Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) how the implementation of learning mathematics using problem-based learning model of learning. In addition, to describe (2) how the students use the communication skills of mathematical learning model of problem-based learning. This study includes qualitative research, this kind of research using qualitative descriptive. The collection of data through observation, documentation, written test and interview. Data was taken two stages. The first stage is to give a written test instrument. The second stage is the interview of the subject selected. Making the research subjects were divided into three levels, namely a high skill level, ability level medium and low skill levels. Conclusion The results of this study were (1) reached learning the syntax or the suitability of the activities of teachers with lesson plans that have already been designed in using learning model of problem-based learning is progressing well with the percentage 84.97% or in the excellent category. While the activities of students during the learning progress with the learning model of problem-based learning has been performing well and is successful where the percentage reached 88.27% or in the excellent category.As for the students' mathematical communication skills in general in both criteria.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran bauran (blended learning) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII pada materi relasi dan fungsi. Penelitian studi kasus ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena data penelitian berupa angka-angka dan analisis menggunakan statistik. Analisis ini digunakan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara variabel bebas (independent variable) terhadap variabel terikat (dependent variable). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan diSMP YBPK Kediri yang beralamatkan di Jalan Mayor Bismo No. 52 Kelurahan Semampir, Kediri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP YBPK Kota Kediri dan sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP YBPK Kota Kediri dimana hanya terdapat satu kelas untuk kelas VIII. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2015/2016tepatnya pada bulan September 2015. Penerapan pembelajaran bauran (blended learning) ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran matematika. Hal ini terlihat dari munculnya indikator-indikator motivasi belajar siswa di kelas setelah dilakukannya pembelajaran bauran (blended learning). Siswa terlihat bersemangat, penuh perhatian, bersungguh – sungguh dalam belajar, serta aktif berdiskusi dan mencari tambahan materi melalui internet. Hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diungkapkan Sardiman (2011: 75) bahwa pada proses pembelajaran, motivasi dapat dikatakan sebagai keseluruhan daya penggerak di dalam diri siswa yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar, sehingga tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh subjek belajar itu dapat tercapai.

Abstract

AKM adalah asesmen untuk mengukur kemampuan minimal yang diperlukan siswa. Salah satu konten yang dinilai literasi numerasi. Penentuan pencapaian literasi tersebut bertolak pada prestasi siswa Indonesia di kancah Internasional yang menunjukkan literasi numerasi siswa Indonesia 71% dibawah kompetensi minimum. Dalam implementasinya, guru memiliki peranan yang sangat penting sebagai seorang implementator. Namun demikian, cukup banyak guru matematika yang belum memahami sepenuhnya dan belum memeliki kompetensi yang memadai terkait pelaksanaan AKM. Ditambah lagi situasi pandemi Covid saat ini yang tidak mendukung pelaksanaan asesmen dan pengembangan kompetensi guru secara optimal. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pemberian pelatihan, mediasi serta bantuan berupa penyediaan forum bagi guru matematika untuk mengenal lebih jauh tentang AKM dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui pengembangan buku digital berbasis AKM. Guru akan berlatih untuk mengembangkan materi serta soal-soal terkait AKM yang dikemas dalam bentuk buku digital yang memudahkan dipelajari siswa secara online. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama empat hari secara luring dan daring. Kegiatan secara luring dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka terbatas disertai dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat pada hari pertama. Selanjutnya pada hari kedua, ketiga dan keempat, kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan secara daring dengan menggunakan platform Zoom Meeting.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru MTsN 3 Trenggalek dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan instrumen penilaian aktivitas belajar yang khusus berorientasi pada penilaian aspek sikap, aspek pengetahuan, dan aspek keterampilan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu: (1) pemaparan materi penilaian pembelajaran, (2) pelatihan penyusunan instrumen penilaian aktivitas belajar yang khusus berorientasi pada penilaian aspek sikap, aspek pengetahuan, dan aspek keterampilan, dan (3) pendampingan dalam mengimplementasikan instrumen penilaian aspek sikap dan aspek keterampilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respons positif guru dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan meningkatnya kompetensi guru dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian aktivitas belajar berorientasi pada aspek sikap, aspek pengetahuan, dan aspek keterampilan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase kehadiran peserta sebesar 94,29%, respons positif peserta terhadap kegiatan pelatihan sebesar 90,42%, dan 81,82% dari total peserta telah berhasil menyusun instrumen penilaian pembelajaran.

Abstract

Based on the background of the researchers on the results of field observations, the lack of active learning in the classroom resulted in students feeling they did not understand the learning material. This is because teachers still implement learning with lectures that do not use android-based learning media. For this reason, Android-based technology using Adobe Flash CS6 was developed so that students become active in learning, making it easier for students to understand learning material. This study aimed to produce learning media based on Adobe Flash CS6 for equations and inequalities for linear absolute values ​​of one variable. This study uses the ADDIE development model, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Validation is carried out by media experts, material experts, and practitioners. The developed media was tested on 20 students of class X MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 3 Kediri. Development of learning media based on Adobe Flash CS6 in the form of the "MARBLE MATH" application that experts have validated with a percentage of 72% from media experts in the "valid" category, no need for revision, then the rate of assessment from material experts is 90% with a "very valid" and unnecessary category revision. The last is the percentage of the evaluation from expert practitioners, 84% ​​, with the criteria for the validity of the learning media category "very valid" and can be used without revision. Abstract

The independent curriculum emphasizes the achievement of competence in attitudes, knowledge and skills. The implementation of the independent curriculum is expected to increase students' learning motivation, because this curriculum is basically student-centered. The teacher is only a facilitator and mediator as well as a motivator for students, so that students are enthusiastic in learning and get good results. Mathematics learning is one of the main subjects found at all school levels. In mathematics, there are subject matter that are interrelated with one another. The existence of rewards is expected to provide high motivation and discipline, so that in the teaching and learning process, activities in the classroom can provide high learning motivation, so that students' academic achievement can be improved. This research will be conducted in class X in one of the high schools in the city of Kediri. The activity is carried out in the odd semester of 2022/2023 in August. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The form of reward given is in the form of verbal and non-verbal rewards, reward rewards and value rewards. The impact of giving rewards given by teachers to students in learning mathematics has an impact on students' learning motivation. Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka memuat pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam dimana konten dioptimalkan agar siswa memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi. Guru memiliki keleluasaan untuk memilih berbagai perangkat ajar sehingga pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar dan minat siswa. Pengembangan perangkat ajar tersebut juga bertolak pada prestasi siswa Indonesia di kancah Internasional dimana kemampuan literasi matematika dan sains yang berada 71% dan 60% dibawah kompetensi minimum. Permasalahan tersebut juga dialami oleh guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) Dawuhan Lor Purwoasri. Tujuh dari sembilan guru belum menerapkan TPACK dan literasi numerasi pada perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan uraian permasalahan di atas maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pemberian pelatihan, mediasi serta bantuan berupa penyediaan forum In House Training (IHT) bagi guru sekolah dasar untuk dapat mengembangkan media ajar e-LKPD inovatif berbasis literasi numerasi dan TPACK. Dalam IHT yang telah dilakukan tiga kali dalam bulan September-Oktober 2022 tersebut, guru berlatih mengembangkan materi serta soal-soal berbasis literasi numerasi yang dikemas dalam bentuk e-LKPD yang diharapkan akan lebih mudah dipelajari siswa. Produk e-LKPD yang dikembangkan tersebut telah divalidasi dengan nilai validasi produk sebesar 86,084%. Hasil IHT berupa e-LKPD inovatif tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk guru SD Dawuhan Lor Purwoasri khususnya dan guru SD umumnya.

Abstract

Every student has different abilities, this difference is due to the different stages of ability that students have. The purpose of this study was to describe students' thinking skills based on Van Hiele's learning theory. The subjects of this study were 15 students of class VIII SMPN 2 Makale. The instruments used were test descriptions and interviews. The results showed 93% who had the ability to think at the introductory stage (stage 0), 80% of students who had the ability to think at the stage of analysis (stage 1), 33% of students who had the ability to think at the sequencing stage (stage 2), and 20% of students. who has the ability to think at the deduction stage (stage 3). Thus, the thinking ability of iclass VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Makale based on Van Hiele's theory on cube and block material reaches stage 3 or the deduction stage.

Abstract

The background to this research is the lack of student learning outcomes in class V mathematics subjects at SDN Pranggang 3. Class V students at SDN Pranggang 3 still experience difficulties when understanding length unit material. The factor that influences the lack of learning outcomes is that the learning process does not or does not involve students directly and is only explained by the teacher. The aim of this research is to determine students' understanding of length unit material by using a smart ladder teaching aid with the demonstration method. This research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were fifth grade students at SDN Pranggang 3. Based on the results of interviews with students who obtained results above the KKM, they said that it was more fun if they could directly practice the material they were studying rather than just reading it. Meanwhile, students whose scores were below the KKM felt that they did not understand when multiplying or when dividing the questions that had been given. Mathematics lessons on length unit material using this smart ladder teaching aid can help elementary school students understand length unit material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze problems and solutions in the literacy improvement program carried out at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Prambon. The method used in this study is to use qualitative descriptive research by collecting data by interviewing responding teachers at the school and also the principal as the person in charge of the program that will be implemented to improve literacy at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Prambon, namely the literacy program 10 minutes before learning activities begin and love the library which is carried out with a predetermined schedule at In its implementation, supervision and evaluation are always carried out by the principal as the person in charge of the activity, there are several problems that exist from students and also from the infrastructure of books.
