could help students easily understand the explanations given and was interesting to use during the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivan dalam peningkatan kemampuan berhitung murid kelas 1 UPT SPF SD Inpres Tamamaung 1 dalam penggunan media stick angka. Menggunakan metode eskperimen dengan jenis Pre-Eksperimental dengan sampel 24 murid, data dikumpulkan melalui pretest-posttest, lembar observasi, dan angket. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan rumus uji-t diketahui bahwa nilai thitung = 10,10 sedangkan nilai ttabel = 1,71 pada taraf signifikan α=0,05. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut maka diperoleh thitung > ttabel, ini berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan selanjutnya H1 diterima. Hasil analisis data aktivitas murid dengan perolehan yakni 95% yang menunjukkan kategori aktif. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis data respon murid kelas 1 UPT SPF SD Inpres Tamamaung 1 terdapat 96,52 murid dengan respon positif. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media stick angka terhadap kemampuan berhitung matematika murid kelas  1 UPT SPF SD Inpres Tamamaung 1 dikatakan efektif.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global public health challenge, and effective disease control relies on the ability to target interventions to high-risk populations. Community health promotion based on epidemiological data offers a strategic approach to enhance case detection and reduce TB incidence through targeted community interventions. Articles for this systematic review were retrieved from Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar using the keywords: “community health promotion,” “TB epidemiological data,” “active case finding,” “Digital Adherence Technologies,” and “community-based interventions.” Inclusion criteria encompassed publications from 2022–2025 that addressed the implementation of epidemiology-based health promotion, evaluation of community interventions, and the use of digital technologies to support TB case reduction. The review findings indicate that utilizing local data enables the identification of hotspots and high-risk populations, making community interventions more effective, while integrating digital technologies improves treatment adherence, early case detection, and resource allocation efficiency. Combining community education, engagement of local health cadres, and digital technologies enhances patient motivation and overall program effectiveness, although challenges such as infrastructure limitations, digital literacy, and program sustainability remain. Overall, epidemiology-based community health promotion supported by digital and community interventions offers an effective strategy to reduce TB cases, with success dependent on cross-sector integration, ongoing monitoring, and long-term commitment from stakeholders.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low mathematics learning outcomes of students in class V.B UPT SPF SDN Labuang Baji 1, so with this problem this research was carried out with the aim of improving mathematics learning outcomes by using the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model assisted by wordwall in the VB UPT SPF class. SDN Labuang Baji 1. Based on the results of initial assessment observations that have been carried out, there are student learning outcomes below the KKM, namely 70. This is motivated by students' difficulties in understanding mathematics learning so that students feel they are not interested in learning mathematics because they think mathematics is a difficult learning difficult and boring. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research. The data used is quantitative and qualitative data. The data collection techniques used are observation, tests and documentation. The research instruments in this study were tests and observation sheets. The results of this research show that there was a presentation of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle 64.28%, cycle I 71.42%, and cycle II 85.71%. So, based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the PBL learning model assisted by wordwall can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class VB UPT SPF SDN Labuang Baji 1

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research concentrates on the problems students face in differentiating vowel sounds in English, which often becomes an obstacle in language learning. The purpose of this study was to determine how effective flash cards are as a way to help students understand and differentiate vowel sounds. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses an experimental design. This study involved fifth grade students at SDN Labuang Baji 1. Students were divided into two groups: the experimental group used flash cards and the control group used conventional learning. Data collection was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests to measure differences in students' ability to differentiate vowel sounds before and after intervention. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the experimental group. The average final test score of the group using flash cards increased by 30% compared to the control group. This indicates that the use of flash cards is effective in helping students understand and differentiate vowel sounds in English. This research concludes that the flash card method can be used as an alternative in teaching English to overcome the difficulties faced by students, as well as encourage teachers to implement innovative learning strategies.
